A study on the Standardization of metadata in Vehicle Detection System (차량검지시스템(VDS) 메타데이터의 표준화에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 차량검지시스템을 이용하여 메타데이터의 검지시스템의 하드웨어와 소프트웨어가 도로에 적합한 시스템이 되도록 실험을 통하여 이를 검증하고, 표준화를 위해 제안하였다. 첫째, 교통정보를 메타데이터하고자 할 때 그 구축범위가 너무 광범위한 점을 보완하여 시내 교통정보의 범위를 줄이고자 적용범위로 VDS(차량검지시스템 : Vehicle Detection System)의 메타데이터 구성요소에 대한 표준을 마련하였다. 둘째, 본 표준에서는 차량의 속도, 단위 시간당 차량의 통과수 및 점유시간 등을 조사할 수 있는 VDS의 메타데이터 구성요소를 추출하고 데이터 요소에 대한 정의 및 기술형식을 정의하였다. 셋째, VDS의 메타데이터 표준지정은 교통정보의 데이터 요소 및 형식을 동일하게 사용하도록 함으로써 상이한 개발업체에 의해 개발된 시스템의 교통정보를 일관성 있게 표현할 수 있다. 넷째, 본 표준은 VDS 메타데이터의 데이터 요소명을 표준화하기 위해서 Data Dictionary를 구축하여 실제 데이터 요소에서 data dictionary에서 정의된 약어들의 조합으로 표시하여 데이터 모델링시 유용하게 쓰일 수 있도록 하였다.

Developing RDF Meta data Graph for Transportation Open Data Platform (교통데이터 유통을 위한 RDF 메타 데이터 그래프 구축방안)

  • W3C enacted RDF(Resource Description Framework based DCAT meta data standard, which is world-widely accepted so far. To guarantee the inter-operability and integrity of data from various sources and even from various countries, it is considered that transportation meta data should also follow the DCAT standard. But still, to represent the transportation domain-specific features, it is necessary to define new properties and vocabularies in addition to the DCAT standard. This research identified the additional properties and vocabularies for transportation metadata, considering uniqueness of transportation data. The revised RDF schema and RDF graph proposed in this research should be able to lead the transportation open data platform revitalization.

  • 텔레매틱스 서비스는 이동 중인 차량 내에서 다양한 정보를 개인사용자에게 제공해주는 종합적인 서비스이다. 텔레매틱스 서비스의 대표적인 컨텐츠로는 교통정보와 여행정보가 있다. 또한 텔레매틱스 서비스는 안전운행과 이동으로 인한 제약사항 때문에 개인사용자에게 좀더 손쉽고 빠른 최적의 정보를 요구하는 경우가 많다. 그러므로 텔레매틱스 서비스 중 여행정보는 개인에게 적합한 서비스, 즉 개인화된 서비스를 필요로 한다. 그러나 현재 제공되는 여행정보들은 일반적인 관광지 소개 정도로만 그치고 있다. 따라서 사용자 성향에 맞는 정보가 탐색되고 제공될 수 있도록 표준화된 정보가 필요하다. 이 시점에서 메타데이터는 데이터에 대한 데이터로서 데이터 각각을 표준화하는데 기준이 되는 역할을 한다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 텔레매틱스를 기반으로 개인화된 여행 정보를 제공하는데 토대가 되는 관광정보 메타데이터를 연구한다.

  • Currently, the Metaverse is introduced in various fields, and a virtual convergence economy that uses NFTs for content or item transactions is expected to develop into a 'metaverse environment'. The 'metaverse environment' will lead the changes in our society in the future and it will be fused with AI, big data, cloud, IoT, block chain, and next-generation network technology. However, personal information, device information, and behavior information provided by Metaverse users to use the service are subject to major attacks. Therefore, in order to provide a safe environment for users to use and to expand the business base of related companies, building a public-private cooperation system and developing a security guide are the leading tasks. Therefore, in this study, we compare and analyze metaverse features and technologies, and examine possible security threats and countermeasures.

Development of an Incident Detection Algorithm by Using Traffic Flow Pattern (이력패턴데이터를 이용한 돌발상황 감지알고리즘 개발)

  • Research of this paper focused on developing and demonstrating of algorithm with the figures of difference between historical traffic pattern data and real-time traffic data to decide on what the incident is. The aim of this dissertation is to develop incident detection algorithm which can be understood and modified easier to operate. To establish traffic pattern of this algorithm, weighted moving average method was applied. The basis of this method was traffic volume and speed of the same day and time at the same location based on 30-second raw data. The model was completed by a serious of steps of process-screening process of error data, decision of the traffic condition, comparison with pattern data, decision of incident circumstances, continuity test. A variety of parameter value was applied to select reasonable parameter. Results of application of the algorithm came out with figures of average detection rate 94.7 percent, 0.8 percent rate of misinformation and the average detection time 1.6 minutes. With these following results, the detection rate turned out to be superior compared with result of existing model. Applying the concept of traffic patterns was useful to gain excellent results of this study. Also, this study is significant in terms of making algorithm which theorized the decision process of actual operators.

