Globalization brings changes to universities in particular facilitating internationalizing students exchange and curriculum diversification. Such efforts are relatively weak in education college even though the demands are high in students' global learning expectations internally and educational development cooperation from developing countries. The demands of global education arise from the increase of multi-cultural family, the compelling foreign language proficiency and others. The demands of development cooperation arise from the contribution of education to the rapid economic development. However, Korean participation focuses on vocational training which is far from the international norm of basic education provision and carried out without enough educational specialists. Global education and teaching practices in developing countries would substantiate the internationalization of education college while the effectiveness of educational development cooperation would be enhanced after learning the international norms and local knowledge which are learnt from the global education including foreign school practices.

Korean movies and TV shows have been widely distributed in the international market and have played an important role in shaping the national image of Korea. In this paper, we found that the factors of "actor's image" and "background music and images" among the popular factors of Korean dramas have a positive influence on shaping the national image of Korea through questionnaires and spss tools. At the same time, the study also hopes to analyze the reasons for the success of Korean film and television productions to explore their useful value for the international communication of Chinese film and television productions.

인류가 추구하는 궁극의 가치는 건강한 삶이며 이는 인간의 기본적인 가치이다. 건강관호전달체계에 주어진 사명은 인간의 기본권을 수호하는데 있다. 건강관호전달체계의 주요 구성요원인 간호전문직은 여러차원의 조직(단체)화된 교류를 통해 주어진 사명을 완수하기 위하여 끊임없이 자신들을 강화한다. 간호전문직의 국제적인 교류(단체, 채널)는 다양하나 그 대표적인 조직은 1889년에 회원국 간호협회들에 의하여 설립되어 100주년을 맞는 국제간호협의회 즉 비정부 조직(NGO)과 1848년 세계대전의 종식과 더불어 회원국 정부에 의하여 조직된 세계보건기구 즉 정부조직(GO)이다. 본고는 첫째, 이 두 공인된 국제적인 조직의 정관에 명시된 목적을 재조명하고 이를 통한 간호전문직 강화에 이바지하는 역할을 간략하게 요약한다. 둘째로 1999년도에 창립 100주년을 맞는 국제간호협의회가 20세기를 마무리하고 21세기를 맞기 위한 준비로서 이사와 직원 workshop, 여러차례의 이사회 및 회원국대표자회의 (CNR : Council of National Representatives)를 거쳐 'Towards the 21st Century ; ICN's Strategic Plan 1994-1999'를 확정한 과정을 간략하게 논의한다. 셋째로 'Towards the 21st Century ; ICN's Strategic Plan 1994-1999'의 3개의 Global Objectives와 4개의 National Objectives를 통하여 국제간호협의회가 제시하는 간호전문직의 강화의 방향과 각 목적의 성취를 위한 구체적인 전략을 논의하였다.

Based on the capabilities of smartphone cameras which have developed rapidly in recent decades, coupled with and the global market penetration rate, it will study the possibility of various international exchanges through smartphone filmmaking. This aims to achieve a civilian-oriented cultural exchange, instead of simply providing capital-oriented exchanges and film production education. The Smartphone Film Workshop was held as an auxiliary event of the Korea-Vietnam Film Festival, which ran from November 17 to 22, 2017. The three-day workshop, which took place within the festival period, drew attention for its international collaboration project between Korean film directors and Vietnamese film students. The researcher conducted practical-based research while participating as a mentor at this workshop. A step-by-step approach to the entire process of production and post-production was administered, including workshop team composition, scenario, and pre-production in Korea such as shooting equipment, schedule, completion of local works, and screening. Through an analysis of exchange cases at international workshops, we will use trial and error as ways to improve and consider the results of cultural exchanges and the effects of future expectations. Taking this empirical case study into account, we anticipate more active international exchanges through the smartphone workshops.

