Analysis of individual exposure dose of workers and clinical practice students in radiation management area (방사선관리구역내의 종사자 및 임상실습 학생의 개인피폭선량 분석)

  • 방사선구역내의 종사자 간의 피폭선량 비교와, 동일한 구역내에서 임상실습에 임하는 학생들의 선량을 비교하여 방사선방어의 최적화에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 2016년 1월부터 동년 12월까지 C대학병원 방사선관리구역에 재직중인 방사선관계종사자 121명과 방사선작업종사자 36명, 그리고 8주간의 임상실습을 이수한 121명의 학생을 비교 대상으로 하였다. 방사선관계종사자와 작업종사자 간의 평균 심부 및 표층선량은 관계종사자가 각각 $.7440{\pm}1.676mSv$$.7753{\pm}1.730mSv$ 가장 높게 나타났으며, 통계적으로 매우 유의하였다(p<.01). 3그룹간에는 심부선량의 경우 임상실습학생이 $.143{\pm}.136mSv$로 가장 높게 나타났고, 표층선량에서도 $.1513{\pm}.139mSv$로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 작업종사자가 두 경우 모두 가장 낮았으며, 그룹간의 평균의 차이는 통계적으로 매우 유의하였다(p<.01). 결론적으로 ALARA 원칙에 의거 철저한 관리가 필요하며, 특히 방사선안전관리의 사각지대에 놓여 있는 임상실습 학생에 대한 체계적인 피폭선량 관리가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

The Location of Broadcasting Stations and Spatial Organization of Cable Television in Korea (케이블 TV 방송국의 입지와 공간조직)

  • In Korea, cable television(CATV) broadcasting has begun in March, 1995. This Paper aims at examining the location of CATV broadcasting station, and demand density(numbers of viewer houshold) of broadcasting area, and at clarifing the factors affecting subscription. The results are as follows: The number of CATV stations is 54 in 1996, and these CATV stations are mainly located in larger cities. The correlation between the number of established or planned CATV station and the number of household is very high. In sphered broadcasting area Permitted in 1997, the location of CATV station is about 73,000 household and 230,000 persons in the minimum values of household and population, and diameter of sphered broadcasting area is 40.6 km in mean. The factors affecting subscription rates of CATV are median age and supply rates of apartment of each dong in Chongju city and each myun in Chongwon county. The correlation between subscription rates of CATV and supply rates of apartment appears higher than correlation between subscription rates and median age other factors based on residual analysis of regression equation are established period of transmission network of CATV and acceptance attitude of dwellers.

Analysis of Characteristics of the Cancelled Districts of Housing Redevelopment Project - Focusing on Decision Tree Analysis - (재정비사업 해제구역 의사결정 특성 연구 - 의사결정나무기법 중심으로 -)

  • This study aims to identify the characteristics of the cancelled districts of housing redevelopment and housing reconstruction project. The subject of this study is 189 project districts(121 promoted districts, 68 cancelled districts). Both 121 promoted districts and 68 cancelled districts were analyzed by Decision Tree Analysis. The first separation of the release zone influencing factors was made by the Development Actors. In other words, the most important independent variable for determining the release zone influence factor was shown to be the presence or absence of propulsion actors. Of the 89 districts without propellers, 41 were lifted and 48 were promoted, and 9 out of 100 districts with propellers were lifted and 91 were promoted. The second separation of the impact factors on the zone was then made by Land Owners, and the probability of cancellation increased if the number of landowners was less than 468 and 37 out of 62 were removed. On the other hand, four out of 27 districts with more than 468 landowners were lifted and 23 districts were promoted. The third separation was made by the Average Land Assessment, and 35 zones were lifted below the standard of KRW 269.64 million/m2 approximately KRW 8.91 million per pyeong, and two zones were lifted at higher official prices. In the second division, the number of landowners was 468 or more, and in node4, four areas were removed from areas with a public land area ratio of 29.43% or more, and no areas less were released. This study used SPSS Statistics 26 S/W for analysis.

GIS를 활용한 지하수 보전지역 설정에 관한 연구

  • GIS의 공간분석 기법을 이용하여 지하수가 집중적으로 개발.이용되고 있는 지역을 지하수 보전구역으로 설정하기 위한 연구를 제주도를 대상으로 실시하였다. 제주도 전역을 250 $\times$ 250m 간격으로 그리드를 작성한 후 각 그리드 격자점을 중심으로 반경 500m 내의 지하수 관정밀도, 지하수 이용량 및 개발량을 GIS 공간분석 기법을 활용해 분석하였다. 그 후 지하수 관정 밀도, 지하수 개발량, 이용량을 전체 자료 분포를 고려해 일정 구간으로 구분하고, 그 각각에 대해 계급값을 부여한 후, 3개 인자에 대한 계급값을 이용하여 중첩분석한 결과, 반경 500m 내의 지하수 관정밀도 평균 4공 이상, 지하수 개발량 평균 1,352m$^3$/일 이상, 지하수 이용량 평균 1,138m$^3$/일 이상 되는 지역을 지하수 보전구역으로 지정해 관리하는 것이 타당하다는 결론을 얻었다.

