Family BOM을 통한 효율적인 설계 정보 관리에 관한 연구

  • 본 논문은 다품종 소량생산에서 발생하기 쉬운 제품들의 유사성을 근간으로, 제품들의 공통적인 특성을 관리하기 위한 Famiiy BOM 체제를 구현하여 이를 제품의 설계정보관리에 이용할 수 있는 시스템 개발에 관한 것이다. 이 Family BOM을 통해 기존의 개별 제품별 BOM이 가지는 한계를 극복하고 유사 제품을 군으로 묶어 이들의 공통된 특성을 제품의 설계시에 활용할 수 있다. Family BOM은 부품을 군으로 분류하고 이 부품들의 구성을 공통 부분과 선택 부분으로 모듈화하여 표현하는 방법이다. 이 Family BOM을 통해 기존의 제품별 BOM을 별도로 관리하는데 따른 BOM 개수의 증가, 관리 및 변경의 복잡, 데이터의 정확성 부족 등과 같은 문제점을 해결할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 부품을 형상 및 공정, 기능의 유사성에 따라 군별로 분류하기 위하여 부품의 특성을 코드화하여 이 코드의 유사성 정도에 따라 분류하는 Classification & Coding system을 개발하였다. 이 기법을 이용하여 유사한 부품을 군별로 관리할 수 있고 이를 통해 기존부품정보를 신제품 개발에 적 용하여 설계에서부터 공정계획 수립까지 시간을 단축할 수 있으며 체계적으로 도면을 관리 및 분석 할 수 있다. 또한 제품군별 BOM관리를 위한 Family BOM을 구현하였고, 이에 따라 도면 중심의 설계정보관리시스템을 개발 하였다.

  • 소비자의 요구가 다양해지면서 많은 기업들이 관리해야 할 제품의 종류가 지난 몇 년간 급격히 늘어났다. 이에 한 제품에 대해 다양한 품목군을 유지해야 할 필요성이 제기되었으며, 전통적인 BOM(Bill of Material)으로 다양한 제품을 표현하기에는 막대한 양의 데이터가 발생하여 관리상의 어려움이 생기며, 데이터의 구성에도 중복성의 문제가 발생하게 되는 등의 한계가 드러남에 따라 다양한 제품군을 자체적으로 반영할 수 있는 Variant BOM의 개념 및 설계 방법론이 주목을 받고 있다. Variant BOM은 동일한 제품군에 대해 일부 구성품을 달리하여 구현한 다양한 제품을 반영하는 BOM의 한 종류로서 산업에서의 활용도가 높은 편이나, 여기에도 데이터의 중복성이나 Variant의 정도가 많아지면 관리에 어려움이 생기는 등의 몇 가지 단점을 내포하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Variant Bill of Material을 대상으로 기존 연구들의 문제점을 분석하고 이를 해결하기 위하여 BOM에 좌표개념을 도입한 새로운 접근법을 제시한다. 이를 통해 BOM의 Structure와 Part를 분리시켰고, Linking Table을 통해 Structure와 Part를 연결하여 기존의 Variant BOM에 있던 문제들을 해결하였다.

  • In order to provide economic high-quality products to customers in a timely manner, companies have tried much effort to decrease the time period of engineering design and information management. As a part of this effort, we have developed the Drawing Information Management System(DIMS) based ofn GT(Group Technology) that could decrease design processing time by speedy and rational management of design processes. The characteristics of DIMS are as follows: First, the concept of Concurrent Engineering was applied to DIMS. Through LAN, reviewers are able to attach comments to dlectronic documents by anno- tation functions called Mark-up. The reviewer annotations are collected and combind with the original document to revise the documents. Second, we have developed a Classification and Coding(C&C) system suitable for electronic component parts bassed on GT(Group Technology). The C&C system makes both parts and drawing with similar characteriscs into families and helps users search existing documents or create new drawings promptly. Finally, DIMS provides the Engineering BOM(Bill of Material) using the concept of Family BOM based on model options.