2013년 5월 개정건축사법에 의한 건축사등록제도와 함께 우리 건축사는 법에서 정한 실무교육을 이수하여야만 한다. 이 개정 건축사법은 건축사에 대한 체계적 관리를 함으로써 곧 직면하게 될 시장개방에 따른 MRA를 대비하기 위한 것이었다. 실무교육 실시를 시작한지 2년이 경과한 현 시점에서 해외사례 등을 통해 우리의 건축사 실무교육에 대한 점검의 필요성을 느끼고 있었다. 이러한 때 마침 우리협회와 긴밀한 교류를 유지해온 미국건축사협회(AIA)로 부터 지난5월 CONVENTION초청이 있었다. 그간 우리협회는 매년 참가를 하였지만 대부분이 회장과 국제위원회를 중심으로 한 친선교류의 역할을 하였지만 이번에는 교육원의 입장에서 특정한 목적을 갖고 참여함으로써 미국의 건축사교육을 조사하고 점검한 좋은 기회를 가질 수 있었다.

With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, it is particularly important to strengthen the development of start-up innovation among Chinese university students, that is, public innovation is no longer a slogan.College student start-ups can promote the constant development of society, provide more jobs to society, diversify college students' experiences, and help college students gain experience.However, currently, there are problems such as an imbalance in economic and educational development in China, which affects the aggressiveness of college student start-ups. This study aims to contribute to the development of innovative start-ups in Chinese university students by analyzing the influencing factors of innovative start-ups for college students and presenting solutions.

At present, under the background of "One Belt and One Road", great achievements have been made in cultural confidence, overseas communication, education, and modernization of Chinese medicine. However, the overseas dissemination of Chinese medicine culture has not yet fulfilled the requirements of the Cultural Power Strategy and the historical mission of Chinese medicine. Challenges are still faced in the cultural theory of traditional Chinese medicine, overseas communication mechanisms, and translation of Chinese medicine terms. Therefore, Chinese medicine practitioners must firm their faith in culture and traditional Chinese medicine, disseminate the cultural theory of traditional Chinese medicine, exert the advantages of the media and improve its mechanism, and speed up cross-cultural language exchange and research. These efforts will innovate Chinese medicine culture, strengthen overseas exchange and cooperation as well as flourish traditional Chinese medicine overseas.

This study conducted the international evaluation of the APEC educational cooperation projects initiated by the Korean government and drew out strategies and tasks for their sustainable implementation. To this end, eight projects implemented by the Institute of APEC Collaborative Education were selected for the evaluation which examined participants' awareness of and the degree of participation in the eight projects as well as contribution to the intended outcomes of the projects. An online survey was conducted to participants of the eight projects and 283 experts and participants from 18 economies responded. The descriptive analysis found that the participants of ALCoB Cooperation Project reported the most positive perception of the awareness while the participants of the ALCoB Internet Volunteers showed the lowest degree of participation in and contribution to the intended outcomes of the project. Based on the results, several suggestions for further progress in Korea's APEC educational cooperation were made.

This study is a study on the applicability of the medical humanities curriculum through a narrative study on international treatment of foreign patients. Korea's medical system and standards are world-class, and it can be seen that the knowledge and skills for patient care are sufficient, which shows that the competence for patient care emphasized by Korean doctors is sufficient. In terms of social responsibility for doctors in Korea, the importance of volunteering is learned from medical school education, and through medical field experiences in various cultures, it can be seen that volunteering is important to lead to lifelong work as a doctor. In the field of professionalism, professionalism could be expressed as a doctor, and in all processes, the medical staff understood and empathized with the pain of the patient, and it was found that the sincerity was conveyed to the patient. Professionalism is an area that is being emphasized more recently, and it is necessary to provide educational opportunities for professionalism to doctors as well as medical school education. This international medical experience can be applied to the medical humanities curriculum of the medical school, and a harmonized and integrated medical humanities curriculum can be operated throughout the six-year curriculum.