  • 지난 몇 년간 우리는 소셜 검색에 몰두하여 연관검색 및 소비자의 만족을 위해 빅데이터 분석을 하였다. 최근에는 빅데이터 분석이라는 흐름에 맞춰 기업 및 기관별 본연의 정보를 통합하여 효율적인 검색을 할 수 있도록 하는 솔루션을 대거 도입하고 있다. 또한 기업 및 기관에서 가지고 있는 정보는 기존 비정형 데이터로 방대하여 기존의 방법이나 도구로 수집 및 저장 분석이 어려운 실정이다. 이에 공공기관 및 민간기업 등에서는 키워드 중심의 다양한 검색엔진을 개발하거나 도입하고 있으며, 정보 분류의 확대, 메타데이터의 활용, 태그정보의 제공, 개인 맞춤형 서비스 등 고객의 만족도를 제고하기 위한 다양한 방법을 시도하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기관의 교통 연구와 관련한 일련의 작업 중 행정문서, 연구정보, 유관기관 게시물 등의 통합 빅데이터를 가지고 검색시스템을 구현하였다. 이와 더불어 사용자 사전 및 동의어 사전을 통한 검색 키워드를 데이터베이스에 저장하여 검색 효율성을 제고하는 방안을 제시한다.

A Study on Improvement of Mobile Transportation Card Purchase Request Management System (모바일 교통카드 매입 청구 관리 시스템 개선에 관한 연구)

  • Today, the use of mobile transportation cards is increasing. Most of the mobile transportation card charging methods use credit card charging methods. The existing credit card charging system has a different process for each card company, and when a system error occurs during the purchase process, there is no function to automatically handle the problem, and thus there is a problem that a person must manually correct the error. In this paper, to improve this part, we propose a system that provides information by purifying the purchases slip item by defining a common process and creating a table defined by metadata. It is expected that through the proposed system, when an error occurs in the charging process, it will reduce development effort and help in the process development research of the charging system.

A Microscopic Analysis on the Shapes of Fundamental Diagram Using Time Gap (차간시간(Time Gap) 변수를 이용한 교통기본도(Fundamental Diagram)의 미시적 해석)

  • The fundamental diagram is a important element in a variety of transportation studies. While various shapes of the fundamental diagram have been proposed and numerous debates on the best-fit fundamental diagram have been made, the reason why the fundamental diagram has many different shapes has not been well explained. This study introduces time sap as a key parameter to understand drivers' behavioral differences at different locations and traffic conditions, then relate to the shape of the fundamental diagram. From the freeway event detector data, it is shown that time gap follows a certain probabilistic distribution and its mean value varies along locations. It also turns out that drivers take different time gaps for different travel speeds. Three different types of time gap-speed diagrams are identified and matched to Greenberg, reversed-lambda, and inverted-V types of fundamental diagrams, respectively. This study explains the characteristics of fundamental diagrams using time gap as a microscopic variable and describes drivers' behavioral characteristics according to traffic and geometric conditions.

  • The development of ICT technology has a huge impact on the existing closed CCTV security equipment market. With the importance of video data particularly highlighted in areas such as self-driving cars, unmanned vehicles and smart cities, various technologies using video are emerging. In this paper, we proposed a method to transmit videos and metadata as a part of smart city integration, and to solve the traffic, environment and security problems caused in urban life by utilizing the metadata instead of using CCTV videos for simple recording purposes, and reverse tunneling technique was designed and implemented as a method for accessing CCTV videos for vehicles from remote locations. Integrated management of CCTV videos and metadata for vehicles that have been used only for limited purposes in closed environments will enable efficient operation of integrated centers in real time required by smart cities, such as vehicle status check, road conditions and facility management.

Development of Geotechnical Information Input System Based on GIS on Standization of Geotechnical Investigation Result-format and Metadata (지반조사성과 양식 및 메타데이터 표준화를 통한 GIS기반의 지반정보 입력시스템 개발)

  • The MOCT(Ministry of Construction & Transportation) gave a order named as "The guideline for computerization and application of geotechnical investigation result" to an affiliated organization in March 2007. Today, pilot project of construction of geotechnical information database is in process to be stable for its system after applying this guideline, and discipline how to input investigated data for related users. We have developed standard for geotechnical investigation result-format, metadata for distribution of geotechnical information and to coordinate based on world geodetic system. Also, We had a introduce to status with respect to use the input system, collect a statistics of input contents. At a result, improvement items of input system is proposed. It was analyzed that most users put to practical use easily as a result of education for making use of on the spot of the developed GIIS. But There were problems with the GIIS as well as complexity of metadata formation, such as error of moving part of information window, and a part of recognition error of install program in accordance with computer OS circumstances. Particularly, to improve some parts of GIIS is needed, because of use of or KNHC (Korea National Housing Corporation)-specific format and difference of input process followed by MOCT's guideline. In this study, it is planning to make up for occurred problems, and improvements when operating and managing the Geotechnical Information DB center in 2008.
