Evaluation of Track irregularity due to Adjacent Excavation Work on Serviced Urban Transit (도시철도 인접굴착공사에 따른 운행선 궤도의 궤도틀림 분석)

  • In this study, finite element analysis was performed to evaluate the track irregularity of the existing track system on urban transit according to the large-scale excavation work that is constructed adjacent to the serviced line. Based on the numerical analysis, the effect of track irregularity generated during the step-by-step construction process was analytically derived, and the stability in terms of track deformation was evaluated through comparison with related standards. As the results, in the case of track irregularity items evaluated based on the relative displacement difference at a certain distance, such as alignment and vertical irregularity, it occurred most clearly at the location where deformation of the existing structure begins, such as the end point of adjacent excavation work. On the other hand, the overall vertical and horizontal displacement of the track was the largest deformation at the center of the construction section. The vulnerable position of the deformed side of the existing structure due to adjacent excavation is analytically proven that the both of the end point section and the center of the construction can be a vulnerable position in terms of track irregularity.

  • 1960년대 후반부터 시작된 경제개발계획과 주택정책으로 좁은 국토면적에 많은 주택을 보급하기 위하여 다세대 주택인 고층 아파트가 많이 신축되고 있으며, 고층 건물의 규모 및 그 수가 기하급수적으로 증가함에 따라 인근 건축물과 근접하여 시공하는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 구조물의 신축.증축 및 지하철 공사나 통신선로 등의 지하공간의 활용에 따라 타 공법보다 공사의 진행속도가 빠른 발파작업이 크게 증가하고 있으며, 도심지에서 인근 고층 구조물 및 건축물에 발파작업으로 인한 진동 및 폭음 등의 민원을 일으키는 직접적인 공해가 발생되고 있다. 본 연구지역은 부산 명장동의 "B초등학교 교지정지 및 교사 신축공사" 현장으로서 인근 고층아파트 103동, 104동 및 105동의 1층, 6층, 11층 및 16층에 계측기를 설치하여 발파작업으로 인한 진동 및 폭음이 층별로 미치는 영향을 검토하고자 하였다.검토하고자 하였다.

  • To effectively secure and execute the national budget, it is very important to estimate the reasonable construction cost of each process in the construction of public facilities and works. The construction cost is generally estimated at the time when the design of the targeted structures has been completed. Without detailed sectional drawings and with only simple information on bridge structures in the planning stage or in the early design stage. it would be very difficult to predict the approximate construction cost. In this study, a more efficient and appropriate approximate construction cost estimation model in the planning stage and in the early design stage is presented and verified as reliable by analyzing the construction cost data of 61 existing steel box girder bridges from previous studies. The results of this study show that when the construction cost that was predicted using the construction cost estimation model in the design stage was compared with the cost from the conventional standards, the suggested model in this study produced results with a very high confidence level.

  • A new and extendable highway should be planned and budgeted by estimating the total construction cost on the basis of the precise cost data. However, the demolition or disjointing cost could not reflect construction site condition sufficiently because it was simply estimated by multiplying the highway structure installation cost by the regular ratio($10\~70\%$) specified in the Korea Standard Estimate. The regular ratio for estimating of demolition and disjointing cost was calculated by not actual construction cost data but subjective experiences of field manager. Therefore, the reliance of the estimated demolition or disjointing cost has been declined. The primary objective of this study is to purpose the standard for estimating proper demolition or disjointing cost of relevant items through various site analysis and survey, and to investigate on the propriety of ratio-unit price method for estimating demolition and disjointing cost.

  • The absolute value management method is widely used in the most of the earth retaining construction, which evaluates the safety by comparing measurement result and management criteria. Therefore, the management criteria is the standard to evaluate the safety of the site, and in other words, the criteria is a direct factor of the evaluation. That means that the safety of the site can not be acquired if the management criteria is not proper, even though the measurement system is perfectly set. However, many of field technicians do not have rely on the current management criteria, and they even recognize the necessity of the revision. Therefore, in this study, the necessity of the revision was studied. Also, the optimum criteria selection and the application were performed based on the test results of earth retaining deflection and probabilistic theory. The absolute value management method was used for this study. The details are tabulated.

  • This study shows details of a specific space truss frame structure devised to carry out maintenance and repair temporary works in tunnels. The purpose of this study is to verify structural safety and function of the innovative truss structure through an analysis tool, i.e.. ABAQUS, which is a suite of software application for finite element analysis and computer aided engineering. And then optimized size, i.e., thickness and diameter of truss members is evaluated in practice. In this study, construction methods in the temporary works are additionally represented by using the new space truss frame structure.
