In the present knowledge and information society, every citizen can enjoy benefits of various advanced technologies such as information and communication technology(ICT) and smart technology. Nowadays everybody has to have some level of information literacy and application ability in order to enjoy benefits from various advanced technologies. In additions, knowledge and practice will about information and communication ethics are also required for all. Currently we need some kind of standards to evaluate and model everybody's information literacy and application capability. In this sense, information culture index has been developed to check information literacy and application capability of every citizen for various aspects of daily life. Information culture index consists of three standards, that is, application, awareness, and norm, respectively. Application standard indicates how information contents and skills are generalized for all. In other words, it is concerned with how every citizen can understand information literacy and use information skills in his or her daily life. Awareness standard is concerned with how well everyone can respect and trust others in the current information culture community. Norm standard is concerned with how everyone can use information communication services according to his or her desirable sense of information and communication ethics. The purpose of this paper is to analyze correlation between academic background and three standards of information culture index, that is, application, awareness, and norm. For this purpose, we use 2-year national survey works for information culture. After thorough statistical analysis, we can conclude that, awareness and norm standards do not show a meaningful correlation with academic background while application standard shows a meaningful correlation with academic background, It means that, the higher academic background one has, the higher application standard one can achieve. We expect that our correlation analysis results can be helpful to spread of information education and information culture in the future.
Today, the police alone can not prevent a crime. And the police is limited to meet for people's the increased needs on public safety. So the police and the community needs the cooperation of a variety of resources. Police in cooperation with community resources to respond to the crime's most professional and the private sector is a private security. However, the role of private security for cooperation policing is insufficient in South Korea. So for this study to build a cooperative policing in South Korea as private security for the following four kinds of directions are presented. First, as a private security of the United States and Japan, specializes in diversified business sectors. Simple human-oriented private security of the building security get out. Instead, take the high-tech crime prevention or industry complex security should be changed to a professional organization. Second, the interaction between police and private security should be increased. Police and private security through regular meetings between the need for mutual interests and build consensus is needed. The role of private security companies to be represented on the Security Association of South Korea's active role in the matter. Third, efforts to improve the image of private security activities and the publiciy activity of private security is needed. Some of the private security in an effort to escape a negative image to the people and actively promote a positive image is necessary. Finally, for South Korea to the level the cooperation between the police and private security are required to develop system models. Front-line policing priority in the field and the mutual understanding between the police and private security in an effort to have a positive perception is needed. Equal partners, especially the police and private security to private security companies to have recognized experts in their own recruitment and training should be improved by strengthening the expertise.

The perceived stress of pregnant women is a potential contributor to adverse birth outcomes. Although the importance of the psychosocial well-being of pregnant women has been emphasized, there are fewreliable and valid instruments to measure the stress level of pregnant women in Korea. This study evaluated the psychometric properties of Ahn's pregnancy related stress scale (PSS) that was originally developed in 1984. Two hundred pregnant women completed the survey questionnaire, which was comprised of the PSS, depression scale, and demographic information. Principal component analysis and confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the construct validity. The concurrent validity was evaluated using the correlation with depression scores. Based on exploratory factor analysis and a consideration of conceptual meaning, a five-factor structure was extracted, explaining 57.25% of the variance: physical discomfort, fetus, parenting, spouse relationship, and housework. The goodness-of-fit indices showed an acceptable fit overall with the full model and acceptable internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha =.89). The concurrent validity was confirmed by a comparing with the depression score (r=.48, p <.001). The shortened PSS, as a valid and reliable scale, is recommended to be used to assess pregnancy-related stress and to develop stress managing interventions for pregnant women in clinical settings.

This study was conducted to identify the factors influencing patient safety behavior and performance of infection control in nursing students. This study was a descriptive survey based on data collected from August 28, 2017, to September 22, 2017 from 174 third and fourth year nursing students at E university located in S city of Gyeonggi. The collected data were analyzed using the PASW 23.0 program to conduct an independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, post-hoc Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression. The average scores of patient safety behavior and performance of infection control were $4.00{\pm}0.55$ and $4.31{\pm}0.50$, respectively. Patient safety behavior and performance of infection control showed a strong positive correlation. Patient safety behavior was positively influenced by confidence levels of patient safety and awareness of the infection control, and the explanatory power of the model (R2)[ED highlight - should this be R2? If so, change throughout the paper.] was 55.1%. Predictors of the performance of infection control were patient safety knowledge, confidence levels regarding patient safety, and awareness of infection control, and the R2 was 68.1%. Common factors influencing patient safety behavior and infection control performance were patient safety confidence and development of effective clinical practicum education programs to increase confidence in patient safety and infection control.

