  • One of different methods to increase the productivity of software development team is to reuse the software components which were used once. Such a reusable software components are often organized software libraries. In order to reuse effectively the software modules selected from a library, the users need information enough to search for the modules easily. This paper designs and implements the tool which provides the information about the relationship between classes to reuse software components, and makes a new class by combining the data and functions from existing classes.

A Study on the Impact of Work-life Balance and Smart Work Environment on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment among Employees (워라밸과 스마트워크환경이 조직 구성원의 직무만족과 조직헌신에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Lots of studies have been conducted on work-life balance in various fields. In particular, while a plethora of studies on the work-life balance have focused mainly on organizational culture and work performance, research to investigate the impact of work-life balance on employees' organizational commitment is scarce. This study aims to empirically analyze how work-life balance of employees affects organizational commitment and mediation effects of job satisfaction on the relationships through a survey of 463 employees working in small and medium-sized enterprises, public institutions, and conglomerates in the COVID-19 era. Also, it examines the impact of a smart work environment as a new way of working during the COVID-19 pandemic on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The findings of the study are summarized as follows. First, work-life balance was shown to positively affect job satisfaction, and job satisfaction had a positive influence on emotional organizational commitment of employees. Second, job satisfaction was found to be completely mediated both in the relationship between work-life balance and organizational commitment and in the relationship between work-family balance and organizational commitment, and partially mediated in the relationship between work-growth balance and organizational commitment. Third, the smart work environment had a positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The results of the study show that work and family, work and leisure, and work and growth balance are significantly important factors to improve employees' work attitudes in the changing work environment as a result of COVID-19. The present results suggest that the introduction of work-life balance and the smart work environment is required to increase organizational productivity.

개인맞춤생산을 위한 IoT기반 개방형 제조서비스 플랫폼

  • 본고에서는 개인 또는 기업이 아이디어를 제품화하는 과정에서 겪게 되는 생산진입의 어려움을 해소하기 위해서 개인맞춤생산을 지원하는 개방형 제조서비스 플랫폼 (FaaS: Factory as a Service)을 제안한다. FaaS 플랫폼은 다양한 고객들의 맞춤형 제품에 대한 요구를 수용하여 가능한 대량 생산에 가까운 효율로 생산하도록 설계하였으며, 개인맞춤생산을 위한 스마트 제조기술과 제조서비스 플랫폼 기능을 제공한다. FaaS 플랫폼은 고객이 자신이 원하는 제품생산의 요구를 정확하게 지속적으로 전달하기 위해 개방성을 제공하는 FaaS 클라우드 계층과 다양한 이종 제품들을 최적의 생산 효율을 가지고 혼류생산 할 수 있도록 하는 FaaS 제조운영 계층, 그리고 3D프린터, 로봇과 같은 혁신형의 제조설비들을 IoT(Internet of Things)를 기반으로 유기적으로 연결함으로써 팩토리 전체 성능을 향상시키도록 하는 FaaS 실행제어 계층으로 구성된다. 본 고에서 제안한 FaaS 플랫폼은 향후 기술개발 결과물을 실 수요 제품을 생산하는 ICT융합형 제조서비스 스마트팩토리 실증테스트베드에 적용하여 시범운영을 통해 기술을 검증하고 확장할 계획으로 있으며, 이를 통해 창업 기업이나 중소 제조기업들이 신제품의 시장진입시간을 단축시키고, 실질적인 펀딩 효과를 가질 수 있기를 기대한다.

  • As massive increase in remote work since COVID-19, the boundaries between the inside and outside of corporate networks have become blurred. As a result, traditional perimeter security has stagnated business productivity and made it difficult to manage risks such as information leakage. The zero trust architecture model has emerged, but it is difficult to apply to IT environments composed of various companies. Therefore, using the remote work system configuration as an example, we presented a configuration and methodology that can apply zero trust models even in various network environments such as on-premise, cloud, and network separation. Through this, we aim to contribute to the creation of a safe and convenient cyber environment by providing guidance to companies that want to apply zero trust architecture, an intelligent system that actively responds to cyber threats.

  • This paper implements a web - based production monitoring system that can be used efficiently by small - scale manufacturers. Small-scale enterprises, especially small-sized enterprises with less than 5 employees, need an efficient production management system because productivity is important. However, in reality, the manager and the worker verbally report work orders and production, and when one of the members is absent, the delay in the work process increases. If the time required for the work process increases, the productivity will be affected and the sales of the enterprise will be affected. In this paper, we have designed and implemented a web - based production monitoring system that can be used efficiently by small - sized manufacturers with less than 5 employees. We implemented a web based browser to operate with only a browser and applied the UI for convenience of the field worker. The proposed system is applied to less than 5 automobile parts manufacturers and the system effectiveness is confirmed. The system can be economically applied to more small enterprises with only a few modifications according to the products of each company.

