방송통신 기술기준은 국가에서 정하는 강제표준으로서 통신사업자 및 관련 기관이 준수해야 하는 의무 사항을 규정하고 있다. 2017년에는 "방송통신설비의 기술기준에 관한 규정"이 개정 공포(대통령령 제27998호, 2017.4.25.)되어 국내 통신설비 환경에 큰 변화를 가져 올 기술적 요건들을 의무화하고 있다. 건축물의 지하층부터 지상층까지 구내용 이동통신설비를 설치하도록 하여 어디에서나 이동통신이 가능한 환경을 구축하고, 구내통신망의 설계시 구내 간선계에 광신호를 다중화하여 전송하는 기술적 방안을 선택할 수 있도록 함으로써 공사비 절감 및 유지관리의 용이 화를 유도하는 등 다양한 내용을 내포하고 있다. 본고에서는 최근 개정된 "방송통신설비의 기술기준에 관한 규정"의 주요 내용들과 후속적인 조치로서 이루어져야 할 사항들에 대해 살펴 보고자 한다.

This study recognize the problems about the High-speed IT building certification system and the technical standards of telecommunication facility, broadcasting public receiving facility including Home-network facility which are installed at apartments for the successful building of the Ubiquitous city that the government is driving and suggested a sweeping change of the housing law interrelated for making up a housing efficiency grade-display system and systematizing the maintenance by solutions. Also, presented the integrate-construction model designs separately of the residential IT line about the buildings applied to technical standards, the building acquired second grade below of High-speed IT building and the building when the above solutions get to he systematized.

Telecommunications provisions of the interior of a country which are established only for a voice service are inefficient in various rule of grounding and bonding that are not concerned with services. It is a essential part for planning out a efficiency when employing telecommunication, researching and writing standards bout grounding and bonding of materials that are established in telecommunication to consider reliability of telecommunication equipment for a wideband and high speed service. Therefore we investigated present conditions and problems of domestic grounding and observed foreign technical standards related to several grounding and bonding. The foreign technical standards are compared with the domestic immature parts. As a result, presenting a domestic technical standards about grounding and bonding fitted to telecommunicateion provision when building is constructed or reconstructed, all parts related to this can be given the efficiency and the generality to provide system which has reliability.

본 논문은 구내 통신 서비스의 기본 장비인 구내교환기(이하 PBX)를 IP화하여 사용자에게 다양한 서비스 및 솔루션 제공을 가능케 하는 IP-PBX에 대한 것으로 이 장비의 구현 이슈 및 응용 서비스 제공 방안 구내 솔루션 연동 방안에 대하여 다룬다.

Subscriber Protector is installed in a point of connection between main wire and in-plant cable to protect telecommunication facilities and service users from overvoltage or overcurrent due to the lightning or induction. In Korea, there are regulations for obligation of installation and performance criteria of protectors, but these regulations in force can not cope with diversification of services because it stands on the basis of PSTN service only. In earlier paper, we suggested the improvement way of technical regulation for subscriber protector in customer premises. and in this paper, we propose revised criteria for overvoltage performance of protector in customer premises, and make feasibility of revised criteria through inspection tests.

The position of the bridged tap is determined by that of the outlet in most modern apartments, since most of the indoor wiring utilizes the bus wiring structure when deploying the indoor communication line. These bridged taps deteriorate transmission performance in the specific frequency at the time of high-speed multimedia communication, which uses a high frequency bandwidth, since the duality of return loss worsens and line attenuation increases rapidly. As a result, analysis on this phenomenon is required. In this study, the test model is created by modeling the intercommunication facility of the apartment that is the most representative residential house type, and by understanding the structure and the environment of the indoor wiring. Also, how the bridge tap affects performance is analyzed when the VDSL service is provided, so that problems of intercommunication lines can be identified and methods for improving the proper intercommunication line can be suggested, which is suitable for accommodating high-speed multimedia service of the future.

2007년도 상반기부터 단독주택지역 가입자를 대상으로 FTTH 구축이 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며, 초고속 인터넷 서비스를 비롯한 고화질의 IP-TV등의 서비스제공이 상용화 단계에 있다. 단독주택지역의 FTTH의 구축은 향후에도 지속적으로 추진해 나갈 예정으로 있으며, 신축아파트 또한 정보통신건물 인증 정책 추진으로 초기의 건물 신축 당시부터 UTP케이블 및 광케이블의 구축이 보편화되는 추세이다. 반면에 건축된지 오래 경과된 기축아파트의 경우에는 여러 가지 건물 구조형태의 문제점과 열악한 구내통신시설 환경으로 FTTH를 구축하는데 많은 어려움이 있으며, 구축방법의 부재로 인하여 활발히 추진되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기축아파트를 대상으로 FTTH 구축을 효율적으로 하기 위한 방법에 대해 언급하였고, 아파트 구내통신설비를 세부 구간별로 분리하여 최적의 FTTH 구축을 할수 있는 방법에 대해서 논하였다.