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors Job Embeddedness of a university hospital nurse. Data was collected from August 1 to August 10, 2017, for 238 nurses working at a university hospital in C city. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple linear regression. As a result of this study nursing organizational culture was 3.32±0.33, organizational communication satisfaction was 3.19±0.37, and job Embeddedness was 3.19±0.44. Job Embeddedness, nursing organization culture(r=.502, p<.001), and organizational communication satisfaction(r=.673, p<.001) were positively correlated. Factors affecting job Embeddedness are organizational communication satisfaction(β=.575 p<.001), work experience 'more than 10 years'(β=.342, p<.001), nursing organization culture(β=.203, p<.001), followed by work experience of more than 5 to less than 10 years(β=.121, p<.001), and the explanatory power of the model was 57.4%. According to the above results, it is necessary Job Embeddedness level of organizational communication satisfaction at any time and develop nursing practice and educational intervention programs in consideration of work experience and nursing organizational culture in order to increase the degree of access to nursing positions of hospital nurses.
This study attempts to explore impact on the Child Caregiver's Job Satisfaction from Characteristics of Work and Characteristics of Interpersonal Relationship, and provide them with basic data to increase the Child Caregiver's Job Satisfaction and to improve the quality of the child caregiver service business. We was conducted among our surveys the Child Caregivers 114 of S metropolitan city. Key study outcome is as follows. : First, the sociology of population by the Visual Characteristic on Job Satisfaction of the Child Caregiver was showing some significant differences, Some had no effect. Second, Child Caregiver's Characteristic of Work and Interpersonal Relationalship Characteristics, formerly the (+) correlation between Job Satisfaction is analyzed. Third, the estimated result of the regression model Characteristics of Work have to have a meaningful difference in the important influence on Job Satisfaction and Interpersonal Relationship Characteristics and were shown to. In conclusion, co-worker relationships, relationships of the family to receve child care service, relationships of the children to receve child care service, there is a greater Job Satisfaction to be associated entities. Therefore, We must make an effort to increase the child caregiver's job satisfaction and to enhance the quality of child care service from improving the child care system and developing the various education programs.

This study was conducted to provide basic data to understand the interaction patterns of dual-income parents' happiness by confirming the effect of work-family reconciliation recognized by dual-income parents on parental happiness. The subjects of the study were 630 pairs of dual-income parents out of 1462 pairs of parents who participated in both the main questionnaire and in the mother and father questionnaires in the 8th Panel Study on Korean Children (2015), and they were analyzed based on the Actor and Partner Interdependence Model (APIM). The results of this study show that the gain and strain of parents' work-family reconciliation had an actor effect on parents' happiness, and the gain and strain of father work-family reconciliation had a partner effect on mother's happiness. This study was meaningful in that it provides basic data on intervention and program development that could increase the happiness of dual-income parents. In order to increase the happiness of dual-income parents, it is necessary to provide intervention and education. In the future, we propose a study to confirm changes in influencing factors of parents' happiness according to time.

The 4th year medical students were randomly divided and designated as group HF and LF, representing high and low fidelity simulations respectfully. Both groups performed OSCE on 2 topics(adult intubation and IV cannulation) with each composed of the same scenario. Each scenario was developed by a faculty in charge of clinical skill education with supervision from 2 other faculty members. High fidelity simulations were designed as in-situ simulations in real OR. Low fidelity simulations had the same scenarios but the environment was simulated only with a simple task trainer in the classroom. All students participated in series of survey using a Likert scale before and after the simulations. The provided data was anlayzed with paired T-test and Mann-Whiteney test(p<0.05). The post simulations self evaluation score for group HF was lower than pre-simulation self confidence score for both topics of adult intubation and IV cannulation where as for group LF, it was lower only for adult intubation(p<0.05). In group HF, the needs for clinical training on both topics increased after the simulation. In group LF, there was no significant change of needs for clinical training between pre and post simulation survey. This suggest that fidelity may be a helpful factor to improve the motivation of the students and further study on economical aspect should be addressed.

The purpose of this study is to conceptualize the process of formation by the exploration of the lives of professional golfers who grow to excellent sports leaders, categorize the concept and suggest models between categories. In order to reveal in depth the change process of the job formation, the 'grounded approach' as a qualitative study was used as a the methodological frame of this study, and snow sampling, one of nonrandom sampling was used for the selection method of the study participants. 10 study participants who are able to make positive self-expression and talk with the researcher were selected. Through grounded approach appropriate for this process research, this study could acquire following results. First, through the casual condition that is the exploration of the lives of professional golfers growing to excellent sports leaders, it connected to the central phenomena of professional instruction methods and education belief as golf leaders. In this process, the changes as new experiences for the charm of the new job and relationship formation influence as the function of a contextual condition. In addition, golf leaders tried to become a more completed golf leader through self-efforts for development and expertise attainment according to the their own situations as well as belief, and they have established the lives of firm golf leaders through the process. Second, as a result of the changes of their lives as professional golfers growing to excellent sports leaders, the paradigm of grounded approach which is abstracted as total 141 concepts, 17 subcategories, and 11 superordinate categories were composed.

This study is a descriptive study designed to identify the relationships among self-leadership, positive psychological capital, and learning flow, and the mediation effect of positive psychological capital between self-leadership and learning flow. The participants for this study were 218 nursing students following a four-year curriculum in J city and the data was collected from April 1st to April 15th, 2016, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, the t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression with the SPSS 22.0 Program. There were significant correlations among self-leadership, positive psychological capital, and learning flow. In the multiple regression analysis, the main factor affecting learning flow was self-leadership, which explained 44.1% of the variance in learning flow. Moreover, of 4 the components of positive psychological capital, self-efficacy and hope had a partial mediating effect between self-leadership and learning flow. Self-leadership, positive psychological capital, and learning flow relationship were positive relevant. To enhance the learning flow ability of the nursing students, it is necessary to develop a training program to increase their self-leadership and positive psychological capital.
