This study aims to examine the mediating effect of interpersonal trust on the effect of church conflict on church commitment. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 218 christian adults. First, it was revealed that church conflict had a significant negative correlation with interpersonal trust. Second, church conflict had a significant negative correlation with church commitment. Third, the cognitive-based trust of church members showed a significant mediating effect on the effect of christian conflict on church commitment. Fourth, pastor's emotion-based trust had a significant mediating effect on the effect of christian conflict on church commitment. Based on these findings, we discussed the importance of trust based on pastor's sentiment and trust based on the recognition of fellow church members to manage church conflicts.

This study examined the moderating effect which the interpersonal trust between christians has on the daily spiritual experiences and church commitments of christians. This study was conducted on 400 Christians - 193 men (48.3%) and 207 women (51.7%). The SPSS 25.0 program and PROCESS Procedure for SPSS version 3.5 (Model 1) were used for data analysis and for verifying the hypothesis. the results of the study showed: First, the daily spiritual experience of Christians had a significant positive effect on church commitment. Second, the interpersonal trust between christians had a significant positive effect on church commitment among Christians. Third, the interpersonal trust between christians had a significant positive effect on daily spiritual experiences and on church commitment. Hence, based on the above conclusions the role and importance of trustworthy relationships in the church as well as personal beliefs were discussed.

Church education in Korean churches is facing a very serious crisis. This crisis is a negative perception of the church as viewed by the present society. The negative perception of the church has led to children, adolescents, young adults, and even adults leaving the church. There have been countless studies on the problem of Christian education and its alternatives. However, those problems still remain a matter of church education. The alternatives do not become viable and remain a problem. To solve these problems, a paradigm shift is required, and in order to overcome the crisis of the church, it is necessary to study alternatives and its method factors and find application points. Today's church education is absolutely influenced by postmodernism and informationalization. However, church education is education for Christian identity that transmits Christian faith. This Christian education is facing challenges and crises against its religious and academic identity. Christian education has a responsibility to be aware of this reality and to present alternatives to overcome various crises facing church education. Therefore, it is the task of church education to establish standards so that we can live a life where the Bible becomes the standard. In other words, it is to give them biblical faith. Furthermore, it is necessary to point out and understand Christian faith in the Korean church, which has been evaluated as insufficient. In addition, establishing a Christian worldview and realizing the Kingdom of God that practice justice and love in society are tasks that can be accomplished efficiently through Christian education. Therefore, the Korean church should actively seek ways to support the practice of Christian education as well as church education in forming ideal Christians which is the goal of Christian education.

The study aimed to identify current situations of Korean church libraries. The results from 22 church libraries are investigated in terms of some factors such as material organization, quantity of materials, facilities, staffs, budgets, public services, users and classification systems. Current libraries are very small in its facility, quantity of the materials and the budget, and lack of the full-time librarian. Recently, children's libraries are established among small churches, and their budgets and public services are stable. Suggestions for revitalizing the church libraries are made: the pastor's understanding of the significance of church library for missions' sake, establishment of more church libraries, acquisitions of various non-book materials, budget security, necessity for a full-time librarian, provision of various types of services and cooperations among church libraries.

Since it was founded in Korea in 1784, Korean Catholic Church has grown rapidly even under persecution. And now, its various activities have considerable influence on Korean society. However, the Korean Catholic Church record management not much is being done in excess of general record management for administrative purposes. Therefore, this study attempted to construct records management system that could systematically manage records of the Korean Catholic Church with Diocese Archives as the central figure. In order to do this, first the special characteristics of the Catholic Church records were analyzed, and the actual status of records management of Catholic Church was investigated. Next, applied the theory of records management to the Catholic Church system.

아래의 사례들은 그 동안 가톨릭 계열 병원에서 당면했던 의학 윤리와 관계되는 일들입니다. 병원에서는 스스로 해결하지 못한 문제들을 때로는 윤리 전공하는 신부들에게 문의하기도 했고, 때로는 교회법을 전공하는 신부들 혹은 관구법원에 문의하기도 하였습니다. 그러나 어떤 때는 서로 상반되는 의견도 있어서 어려움을 겪기도 했습니다. 그래서 이번에 10명의 윤리신학 혹은 교회법을 전공한 신부들이 모여 교회 병원내에서 실제 있었던 10가지 사례들을 검토하였고, 이를 기회로 우리 교구에서 교회의 가르침과 신학적으로 통일된 견해르 ㄹ마련하여 교회 병원 실무자들과 신자들에게 널리 알리고자 하여 다음 문건을 마련하였으니 필요하신 대로 활용하시기 바랍니다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the Christian characters of Korean church members. In addition, this study also examined the virtues and measurement index of Christian characters, general factors of church members and relationship between 9 virtues of Christian characters of church members and related influences. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted with one to one interview through the assistance of church officials. The results based on the survey showed no significant differences in Christian characters according to the personal factors and church factors. However, it was identified that the church satisfaction among the church factors affected the Christian character. In order to improve the negative image of Korean church through this study, this study tries to show the relationship with Christian characters and the importance of Christian characters in the church and to suggest the necessity of education. This study seeks to review the correlation that the faith of Korean Christians, their status and title within the church, length of year they've had faith and their satisfaction with church life have with their well-rounded character as a Christian, what factors or values affect the personality of Christians in Korean chruches, and what programs or action steps can be taken to provide the most optimal and feasible way to promote a better well-rounded character in Korean Christians.

The demand for lifelong education is increasing. Individuals, organizations, and groups are creating an environment where anyone can learn anytime, anywhere while conducting educational and learning activities. The propagation of Christianity in Korea began with education. For churches that own various human and material resources, their functions and roles in the region are more important. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the role and function of church lifelong education in the community to view church lifelong education as a mission tool. It examines the significance of church lifelong education, the biblical basis for church lifelong education, and the history of church lifelong education. It also examines the role of the church in the community and its functional basis for lifelong education. I would like to present the meaning of church lifelong education as a community mission tool. Through the practice of church lifelong education, local residents have a positive perception of the church, and it can be seen that the church provides an opportunity for evangelism. It is now necessary for churches with various advantages to implement lifelong education to revitalize church lifelong education as a missionary tool for local missionary work.

This study analyzed research trends related to lifelong church education through the analysis of academic papers recently published in Korea since 2000 and derived implications for lifelong church education. For the study, a total of 95 studies related to lifelong church education were analyzed among academic papers in domestic journals from 2000 to 2021. Academic papers were classified into research years, published journals, research subjects, research topics, and research methods, and then research trends were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, research related to lifelong church education has been activated since 2000 and has shown an increasing trend since 2010. Second, it was found that lifelong church education research has been conducted in various academic journals other than Christian education-related journals. Third, learner-centered research was the most common research subject, and among them, many studies targeting the elderly. Fourth, in relation to the research topic, studies on the role and necessity of lifelong church education were the most dominant, and many studies on the direction of promotion of lifelong church education were also conducted. Fifth, research related to lifelong church education is a theoretical study, and literature research is mainly conducted, and the use of other research methods was insignificant. According to these research results, it was found that practical approaches such as analysis of demands for life long education and verification of program effectiveness were insufficient. Therefore, an integrated search for lifelong church education is needed. In addition, it is necessary to continuously develop regional customized programs to support detailed areas of lifelong church education and local missionary work. It is suggested that policy sponsorship at the church, seminary, and state level is needed to promote lifelong education in churches.
