The nuclear knowledge management is now being operated in the KAERI and also actively practiced in other member states of the IAEA. The INIS secretariat leads the knowledge management. As the traditional service areas of librarians are decreasing, the knowledge management is considered as a promising service area replacing the traditional librarian's role. This new area is in Blue Ocean and needs to great concern and understanding. INIS is the world's leading information system on the peaceful uses of nuclear energy. INIS is operated by the IAEA in collaboration with its member states and cooperating international organizations. INIS has more than 2.7 million items and provides users a comprehensive information reference service for literature in nuclear science and technology. The input amount ranks fifth in the world and it operates the INIS 2 host site. INIS in Korea is playing a leading role in the IAEA.

Electronic information, especially e-journals took their position as core resources in current scholarly communication. However, the publishing and pricing structure of e-journal licensing process have not yet succeeded to be reorganized in accord with newly changed electronic scholarly communication environment. That resulted in a lot of challenges scholarly communication now faced. This study aimed to analyze key issues regarding big deal, pricing, licensing, archiving, copyright and public access by conducting comprehensive literature review and examining movements of world wide scholarly institutes and alliances. And then this study eventually purposed to draw some strategies which domestic libraries and consortia should take in order to lead current changes in scholarly communication.

The aim of the study is to create a theoretical model and hypotheses on competitive advantages of exporting SMEs. For this we have proposed an integrated model in which learning competences and dynamic capabilities should have an influence on competitive advantages of the SMEs. This study have examined the influence of integrating and reconfigurating capability respectively. As a result, the learning competences had positive influences in dynamic capabilities and to the cost and service competitive advantage. To integrating capabilities had positive influences in competitive advantage. Besides, dynamic capabilities playing significant intermediate role only for the cost advantage through the analysis of intermediate effects of learning competence to the dynamic capabilities.

The study was performed to prepare basic data for the development of entrepreneur education programs for nursing students through literature review and text network of relevant studies on entrepreneurship education for college students. The research was found in the database of the Korea Education and Research Information Service, the Korean Academic Information Service System, DBpia and the National Assembly Library with keywords such as 'entrepreneur', 'student', 'education', 'program' and 'training. The final selected paper was 35 studies in Korea from 2000 to September 2016. The largest number of studies have been conducted since 2011 with 85.71%, and the largest proportion of survey(88.57 %). The major independent variables were entrepreneur self-efficacy and entrepreneurship and the dependent variables were entrepreneur intention and entreprenuer self-efficacy. Based on this result, entrepreneur education programs will be developed suitable for the target, and it can promote the entrepreneur education for nursing students.

"사실 국가건축정책위원장 책임을 떠안는 것에 고민을 많이 했습니다. 작금 건축의 본질에 관해 꽤 진지하게 논하는 결정권자들이 많아진 상황에서 직을 맡은 이상 그냥 시간만 보내진 않을 겁니다. 평소 생각한 건축계의 부족한, 불합리한, 불비한 부분을 임기 중 완전히 고치진 못한다 하더라도 시작은 해놓고 끝내려 합니다." 작년 4월 취임한 승효상 대통령소속 국가건축정책위원장이 국내 건축계 현안에 대한 생각과 앞으로의 계획을 설명했다. 그가 걸어온 삶의 궤적에는 건축의 공공성 문화적 가치라는 단어들이 새겨져 있으며, 이는 그가 활동해 온 건축계 여러 운동 모임에서도 살펴볼 수 있다. 지식인으로서 마땅히 지녀야 할 건축사(Architect)의 책무에 관해서는 쓴소리도 서슴지 않았던 그다. 2014년 서울시 '초대 총괄건축가'로 선임돼 서울시의 도시정책과 건축문화, 공공 공간조성 등 도시계획 전반에 대해 역할을 했다면, 이젠 국가 건축정책의 목표와 관계 부처간 건축정책의 심의.조정까지 그 역할범위가 커졌다. 필드의 건축사라면 승효상 국가건축정책위원장에게 기대하는 바가 큰 게 사실이다. 실제 그의 취임 후 정부 내 국건위의 위상은 과거와 달라졌으며, 작년 9월 4일에는 문재인 대통령이 서울 은평구 구산동 도서관마을에서 열린 '대한민국 국민생활 SOC현장 방문, 동네 건축현장을 가다' 행사에 참석해 도서관, 체육관, 경로당 등 '생활 SOC 혁신의지'를 강조해 눈길을 끌었다. 최근 정부세종신청사 설계공모 관련 논란에는 "국토부에 소관 설계공모 규정을 고쳐야 함을 권고했다. 고칠 거다! 안 고치면 안 되게 돼 있다!"며 목소리에 힘을 주어 재차 강조했다. 제5기 대통령소속 국가건축정책위원장으로 선임돼 지난해 4월부터 역할을 해온 승효상 건축사를 종로구 동숭동 (주)종합건축사사무소 이로재(履露齋)에서 만났다.

