The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among positive psychological capital, teacher professionalism, and passion for teaching of pre-service early childhood teachers. Specifically, this study investigated the mediating effect of passion for teaching on the relationship between positive psychological capital and teaching professionalism of pre-service early childhood teachers. The study participants were 198 pre-service early childhood teachers. Questionnaire were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using descriptive statics, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, and Sobel test for mediating effect. The results of the study were as follows: First, it was found that pre-service early childhood teachers had relatively high level of positive psychological capital, teacher professionalism, and passion for teaching. Second, there was a significant positive correlation between positive psychological capital, teacher professionalism, and passion for teaching of pre-service early childhood teachers. Third, the mediation effect of passion for teaching of per-service early childhood teachers between positive psychological capital and teacher professionalism was found to be partially significant. This result implies that positive psychological capitals and passion for teaching are to be effective to improve teaching professionalism of per-service early childhood teachers. The results of this study provides basic data on an early childhood teacher training program in improving teaching professionalism.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the view of pre-service teachers' about middle school teacher's role using reflective writing. Pre-service teachers considered meaning of education is sympathy and discovery. Therefore they considered middle school teacher's role is discoverer of dream and subject master. The consideration of pre-service teachers' about education and middle school teacher's role was affected by their schooling experience. The conclusions drawn from this study are follows: First, the view of pre-service teachers' about teacher's role must not judgement according as former grouping on teaching profession. Second, The view of pre-service teachers about middle school teacher's role is different with reality. So middle school management should be improve to minimize foreseeing dilemma. Third, To do improve pre-service teachers' reflecting thought, various opportunity should be supported. Forth, it is need the institutional improvement and reflection for pre-service teachers' curriculum.

This study employs Lacan's psychoanalytic approach to reinterpret the images of others and teachers that influence the process of self-formation within the teaching profession as students enter a university of education Seventy-four first- and second-year students majoring in science education at the College of Education from three regions across the country participated in this study, which was conducted using Lacan's L schematic as a representative theoretical framework. Through qualitative analysis and a word cloud analysis, it was confirmed that the students developed perceptions of the teaching profession based on somewhat fictitious and unrealistic teacher images, while others actively intervened in the process of career decision-making. In addition, although parents or teachers mainly occupied the realm of the Other, it was found that they failed to appropriately fulfill the role of the Other, in that they should have corrected the fictional image of teachers. Accordingly, it is necessary to recognize the limitations of ego-psychological career education that can deepen fixations on distorted self-images and, therefore, seek a new career education and counseling model through a psychoanalytic approach.

The primary purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationships of single party bargaining system on the cooperative and participative labour-management relations using the samples from several teachers' organizations. This study seeks to identify a reasonable single party bargaining scheme though empirical research as well. Results of empirical study are summarized. Finally suggestions, implications and limitations of the present study are also discussed.

This study aimed to identify the difficulties that new science teachers in secondary schools experience. Subjects for this study were 190 science teachers attending qualifying training for 1st degree of teaching certificate. Using an open questionnaire, the difficulties these teachers encounter were collected, categorized, and compared between their first year and their succeeding years of teaching in terms of their school level, gender, majors and regions. Results showed that first year science teachers have had difficulties in areas including subject teaching, guidance, administrative affairs, human relationship and self-understanding. On their succeeding years, difficulties about subject teaching were reduced to half while other difficulties remained. New teachers in middle schools have experienced the most number of difficulties about guidance, while new teachers in general high schools have experienced the most number of difficulties about subject teaching. Based on these findings, some recommendations were proposed for new science teachers in secondary schools, school administrators, and training institutions.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how preservice secondary teacher teaching practice affected future teachers' features, which they should have as teachers. Based on the differences of pre- and post- test of the survey of their teacher competence, the participants of this study were grouped 40 student teachers as the teaching profession, and 58 liberal arts student teachers of learning teaching of 98 students. This study attempted to seek what preservice teachers expected and sought as future teachers throughout the teaching practice in secondary schools. We considered 5 areas of view of teaching profession knowledge and instruction skill, guidance, personality, and general attitude in the teaching profession as an effective teacher competence. The results showed that pre service teachers asserted that the teaching practice provided opportunities to improve their teacher competence as future teachers. However there was significant effective change in the group of student teachers as the teaching profession. This study also suggested that it is necessary to consider the liberal arts student teachers of learning teaching program reflecting the results of this study.

This study scrutinize the occupational socialization process of school library media specialists through ethnographic materials with special reference to newly appointed in Daegu and Gyeongsangbukdo area. For the study researcher took in-depth interview with 38 media specialists and analyzed everyday life records appeared on the cyber communities of media specialists. The results show that most media specialist often experience discord with the institutional systems and have difficulties doing their jobs. The culture of school society is often full of conflict and many media specialists do not have firm identification with their jobs.

대학교에는 매년 입학, 복학과 같은 변하지 않는 학사일정이 반복되고 있다. 고정된 학사일정들이 진행되면서 매년 학생들에게는 학사일정에 대한 궁금한 부분이 생기고, 궁금한 부분을 해결해 줄 수 있는 교직원, 교수, 조교들에게 도움을 청한다. 이러한 과정에서 매년 같은 질문과 같은 대답이 반복되면서 발생하는 교직원, 교수, 조교들의 업무 부담을 줄이고, 인력으로 수행할 수 있는 업무의 한계를 극복하면서, 학생들에게 필요한 정보를 제공하고자 학생들의 질문 문장을 해체 분석하여 중요 키워드에 대하여 답변을 해주는 대학안내 챗봇 시스템을 개발하였다.

본 논문에서는 예비유아교사를 위한 디지털교육(인공지능포함) 방안을 제시하며, 이에 맞는 교과목 설계 및 운영에 관한 연구입니다. 최근 4차 산업혁명시대를 맞아 교육부에서 유아교사 자격취득을 위한 세부기준을 발표했는데, 교직과목 중 교직소양영역에 디지털교육을 반드시 포함하도록 하였습니다. 이는 디지털교육의 중요성을 인식하고 교과 과정에 디지털 이해, 디지털 교과 융합교육, 디지털 활용 교육, 디지털윤리 등을 균형있게 학습하도록 하고 있다. 특히 유아교육분야는 유아교사로서 디지털 이해, 활용 및 소양 뿐 만 아니라 유아교육에서 디지털 교과 융합, 인공지능 교육 등을 학습시키는 방안 역시 중요하므로 본 교과목을 통해 미래사회를 주도하는 유아교육분야에 기여하는 바가 크다. 따라서 전문적이고 체계적으로 본 교과목을 설계 및 운영 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

건협 전북지부는 ‘89년 한해동안 전북도내 각급 학교 햑생 및 교직원 7만여명에 대한 간염검사를 실시했다. 전라북도 교육위원회의 협조와 각 학교 양호교사의 적극적인 움으로 가능했던 이 간염검사는 지난 3월부터 10월까지 실시되었다. 검사기관 동안 간염을 비롯한 각종 질병에 대한 보건교육도 병행하여, 좋은 반응을 불러일으켰던 이 사업은 검사에서 결과통보, 그리고 접종까지 모든 사업의 과정에서 관, 민, 기관의 협조가 원할히 이루어짐으로써 좋은 모범을 보여주고 있다. ’90년도에는 아직 검사를 받지 못한 사람을 중심으로 전개되게 될 이 사업의 과정을 건협 전북지부와 교육위원회 등을 찾아가 들어보았다.
