기업가정신은 기업가정신교육을 통해 개발할 수 있으며 창업의 성공과 발전에 중요한 역할을 한다. 창업교육의 중요성이 부각되면서 청년 기업가정신 교육의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 교육을 통해 창업을 위한 기본적인 지식과 기술을 습득할 수 있고 이를 바탕으로 창업에 대한 높은 목표와 열정을 가질 수 있다. 그러나 창업 교육에 대한 연구에서는 이러한 교육의 효과를 측정하는 것이 어렵고 창업의지와 이를 촉진하기 위한 기업가정신교육의 효과에 대한 연구는 여전히 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 긍정심리자본과 창업의지의 관계를 검증하고, 나아가 기업가정신 교육 만족도가 긍정심리자본과 창업의지 간 관계에서 조절효과를 가지는지에 대한 여부를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 총 113명의 표본 집단을 수집하였고, SPSS 28.0을 활용해 측정 항목의 타당성 및 가설 검증을 실시하였다.

본 연구는 기존의 전통적인 교육훈련의 전이(transfer of training)모델을 e-Learning상황으로 재해석하여 기업이 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영함에 있어서 보다 실질적인 성과를 높일 수 있는 방향을 제시하며, 또한 오늘날 지식 정보화 사회에서 기업 경쟁력의 원천인 지식자본의 확대를 목적으로 하는 e-Learning이 되기 위해서 학습조직 요인의 중요성을 확인하고, 앞으로 기업이 학습조직의 향상 방향으로 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영할 수 있도록 시사점을 제시하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 기존의 전통적 교육훈련의 전이모델과 e-Learning의 성과에 관한 선행연구를 바탕으로 기업에서의 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 추출하는 연구모형을 통해 각 요인들 간의 상호관계와 실무전이에 대하여 학습효과를 매개로 하는 관계를 분석함으로써 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 관한 영향 관계를 보다 체계적이고 포괄적으로 밝히고자 하며, 다음으론 e-Learning이 기업 교육훈련의 학습효과와 실무전이에 영향을 미칠 때 학습조직이 상황적 요인으로 추가되면 e-Learning의 학습효과와 실무전이 성과를 Leverage할 수 있는지 각 요인별 조절효과를 검증하고자 하여 실증연구를 수행 중에 있다.

본 논문은 '컴퓨터를 이용한 교육방안의 홍수 속에서, 그 효과성은 어느 정도 인지되고 있는가？' '컴퓨터에 대한 일반적 기대치만큼이나 그 효율성은 신뢰도가 있는가？'라는 멀티미디어 교육자재들의 효과성에 대한 근본적인 의문점을 제기하고 학습자들이 쉽게 접할 수 있는 게임형 도형 맞추기를 수업에 접목함으로써 CAI의 효과성을 검증하였다. 실험 후 CAI로 수업을 실시한 집단에게 학습효과가 높고, 멀티미디어 CAI를 도입하여 진행된 수업은 학습자의 학습효과를 높여준다는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 멀티미디어의 효과성검증은 컴퓨터가 기존의 학습방법을 완전히 배제하는 혁신적 기제임을 주장하지는 않는다. 컴퓨터의 교육적 활용은 전통학습방법을 보완하여 학습자의 능동적, 창의적 능력을 개발, 육성하고 변화의 흐름을 주도하는 바람직한 인간형 실현에 목표를 두고 있다. 급격한 정보 변혁의 시대에 학교교육의 효율성을 최대화하기 위한 다양한 컴퓨터 보조 수업물이 연구, 제작되고 있는 실정에서, 그 기제들의 효과성을 검증하는 것은 멀티미디어의 잠재적 가능성을 지속적으로 개발, 발전시키는데 우선적인 조건이라 할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to systematically measure the effectiveness of continuous education of librarians using the Kirkpatrick education evaluation model. A three-stage educational evaluation was conducted on 136 librarian teachers who participated in the 『Qualification training for librarian teacher level 1』 in the summer of 2022. The first stage was a satisfaction survey on the overall education, and the second and third stages were investigated before and after education, and the actual effect of education was measured by pre-post difference analysis. The second stage is learning evaluation, and the third stage is job competency improvement evaluation. As a result of the study, high measurement scores were calculated at all stages, and the before and after effect of education was statistically significant in the second stage of learning evaluation. In the third stage of the job competency improvement evaluation, the score fell after education, but it was not statistically significant. Significant results were derived from the second stage of evaluation, and future studies suggested that the evaluation model should be supplemented and that a balanced curriculum should be designed to produce valid results.