In this paper, we developed a multi-view video content based on real-world technology and a pilot using the production technology, and provided realistic contents production technology that can select a desired direction at a user 's view point by providing users with various viewpoint images. We also created multi-view video contents that can indirectly experience local cultural tourism resources and produced cyber tour contents based on multi-view video (realistic technology). This technology development can be used to create 3D interactive real-world contents that are used in all public education fields such as libraries, kindergartens, elementary schools, middle schools, elderly universities, housewives classrooms, lifelong education centers, The domestic VR market is still in it's infancy, and it's expected to develop in combination with the 3D market related to games and shopping malls. As the domestic educational trend and the demand for social public education system are growing, it is expected to increase gradually.

Nowadays, due to an explosive increase in information, information filtering is very important to provide proper information for users. Users hardly obtain scholarly information from a huge amount of information in NDSL of KISTI, except for simple search. In this paper, we propose the service, PIN to solve this problem. Pin provides the word cloud including analyzed users' and others' interesting, co-occurence, and searched keywords, rather than the existing word cloud simply consisting of all keywords and so offers user-customized papers, reports, patents, and trends. In addition, PIN gives the paper classification in NDSL according to keyword matching based classification with the overlapping classification enabled-academic classification system for better search and access to solve this problem. In this paper, Keywords are extracted according to the classification from papers published in Korean journals in 2016 to design classification model and we verify this model.

Business is the key component of a capitalist system, and, recently, archives management in businesses has been emphasized to secure the transparency of business administration. However, until now, almost 20 years since archival studies were introduced in South Korea, there is a noticeably low interest in archives management. Archival studies in academic circles are still insufficient, and the level of archives management in the field of business practices is very low. For example, no academic discussions have been conducted on the concept and characteristics of business archives, as well as the suitability of the use of such terms. Thus, this study aims to prepare the basic foothold of business archives management studies in the future, examining the concept of "business archives." For this purpose, this study would diagnose the present situations and help readers understand theoretical discussions by introducing actual cases of business archives management.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the systematic review and meta analysis the effect of community based rehabilitation on elderly people with mild cognitive impairment by ICF factors. This study used PubMed MEDLINE, Cochrane CENTRAL database from January 2009 to January 2019. As a result, a total of 5 studies were selected. The ICF factor effect size of the community based rehabilitation was 4.77 for physical function and structure, and 6.17 for activity and participation. The results of this study showed that the effect of community based rehabilitation of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment is effective on physical function, structure, activities and participation.

Many scholars exerted efforts to establish archival studies as a specialized academic domain. Two of the most often-quoted leading scholars who worked for the emergence of modern archival studies were English archivist Hilary Jenkinson (1882-1961) and American archivist Theodore R. Schellenberg (1903-1970). As they were published over 50 years ago, their theories were not only applied in various areas, but they also served as important principles in archival practice in the past. Nevertheless, there only exists a few translated books on the prominent archival theories. These studies-which directly focus on their theories or related studies such as comparative studies-lack Korean translations. The objectives of this study are to review Jenkinson and Schellenberg's biography and their professional achievements, as well as to empirically examine and investigate why there were differences in their theories by reviewing the periods they had lived and worked in. To achieve these objectives, the review of their academic and biographical backgrounds was prioritized. Their archival definitions, assessment, roles and perspectives on education as archivists were then compared one by one.
