Effects of SNS Social Capital on Trust and Purchase Intention of Food Products: Focused on the Moderating Effects of Perceived Risk and SNS Receiver Characteristics (SNS 사회적 자본이 외식상품 신뢰와 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 지각된 위험과 SNS 수신자 특성의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of two types of social capital on trust and purchase intention of food products. In addition, the moderating roles of perceived risk and SNS receiver characteristics were also examined. The survey for this study was conducted from the 17th to the 30th of June, 2016 through SNS using the convenience sampling method. A total of 230 responses were collected, of which 200 were used for analysis, after excluding responses containing missing data. Multiple regression and moderated regression were conducted to verify the hypotheses. The results from this study are as follows. First, it was found that social capital (bridging social capital and bonding social capital) had an effect on trust of food product. Second, perceived risk of food product was found to moderate the relationship between social capital (bridging social capital and bonding social capital) and trust. Third, trust of food product significantly impacted purchase intention. Fourth, SNS receiver characteristics of food product were found to moderate the relationship between trust and intention;, and trust of food product was found to mediate the relationship between bridging social capital and purchase intention.

Analysis of Sensory Properties for Chicken Meat Products in Multicultural Families (다문화가정 여성의 닭고기 제품에 관한 관능평가 분석)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the sensory properties of chicken meat products, such as color, flavor, tenderness, juiciness, taste, and so on, in multi-cultural families. Questionnaires were collected from multi-cultural families, for a total of 80 consumers. H-4, which contained 80.2% chicken meat ham out of the 5 hams was shown to score 7.00 of 10 points on the Likert scale compared to the others products (P<0.05). Loyalty purchasing of chicken ham showed the middle level, 6.50 points (P<0.05). Preferences for color, flavor, tenderness, juiciness and taste of chicken breast ham in South East-Asia showed higher values than those in Korea and Vietnam (P<0.05). The preferences of dakgalbi for sensory properties among multi-cultural families did not show significant differences. The color preferences of chicken mixed press ham showed higher values in South East-Asia than those in Vietnam (P<0.05). The purchase intension of chicken press ham after manufacturing was the highest, 4.12 points, for chicken meat products.

  • In this study, in relation to "Chapter 3 Support for Priority Purchase of Technology Development Products" of the 「Market Channel Support Act」, this study investigated the positive growth impact of technology development products subject to preferential purchase on small and medium sized enterprises. The data used for empirical verification is for 371 companies that obtained certification for technology development products subject to preferential purchase in 2016 and Data from SMEs were collected from 2017 to 2021, Sales, operating profit, and net profit was identified, and empirical verification. And conducted through statistical analysis to determine whether it had a positive effect on the growth factors of SMEs. In addition, data from 225 technology development product certification companies were collected, and empirical testing was conducted through t-test analysis on the change in growth factors before and after acquiring certification. As a result of statistical analysis, it was found that the total assets, certified sales, operating profit, and net profit, which are the growth factors of a company, are all positively affected according to the type of technology development product certification. However, in the case of authentication types, some authentications showed significant negative results. In addition, significant results were derived that after acquiring certification had a positive effect on growth factors than before acquiring certification. Consistent with this conclusion, I think that it is effective for technology development-based SMEs to enter the public procurement market and utilize the technology development product priority purchase policy for market exploitation and corporate growth. And the government should strengthen the market support policy to create demand so that SMEs can enter the procurement market and actively utilize the preferential purchase system, and come up with an improvement plan so that public institutions can actively utilize the preferential purchase system.

  • In this study, we tried to analyze the characteristics of color cosmetics information search and the major information of interest in the color cosmetics market after COVID-19 shown in the text mining analysis results by collecting data on online interest information of consumers in the color cosmetics market after COVID-19. In the empirical analysis, text mining was performed on all documents such as news, blogs, cafes, and web pages, including the word "color cosmetics". As a result of the analysis, online information searches for color cosmetics after COVID-19 were mainly focused on purchase information, information on skin and mask-related makeup methods, and major topics such as interest brands and event information. As a result, post-COVID-19 color cosmetics buyers will become more sensitive to purchase information such as product value, safety, price benefits, and store information through active online information search, so a response strategy is required.

  • The purpose of this study is to collect the psychological responses that occur while watching TV home shopping ads in verbal form, and explore the possibility of measuring the effectiveness of TV home shopping ads using linguistic analysis. The psychological responses during watching positive and negative ads of participants(40 housewives and female college students) were collected in a linguistic form using a think aloud and self-report measurement. It was analyzed by KLIWC, a Korean language analysis program. As a result of the analysis, there was a difference in psychosocial variables as well as linguistic variables between positive and negative evaluation ads. Also, various variables of KLIWC were correlated with the variables of advertising effectiveness (purchase stimulus, ad attitude, product attitude, purchase intention) and advertising response variables. This suggests the possibility of constructing a psychological response profile and measurement of advertising effectiveness using language analysis.