  • 인류의 활동 무대가 우주공간으로 확대됨으로써 우주기상에 의한 피해를 최소화 할 수 있는 조치가 요구됨에 따라 우주기상에 대한 감시 및 예 경보 업무가 필요해 졌다. 미국은 이미 우주기상 감시와 예보의 필요성을 인식하고 해양대기청(NOAA), 미 공군(USAF), 항공우주국(NASA), 내무부(DOI), 에너지부(DOE), 과학재단(NSF)이 연합하여 1996년 국가우주기상 프로그램(National Space Weather Program)을 수립.추진하고 있다. 특히 정부연구 기관인 NOAA 산하 우주기상예보센터(Space Weather Prediction Center; SWPC)와 미 공군 기상국(AFWA)은 우주기상 자료 생산, 수집, 자료 센터 운용, 연구 지원 및 예 경보 업무를 공동으로 수행하고 있으며 관련 자료 및 정보의 교환 등 매우 밀접하게 상호협력하고 있다. 최근 정부는 과학기술 7대 중점투자 분야별 중점육성후보기술로서 우주감시체계개발기술을 포함한 국가과학기술기본계획(577전략)을 수립 발표하였으며, 대한민국 공군은 향후 우주군 창설을 목표로 우주전력 기반체계구축을 계획하고 있다. 국방부는 2012년 전시작전통제권 환수에 대비한 독자적인 작전지휘능력 확보가 필요한 상황이며, 미래의 한국군 독자적 네트웍 중심 전장(NCW: Network Central Warfare) 체계 구축을 위해서는 미 공군의 "우주기상작전센터"와 같은 우주기상 예 경보 체계 구축이 요구된다. 이 연구에서는 군의 독자적 우주작전능력 확보를 위한 우주기상 예 경보 체계 구축 방향을 제시하고자 사전기반 연구를 수행하였다. 그 내용으로 우주기상에 대한 개요 및 우주기상의 변화에 따른 국내외 영향을 조사하고 국내외 우주기상 예 경보 시스템을 소개하고자 한다. 또한, 미공군의 우주기상 활용 상태를 점검하여 한국 공군을 위한 우주기상 예 경보 체계 구축 및 인력과 기술 확보에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • In the case of weapon systems used by the military, defense standards are applied for economical and efficient procurement, management, and maintenance. Defense specifications are documents describing procedures and methods for determining whether technical requirements for products and services are consistent and apply to the production of weapon systems, quality assurance, and configuration management. Software is also subject to defense specifications, and is documented and managed in the same way as other defense specifications. Sometimes it happened to be standardized without some(or all) software. In this case, a competitive contract is impossible and it may affect the quality of weapon systems because the manufacturer arbitrarily changes the software without prior approval. So, software standardization is required, but it is very difficult to verify for firmware installed in hardware. This paper proposed a verification method for g software standardization, and we expect it will contribute to the efficient production and quality assurance of weapon systems.

Trends in Clinical Research on Herbal Medicine Treatment in Pediatric Asthma - Focusing on Randomized Controlled Clinical Trials in Traditional Chinese Medicine (소아 천식의 한약 치료에 대한 임상연구 동향 - 중의학 무작위 대조군 임상시험을 중심으로)

  • Objective This study analyzed randomized clinical trials (RCTs) on pediatric asthma using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to determine its efficacy and safety. Methods We searched electronic databases in English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean and evaluated 35 articles published up to December 28, 2022. Based on data from the literature, we analyzed treatments, results, composition of herbal medicine, frequency of medicinal herbs, and decoction. Results TCM for pediatric asthma was compared to supportive therapy, inhaled corticosteroids, and standardized treatments. Of the 35 studies, 32 showed that TCM treatments were effective in alleviating asthma symptoms. Furthermore, TCM treatment was considered safe compared to common asthma treatments. Among the TCM treatments for pediatric asthma, the most frequent decoctions were Gamisaganmahwangtang (加味射干麻黃湯) and Saganmahwangtang (射干麻黃湯). Ephedra Herba (麻黄), Armeniacae Semen (杏仁), Asiasari Radix et Rhizoma (細辛), Belamcandae Rhizoma (射干) were herbs that were frequently used for asthma in TCM decoctions. Conclusion This review showed that TCM is effective in treating pediatric asthma. More clinical RCTs are needed to confirm the efficacy and safety of TCM treatment.