  • 최근 세계경제의 중장기적 불황과 성장률의 하락을 경험하고 있는 가운데, 새로운 상품이나 서비스를 탄생시키고 생산방식의 변화와 혁신을 통해 조직의 지속가능성을 높이는 조직구조에 대한 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이러한 분위기에서 중소벤처기업의 성장은 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 매우 크다는 것을 모두 공감하고 있으며, 이러한 중소벤처기업이 기업의 성과를 높이고 그러한 성과를 지속할 수 있도록 구성원들의 학습역량을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력들이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 벤처기업 CEO의 기업가정신과 리더십이 학습민첩성과 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 탐험과 활용을 하는 양손잡이 조직구조가 매개역할을 하는지에 대해 분석 하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 벤처기업 CEO의 기업가정신과 리더십이 조직구성원의 학습민첩성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 양손잡이 조직구조의 매개효과를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 CEO의 기업가정신과 리더십이 벤처기업의 양손잡이 구조를 증진하고, 증진된 양손잡이 구조가 학습민첩성에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 불확실한 환경 하에서 조직의 지속적인 성장과 생존을 위해 새로운 변화에 빠르게 대응할 수 있는, 그리고 조직 내의 핵심 역량으로 요구되고 있는 학습민첩성(Learning Agility)을 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

The Influence of Authentic Leadership on Intention to Share Knowledge Through Organization Identification and Organization Commitment: Analysis of the Moderating Effect of Reciprocal Feedback and Task Interdependence (진성 리더십이 조직 동일시와 조직 몰입을 통해 지식공유 의도에 미치는 영향: 상호피드백과 업무 상호의존성 조절효과 분석)

  • As the systematic management of knowledge within an organization is recognized as a core factor for the continuous growth of an organization, organizations are increasing their interest in knowledge management. Knowledge management requires the active sharing of knowledge by insiders of the organization, but there are cases of failure due to the lack of participation of leaders and employees of the organization. The purpose of this study is to suggest a mechanism by which the authentic leadership of leaders in small and medium-sized enterprises(SME), which are relatively lacking in knowledge production capacity, leads to intention to share knowledge of employees. In addition, the study confirms that reciprocal feedback and task interdependence moderate the relationship between antecedent factors and intention to share knowledge. In this study, a research model was derived based on precedent research, and 272 samples were obtained by conducting a questionnaire survey on employees of SME that introduced a knowledge management policy. And, the study verified the hypothesis by applying structural equation modeling based on AMOS 22.0. The results of the study proved that authentic leadership has a positive effect on the intention to share knowledge through organization identification and organization commitment, and confirmed that reciprocal feedback and work interdependence moderate the relationship between knowledge sharing intentions and antecedent factors. This study suggests the mechanism by which the authentic behavior of the leaders of SMEs affects the knowledge sharing behavior of employees, and suggests that work cooperation strengthens the influence of the mechanism.

The Effect of Organizational Culture Types on Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Small and Medium Hospitals (중소병원의 조직문화가 조직몰입과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향)

  • To propose the way for improving organizational management of small and medium hospitals through analyzing the effect of organizational culture types on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. A survey was held to the employees of 4 hospitals that could accomodate less than 100 patients located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk for 4 weeks starting November 20, 2012. As result of factor analysis, the organizational culture divided to the four types: adventurous, hierarchical, productive, friendly types. The adventurous and friendly types revealed the positive effect on organizational commitment, and the productive and friendly types revealed it on organizational citizenship behavior. Instead, hierarchical type revealed no effects on the both. Therefore, to improve organizational management in small and medium hospitals, the strengthened efforts to build up friendship and supportive environments for reasonable decision making.

The Institutional Elements and Institutional Congruence of National and Local Accounting System (국가회계와 지방회계의 구성요소와 제도적 정합성)

  • This study aims to analyze the government accounting system of South Korea on the institutional complex and institutional congruence of new institutional theory and suggests policy reform for the system. I researched the literatures on the national and local accounting system and compiled research materials from the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, the Ministry of Interior and Safety, the Board of Audit and Inspection, and Government Accounting and Finance Statistics Center websites. Analysis showed that the government accounting system consists of various elements in institutional complex and the congruence level of national and local accounting system of South Korea is low in production, disclosure, and application of information. The suggestions of this study include: introducing accounting position recruitment, adopting government audit system, and improving cooperation between national accounting organizations and local accounting organizations for reliable information production; disclosing real time information and revealing information linking national and local accounting for transparent information disclosure; educating information user, providing accurate cost and available financial analysis indicators, introducing chief financial officer, and expanding range of consolidated national financial statements for information application.

Impact of Supervisor's Leadership Styles on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Mediation Effects of Multi-dimensional Measure of Justice in the Service Industry (상사의 리더십 유형이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향: 서비스산업에서 다차원적 공정성의 매개효과)

  • As the service industry has been getting increased attention as the core for the national economic growth, in order to promote growth and development of the industry, in-depth research on the workers in the industry has been timely called for. Therefore current study aims to explore the effect of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior(ie OCB) for increased productivity of workers in the service industry, and the role of multi-dimensional justice in the relationship between them. The findings suggest that transformational and transactional leadership both have positive effect on OCB, implying that application of leadership style that is appropriate to the context may be more important, Also, mediation test of multi-dimensional justice resulted partial mediation effect except for the procedural justice in the relationship between transformational leadership and OCB.