  • Useful emails influence on consumers' purchase behavior and activate them to visit retail stores. Regular contact with consumers by e-mail has positive effects on brand loyalty. However, email marketing has a limitation. Spam now accounts for over half of all e-mail traffic. The increase of email users has resulted in the dramatic increase of spam emails during the past few years. In this paper, we proposed an ontology-based system offering personalized email services to overcome such limitation. Our method is not the ontology-driven spam filtering, but a personalized content service considering personal interests and relations among people by using FOAF and domain ontologies. Our system was successfully tested in email marketing domain.

  • Occurrences of large-scale food-related mishaps around the globe are degrading the safety and confidence on food items. This can be said to result from problems such as information asymmetry between the supplier and the consumer(information user). It makes it difficult to confirm product-related information including who produced an item how, what manufacturing process was involved, and how the product was distributed, and deal with a food-related trouble. The research verified and analyzed what has an effect on the intention to use Traceability System when the user uses information service.

  • 전 세계적으로 환경에 대한 관심이 고조됨에 따라 육상 교통 기관, 건설 장비, 심지어 가전 제품에 있어서도 소음 문제에 대한 관심이 크게 대두되고 있다. 특히, 수출을 하기 위해서는 그 나라의 소음 규제법을 만족시켜야 하며 제품의 경쟁력을 위해서는 그 이상의 것이 요구되고 있다. 또한, 소음 문제는 소비자의 제품 구매 선택에 영향을 주기도 한다. 일본의 경우 JIS 규격으로 건설 장비의 소음을 규제하고 있으며, 소음 수준에 따라 일반 장비, 저 소음 장비, 초 저소음 장비로 구분하여 장비에 따라 건설 작업을 제하하기도 하며, 특히 초 저소음 장비 인증을 받은 것은 장비 사용 단가 및 사용에 있어 차등을 두어 혜택을 주고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 크롤러 굴삭기에 대해 시행중인 유럽 소음 규제법 86/662/EEC 보다 강화되어 '97년부터 적용 예상되고 있는 89/514/EEC 소음 규제에 대비하여 크롤러 굴삭기의 소음 저감 대책을 논하고자 한다.

  • 인공지능 분야에서는 전문가 시스템으로써 식단작성에 대한 연구가 계속되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기 구축한 식단작성 시스템을 검토한 후, 조리법을 기반으로 음식과 식품의 관계를 규명하여 보다 더 지적인 식단작성을 고려해 보았다. 이와 아울러, 실용적인 식단을 구성하기 위한 요인을 찾아 사용자의 식생활 관리기능을 향상시키고자 하였다. 이러한 요인으로는 기본적인 사용자 특성 외에 조리법 식품 구매량, 식품가격, 대치식품, 가족단위 구성 등을 생각하였다. 식품, 음식 및 식단의 의미적 관계는 사용자 특성과 취향을 적극 수용하는 지능적인 식단작성을 가능하게 한다. 또한, 제시한 실용적 요인들은 작성된 식단이 실생활에 보다 더 쉽게 적용될 수 있도록 한다. 이들은 식단작성을 위한 음식 및 식단 온톨러지로 그 활용가치가 기대된다.

A Test of Individual Firm's Collusive Behavior: The Case of Purchase Price Fixing in the Iron Scrap Market (담합 사례 연구: 철스크랩 구매가격 담합 사건에서 개별 기업의 담합 실행 여부에 대한 실증적 검증)

  • In the steel industry, there is a perception that "collusion has become a long-standing practice" and it is expected that the authorities' legal response to collusion will be strengthened in the future. This necessarily requires improving the accuracy of the legal response, the most important of which is to accurately identify whether the allegedly colluding firms actually did collude. This study focuses on the recent iron scrap price-fixing case and examines whether a single accused firm actually engaged in price-fixing in a situation where there is a mix of firms that acted independently of the collusion and firms that actually engaged in price-fixing. The results of the analysis allow us to infer that the accused steelmaker did not actually collude, which is consistent with the authorities' final judgment against the steelmaker. In the real world, some collusions are carried out by only a subset of firms in a market, and in these cases, there are often disputed firms as to whether or not they carried out the collusion. This study can serve as an analytic guide for industries, including the steel industry, to verify the behavior of individual firms, especially those whose collusive practices are disputed.