The Effect of Calcium and Chitosan Metabolism to the Excretion of Radiostrontium in Mice (마우스에서 칼슘 및 Chitosan metabolism이 방사성스트론튬의 체외배출 효과에 미치는 명향)

  • Chitosan, a natural nontoxic chelator, was reported to reduce whole body retention of radiostrontium in mice. As calcium has a simillar chemical properties to strontium both of which be easily bound with hydroxyapatite structure, calcium can be either a competitor or enhancer to chitosan on the removal of radiostrontium. We compared the effect of chitosan and calcium on the excretion of ingested radiostrontium ($^{85}$Sr). Chitosan or calcium($Cacl_2$) and usual food was mixed as 1:99 by weight. The mixed food to chitosan (group 1) or calcium (group 2) were given orally for 30 days before $^{85}$Sr administration. In other groups, mixed calcium and chitosan solution (group 3), 1% calcium (group 4), or 1% chitosan solution (group 5) was given for 7 days immediately after oral administration of $^{85}SrC1_2$ ($0.25{\mu}Ci$). In control group, no chitosan or calcium were given. Either chitosan or calcium was effective on the removal of $^{85}Sr$ from mouse body(Table. 1). Addition of calcium on chitosan did not improve or deteriorate the effect of chitosan on the removal of $^{85}Sr$ from mouse body. In conclusion, calcium was similarly effective on the removal of $^{85}Sr$ from mouse body.

Effect of Chitosan on the Elimination of Intraperitoneally Administered Radiostrontium (Sr-85) (마우스복강내 투여한 방사성스토론튬의 체외배설 촉진제로서 카이토산의 효과에 관한 연구)

  • Chitosan is a natural chelating agent. It is derived from chitin which is a cellulose-like biopolymer distributed widely in nature, expecially in shellfish, insects, fungi, and yeast. The purpose of the present study is to investigate whether orally given water soluble chitosan can eliminate intraperitoneally injected radiostrontium (Sr-85) in mice. Water soluble chitosan and usual food was mixed as 10:90 by weight. The mixed food were fed for 60 (group 1) or 90 days (group 2). No chitosan was given to the control group. Each group consists of 5 mice. Sr-85 ($0.2{\mu}Ci$) was intraperitoneally injected after completion of prefeeding of usual or mixed food. The same food was given for more 5 days. The animals were sacrificed at the 6th day. Isolated spines, skulls, femurs, tibias, teeth, and tails were counted by a gamma counter. The retention of Sr-85 in bones was significantly lowere in the prefeeding groups (p<0.01). It was lowest in the 90 day prefeeding group. Therefore, prefeeding of water-soluble chitosan was effective on the removal of intraperitoneally injected radiostrontium.

Ecological Effects of Kumgang fat minnow(Rhynchocypris kumgangensis) on Turbid Water (탁수에 의한 금강모치(Kumgang fat minnow; Rhynchocypris kumgangensis) 개체군의 생태적 영향)

  • To investigate the effect of turbid water on fish population, the length-weight relationship and its condition factor were applied to Kumgang fat minnow Rhynchocypris kumgangensis collected in turbid (the Daegi and the Jaun streams) and non-turbid stream (the Bongsan and the Gyebang streams) for a year from 2004 to 2005. The mean length of minnow between turbid water and non-turbid water streams was not significantly different. In the South River system, the regression coefficients (b) based on length-weight relationship were 3.21 in the non-turbid Bongsan stream and 3.07 in the turbid Daegi stream, respectively. On contrary, the regression slope in the turbid stream was a little higher than that of the non-turbid stream located in the Bukhan River system. The values were 3.20 in the Gyebang-stream and 3.23 in the Jaun stream, respectively. Our result suggested that chronic turbid water effect on the level of fish population has a little or no effect.

Development of Language Rehabilitation Program Using the Smart Device-based Application (스마트 기기 기반 언어재활 프로그램 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a smart device-based Language Rehabilitation Program (LRP) to improve communication ability for the patients with language disability. The content of the LRP includes a variety of semantic categories and grammatical elements and consists of 17 semantic categories, 29 tasks and 3780 items to improve comprehension/production ability at word level, semantic category level, sentence level and discourse level. We developed LRP as a Windows-base management program and an Android-base language rehabilitation application. LRP was developed into an application for smart devices, providing real-time delivery of training contents, measurement and database of training task results, and patient progress and monitoring. A follow-up study will be conducted on the verification of the language rehabilitation effect using LRP by patients with language disability.