Education effect on women's participation in the labor market has been known to be small in Korea. Then, the meaning of women's education as human capital needs to be questioned. Both the increasing desire for working among women and the criticism to under-utilization of women's education in the labor market reflect that women's education is surely perceived as human capital. However, women's education dose not seem to function well as human capital in the labor market. According to previous studies, it is pointed out that educational effect on women's participation in the labor market is weak but the effect on earnings is evident. There were few attempts to evaluate economic returns to women's education over the life-cycle analyzing both working and non-working women. Considering that the economic behaviors of women in nonagricultural sector have changed little until the mid-1980s, I tried to examine the meaning of education as human capital over the women's life cycle using cross - sectional data. This study shows that the educational effect on women's participation in the labor market does not exist and the working period is very short. Although the educational effect on earnings among working women is clearly shown, it tends to limited to younger women. Despite the educational effect on earnings among younger women, the meaning of education as human capital among Korean women does not hold well due to short working period and the low participation of the educated in the labor market.

This study intends to develop web-based information literacy program, analyze learning effects and to suggest a model case to those who wants to develop a web-based information literacy program in the future. For this purpose, we analyze undergraduate students' needs, design and develop a web-based information literacy program, and analyze the practical effects of the web-based information literacy program. As a result of research, we found out that both web-based and face-to-face information literacy program are similarly effective in learning and satisfactory to students.

The purpose of our study is to confirm the usefulness of our new youth entrepreneurship program. In this study, I suggest design thinking as a new Youth entrepreneurship program which is consist of 9 dimensions: opportunity discovery, opportunity utilization, creativity capacity, career preparation behavior, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial intention, self-preservation, social problem solving, and educational program objectives. To verify this new program, I conduct a pilot test in middle school and high school; the sample target is randomly selected one class in each school. My main finding is two. First, our new program successfully improves Youth entrepreneurship. Particularly, the improvement of opportunity utilization and entrepreneurial intention are prominent. As reasons, studies about food industry entrepreneurship is an unfamiliar subject for adolescent. Considering that entrepreneurial intention rapidly changes after the experience of entrepreneurial education, researchers need to focus on this variable. Second, I confirm the effects of gender, motivation, prior experience, interest oneself and other's recommendation about the entrepreneurship program. As a result, gender and prior experience do not have an important influence. On the other hand, voluntary interest and other's recommendation are influential. The most important factor is the influence of a teacher. Therefore, researchers need to examine the more specific mechanism of each dimension in the future.

The purpose of this study was to develop a dietary life education program for adolescents and evaluate its effectiveness. The program was divided into three areas: 'Natam' (taste education), 'Wetam' (traditional dietary life education), and 'Gitam' (sustainable dietary life education), consisting of a total of 10 units primarily focused on cooking activities. For participants aged 14~17 years, face-to-face pilot education was conducted by a trained instructor once a week for 10 weeks. A questionnaire survey was performed to evaluate the educational effect(n=72) and satisfaction(n=82) during education period. Significant improvements were observed in knowledge levels for the 'traditional dietary life education', and 'sustainable dietary life education' which were identified as insufficient in the preliminary survey. Attitude and behavior levels were significantly improved across all areas. Satisfaction was high with a score of 4 out of 5 points for all areas. In conclusion, this program was found to be effective, and further emphasis should be placed on traditional and sustainable dietary life education to enhance its impact.

학습자들은 소양교육으로 정보통신기술에 대한 기초적인 지식과 활용 능력을 습득하고 이를 토대로 각 교과에서 정보통신기술을 활용할 수 있어야 한다. 이 두 가지의 교육이 서로 연계하여 이루어질 때 정보통신기술 활용 능력은 가장 효과적으로 신장된다. 이러한 소양교육과 활용교육 연계선상에서 이루어지는 교육이 바로 웹 신문학습이다. 그러나 웹 신문학습이 정보통신기술 소양 능력 향상에 영향을 미치는지의 검증 연구가 진행되지 않아 교육효과에 대한 불확실성을 갖고 있었다. 이에 컴퓨터 교육의 목표를 효율적으로 달성할 수 있는 교수 학습 방법인 웹 신문학습을 수행한 후 정보통신기술 소양 능력을 측정하여 객관적인 수치로 교육적 효과를 검증하였다.

본 연구는 서울시민안전체험관 방문 유치원 및 초등학교 학생 183명을 대상으로 안전체험교육 실시 전후에 안전지식의 변화를 12문항의 연구도구지를 통해 측정하였다. 분석결과 안전교육 전에 비해 교육 후에 약 2.13점 상승하여 효과가 있었으며, 소방미끄럼틀의 안전한 하강자세 등 10개 문항에서 매우 유의미한 차이를 보였으나(p<0.001), 화재대피 시 몸을 낮추는 이유(p<0.001), 소화기 사용시 최초의 행동(p<0.05)에서는 부적으로 유의미한 차이를 보여 향후 안전교육 효과의 극대화를 위해 수요자중심 교육, 아동교육 전문가의 참여, 교육매뉴얼, 교육품평회 등을 통한 교육자 수준의 상향평준화 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