Long-term Changes of Shoreline at the East Coast in South Korea 2 - South East Coast (우리나라 동해안 해안선의 장기적 변화 2 -남부 동해안)

  • This study grasped long-term changing tendency of shoreline during lately about 30 years in five region of South East coast, and analyzed long-term changing tendency of East coast shoreline and the factors that synthesized studies of Central and South East coast. As a result of calculating of shoreline variations using DSAS, each shoreline of Mangyangjeong and Josa region regressed mean 28.9m and 6.4m, but each shoreline of Goraebul, Daejin and Bonggil region progressed mean 25.0m, 10.6m and 18.8m. Synthesizing changing tendency of East coast shoreline, 1) progressive and regressive zones of shoreline in all regions seem to repeat. 2) looking at shoreline of south zone adjacent to lately constructed or extended breakwater progressed, because it is thought due to effect of a longshore current flowing north. 3) zones using beach relatively tends to regress shorelines. 4) progress and regress of shoreline in zones including estuary of stream are various features as change of deposit supply from a upstream region.

The Characteristics of Vehicle Speed Violation in School Zones (어린이 보호구역에서의 차량 속도위반 특성 분석)

  • Since speed limit enforcement in school zones is the most important to reduce the occurrence of severe child related accidents, school zones typically have a speed limit of 30km/h. However, it is found that the majority of vehicles passing school zones are traveling over 30km/h. This indicates that school zones are not being effectively operated to achieve the main objective which is the reduction of child related accidents. This study aims to identify the factors affecting the violation of speed limits in school zones through the results of field survey from 8 elementary schools. The results showed that time period, the number of lanes, the width of sidewalks, and the status of colored pavement were found to be highly associated with the violation of speed limits in school zones at the 95% significance level. The results of this study may provide some insights for making safe environments around schools.

School Zone Safety Improvement Using Smart Bollard (Smart Bollard를 이용한 어린이보호구역에서의 안전성 제고에 관한 연구)

  • This paper is aimed to introduce to a moving bollard (i.e., smart bollard) to improve the pedestrian safety along the crosswalk in the school zone as a means to physically separate pedestrians and approaching vehicles, to propose the appropriate criteria for its installation and implementation from the traffic engineering perspective, and to evaluate its effectiveness with the microscopic simulation model. The simulation results indicate that implementing the smart bollard results in the decrease of average approaching speed and traffic throughput and the most critical factors affecting its effectiveness are yellow time of the traffic signal directly associated with the location of the advance warning sign and its operation time, 5~6 seconds and 2~3 seconds, respectively.

Mixing Zone Analysis of Wastewater Effluent Discharged from Sokcho Ocean Outfall (속초 해양방류 하.폐수의 혼합구역에 대한 특성분석)

  • Mixing zone characteristics of the wastewater effluents discharged from Sokcho ocean outfall have been investigated using an outfall mixing zone model which was developed on the basis of Huang et al.'s(1996) analysis method. The model was applied to Sokcho ocean outfall case and was used to simulate the concentration distribution of wastewater effluents using winter season's data, ie. daily effluent flowrate, ocean current and density stratification data which were measure for two months in the outfall area. Hourly concentration distribution of outfall effluent discharges was calculated and they were averaged for the period of 15 days which covers the ambient flow variability of the neap and the spring tidal currents. The results show that near-field dilution was relatively high with the minimum dilution of 130 for the winter season. The mixing zone was extended to the coastal beach area rather than offshore because of major direction of coastal currents. This may cause a deteriorating impact on coastal water quality, especially to the adjacent swimming beach area.

Comparison of Area Pricing and Cordon Pricing in General Equilibrium Models (구역혼잡통행료와 진입통행료의 비교)

  • This paper compares the relative performances of area and cordon tolls as opposed to the first-best congestion tolls with respect to alleviation of traffic congestion and social welfare. The comparison is done in the monocentric city where all the jobs are located at the city center. The study shows that the size of charging zones is similar in the two second-bests, but that the optimal toll level is higher in area pricing than in cordon pricing. Area pricing schemes turn out to perform better than cordon pricing schemes as measured by average speeds and daily average travel time. Accordingly, the former is shown to increase the social welfare more than the latter. In the case of the cordon tolls, the residents at the charging zones are exempted from the tolls. In this way, cordon tolls invite people into the most congested areas over the optimal level while partially negating the whole spirit of the congestion tolls.

  • 기후변화로 인해 지구의 평균 해수면이 상승하고 그에 따라 연안지역의 피해가 증가함에 따라 해수면의 상승이 연안지역에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 사면이 바다와 접한 부산의 영도지역을 구체적인 대상으로 선정, 해수면 상승 영향에 따라 해수면을 평행단면으로 하여 상승 시 침수범위와 재해위험지역을 종합적으로 고려, 피해 예상지역 추출하고 침수취약지역을 그 침수특성 및 지역특성에 따라 세부적인 침수구역으로 구분하고 침수구역별로 자세한 침수대책을 마련한다.
