Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of death preparing education on death anxiety and meaning of life for volunteers. Methods: Data collection and intervention were carried out from January 11 to 25, 2009. The subjects included 60 volunteers in Jeonju city, and they were divided into two groups; 30 each of experimental group and control group. Death preparing education program contained 5 steps. Data were analyzed with t-test, $x^2$-test, and ANCOVA test with SPSS version 12.0. Results: The death anxiety scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than in the control group (F=4.01, P=0.046). The meaning of life scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than in the control group (F=6.32, P=0.015). Conclusion: The death preparing education program for volunteers was confirmed to be an effective intervention to lessen death anxiety and to improve the meaning of life. Therefore, I strongly recommend that this program should generously be applied to volunteers.

The purpose of this study was conducted to identify the effect of a disaster nursing convergence education program on disaster knowledge, preparedness, and self-confidence. A quasi-experimental was conducted using nonequivalent control group pretest posttest design. The subjects were senior grade nursing students who were in B metropolitan city. The education program was provided using disaster management, disaster nursing practice, disaster psychosocial support. The experimental group was participated on program 56 hours during 2 weeks, from June 26 to July 7, 2017. The experimental group showed significant differences in disaster nursing knowledge(F=81.41, p<.001), preparedness(F=110.62, p<.001) and self-confidence(t=7.27, p<.001). Therefore this convegence program could be a good extra-curriculum and it is necessary to develop more variable contents.

The object of this study is the effects of a cosmetology education for career discontinuity women who receive a cosmetology education for reemployment on career preparation behavior, so I analyzed reemployment characteristics, cosmetology education satisfaction, and career preparation behavior for 300 women in thirties to fifties who receive a cosmetology education for reemployment. Reemployment women's reemployment characteristics are various according to age, level of education, major field, training period, and educational institution, and sub factors of cosmetology education satisfaction affects meaningfully to improve career preparation behavior. Especially, educational contents and consultation about getting a job and career casts a long shadow relatively to career preparation behavior, so educational contents and consultation service about getting a job and career are important to make reemployment rate through career preparation behavior high. Based on such factors, the study will fulfill students' demand in cosmetology educational institutions, will highlight the importance of an efficient cosmetology education for developing industrial settings once more, and will offer base line data of consultation service about getting a job and career that can make satisfaction and credibility of educational institutions high, so will help the development of a cosmetology education and career discontinuity women's reemployment.

A success of opening a business should be supported with complete preparations and implementation. While there have been various educational programs for opening a business to support its success, there have not been a lot of studies on the relationships between educational programs and operational performance in small businesses, due to the difficulties of empirical survey. In this point, this study attempts to understand the relationships between preparation of opening a business and operational performance, while dividing samples into two groups (1. a group completing educational programs for opening a business, 2. a group non-completing). For the perspectives of the preparation of opening a business, various success factors have been suggested through various studies, but the perspectives and approaches of balanced business operation have been required. Therefore, using BSC, it developed a framework with the four perspectives of preparation for opening a business, and empirically reviewed the relationships between the four perspectives and operational performances in small businesses. It conducted a survey on the total 252 samples, whose business periods are less than 5 years. As the results, the preparations of financial and customer/marketing perspectives have significant relationships between operational performances in total samples, preparations of financial, customer/marketing, and growth-strategies perspectives in the educational program completing group and only preparation of financial perspectives in the non-completing group have significant relationship with operational performances. The differences between the two groups may imply that educational programs for opening a business may be helpful for preparation of opening a business and have some possibility of direct and indirect effects for the success of opening a business. Also, the developed BSC based-preparation framework for opening a business is meaningful for the view of balanced business operations, and can contribute to develop the educational programs for opening a business.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨링과 네트워킹 환경이 준비됨에 따라 교육 분야에서도 새로운 환경에 적합한 교육학습 시스템에 대한 준비가 필요하다. 특히 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 단순히 새로운 기술을 교육학습 분야에 적용하는 것이 아니라 사고방식과 대상을 바꾸는 패러다임의 전환이 필요하다. 분야에서는 유비쿼터스 환경을 단계적으로 적용하여야 한다. 기존의 e-learning에서는 지능시스템이 교육학습 분야에 적용될 수 있는 부분이 한정되어 있었다. 그러나 유비쿼터스 맞춤형 학습 시스템을 구축할 수 있는 기본 환경이 제공하기 위하여 유비퀴터스 환경의 하부 단위에서 증강현실(augmented reality) 기술, 지능형 학습 기술들을 도출하고 적용 방법을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of education service quality (quality of professor service, quality of curriculum service) on career decision-making, self-efficacy, career decision level, and career preparation behavior. Appropriate measures were developed and tested on 426 respondents of Gyeongnam province in South Korea with a cross-sectional questionnaire survey. To ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and validity analysis were conducted. To ensure the reliability and validity of the measurement model, the CFA(confirmatory factor anlaysis) were conducted. The SEM(structural equation modeling) analysis was undertaken to perform the path analysis among the variables and to assess the suitability of the model. MCFA(multi group CFA) and MSEM(multi group SEM) were performed to confirm the moderation effect. Results of the study are summarized as follows: Firstly, education service quality has positive effects on career decision-making self-efficacy. Second, career decision-making self-efficacy has positive effects on career decision level and career reparation behavior. Third, career decision level has positive effects on career reparation behavior. Finally, it was found there exists a moderating effect of freshman/registered student between education service quality, career decision-making self-efficacy, career decision level, career preparation behavior. As a result of this study, it is suggested that investigation of extraneous variables which help to improve career preparation behavior and career decision level as for career of university student will contribute to university education.

The purpose of this study is to examine an influence of university students' openness to diversity on career preparation behavior, unlearning, and the mediating effect of unlearning. The survey questionnaire was distributed to 258 university students and SPSS 22.O program was used for statistical analysis of the data. The results of this study are as follows: First, openness to diversity has a positive effect on career preparation behavior and unlearning. Second, unlearning also has a positive effect on career preparation behavior. Third, unlearning has a partial mediating effect between openness to diversity and career preparation behavior. These results show that the more students enhance their openness to diversity and unlearning, the more students develop their career preparation behavior.

The purpose of the present study was to examine the causal effects of the family health of baby boomer parents as a determinant of marital preparation skills of eco-boomer children. Subjects in this study consisted of 475 students born before 1992, and whose parents were born from 1955 to 1963. The programs of SPSSWIN 18.0 and LISREL 8.51 were used for data analysis. The result of this study showed that the financial management skills of saving and consumption were the lowest of marital preparation skills of echo-boomer generation. Besides, baby boomer parents' family health perceived by their children was found to be the determinant of the marital preparation skills of eco-boomers. Particularly, the effect of family health was shown to be high on parental role skill, conflict resolution skill, and parenting preparation skill of marital preparation skills, whereas it was revealed to be relatively low on financial management skill. Findings of this study can be used in developing educational programs of marital preparation skills for eco-boomers.
