The purpose of this study was to develop a cognitive-behavioral academic stress coping training for reduction of elementary school children's academic stress and improvement the ability to handle academically stressful situation with effective way, to examine its effects. For this, we assigned students of Y elementary school in Gyeongnam Province to two groups at random. From a group of 12 each, one group became the experimental group and the other the control group. And the program was applied twice a week to the experimental group who had totally six 40 minutes sessions of the research own making. Moreover, students evaluated the effects of the program via questionnaire regarding to academic stress and strategy for it. From 120 students of Y elementary school in Gyeongnam province for 3weeks, the study gathered data through the questionnaire for academic stressful situation to know this which students of elementary school often experience. From this, the results are reflected in the program. Also cognitive behavioral group counselling program for teenagers in crisis and existing programs used to adjust academic stress was redeveloped as available form for students in elementary school to compose the cognitive-behavioral Academic stress coping training. In short, the results of the study is as follows. In the study, first, It was showed that cognitive-behavioral academic stress coping training decreased stress which can be caused in situation causing academic stress with a school record, lesson, study and task. Second, The cognitive-behavioral academic stress coping training showed the effect to improve coping strategy for academic stress. In detail, a passive-aversive coping strategy and a helpful coping strategy of coping strategy was enhanced meaningfully but the effect getting to an active coping strategy was limited.

Purpose : This study aims to suggest social support composed of organizational support and managerial support would be systematically managed to enhance Disaster Operations Management at Seoul Emergency Operations Center. Method : Emotional labor was used as an independent variable, and organizational commitment was used as a dependent variable to analyze the mediating effects of social support. Results : First, in the aspect of organizational support, the objective evaluation of disaster situation management, disaster situation management emotional labor reduction education and training program development, monitoring of disaster situation management, quality improvement and work imbalance mitigation of firefighters, and emergency coordination managers are needed for systematic work management for emotional labor settlement. Secondly, it is necessary to select competent firefighters in the level of managerial support, to prepare healing measures for structured phased emotional labor for firefighters, and to have counseling competency for managers for emotional labor firefighting officers. Conclusion : In order to improve disaster management ability, education and training programs should be developed to improve organizational commitment based on social support.

It is important to plan and operate various training programs at the national level to develop librarians' job performance expertise and future-oriented capabilities. The purpose of this study was to examine the possibility of introducing a librarian learning community as an training program at a professional education and training institution and to suggest an appropriate operation method. To this end, research was conducted using the following contents and methods: 1) theoretical discussion on program operation such as the concept, operation stages, and types of a librarian learning community through a review of related literature; 2) exploring the possibility of operating a librarian learning community through pilot operation and derivation of implications, 3) proposal of a librarian learning community operation model. This study reviewed the librarian learning community operating model through participant observation and participant opinion collection during the pilot operation process to minimize confusion in the early stages of implementation, and also presented an operational roadmap and support system for the successful establishment of the program in the future. There is a need to further develop the librarian learning community operating model presented in this study through implementation and empirical analysis over the next several years. However, the results of this study will also be useful as an initial operating model for a learning community for professional education and training in other fields.

We analyze BCM, COOP and other exotic advanced cases for making supporting programs relates with Disaster mitigation management in Public area. The outcome from this study explains what are requirements for proper activating the programs and what we need. In conclusion, we could understand importances of BIA, RA, Disaster mitigation activities, Contingency plan, Training, Correspond to disaster, Management of document except for system managing functions. It will be helpful to build supporting programs by meeting most of requirements of BCM at the same time.

최근에 각종 생체전위를 활용한 연구가 활발히 이루어 지고 있다 학습효과를 위해서 집중력 향상에 대한 연구는 교육분야에서 중요한 과제이다. 따라서 뇌파(eletroencephalogram)를 활용한 집중력 향상에 필요한 소프트웨어적 연구는 가치가 있는 연구로서 판단할 수 있다. 따라서 금번 연구에서는 뇌파와 컴퓨터 간 신호처리에 중점을 두고 효율적으로 데이터 프로세스를 할 수 있는 게임이라는 매체를 활용한 학습효과 증진 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 금번 연구에서는 학습에 필요한 인터페이스 프로그램과 뇌파 수집에 필요한 뇌파수집기를 중점으로 개발하였다.

Approximately 250 marine pollution accidents involving oil and HNS spills are reported every year in the Republic of Korea. It is necessary that a strengthen of specialization of marine pollution response personnel on marine pollution response due to a diminution of damage when a major oil and HNS spill incident occurred, as in the case of the M/V Heibei Spirit and the M/V Maritime Maisie. In regard to this, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) has planned to revise the OPRC Model Training Course to strengthen expertise for oil spill incident responses. Through a comparison of curriculum with the Korea Coast Guard Academy (KCGA) program, a revised IMO Model Course and the OSRL training institute, this study recommends the following improvements for the education program of the KCGA in response to oil spills. This study suggests several options in line with this approach to revise the oil spill response education curriculum, exercise, discussions and making materials. Accreditation of the KCGA as an institute that provides an IMO Model training course developed according to the revised IMO Model Course material is proposed.

The purpose of this research was to examine the attitudes toward science on geology and satisfaction of education according to the stage of cognitive development of middle school students mainly on the geoscience education program of IS-GEO(International School for Geoscience and Mineral Resources) which is the KIGAM(Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources) and to see what kind of correlation it shows between these. The subjects of research are 139 out of 282 students who participated in the geoscience education program conducted at the IS-GEO which is a KIGAM in 2018 by random sampling. Therefore, the research results are as follows. First, the concrete operational stage was 44%, the transition stage was 32%, the formal operational stage was 24%, 76% of the middle school student's cognitive development level didn't reach at the formal operational stage. Also, attitudes towards science on geology indicated statistically significant differences in the sub-region in "Geology-related science class", "Suburban geological science class", "Recognition of geological science and technology". Second, there was no statistically significant difference in educational satisfaction depending on the stages of every cognitive development. In other words, all participants at the cognitive stages showed high satisfaction with the geological education program which progresses at the IS-GEO, which is the KIGAM. Third, the correlation between educational satisfaction and attitudes toward science on geology showed a statistically meaningful static correlation. Therefore, attitudes toward science on geology can be positively displayed that participants who participated in geoscience education program and training of the IS-GEO have high satisfaction of education in science behavioral system.

The purpose of this study is to establish a knowledge based system for education of CNC machining. The program is made based on various educational courses, teaching methodology and teaching medium etc. and has a good accessibility which can be used anywhere if computer is available. For the system, various variables according to materials, tools or shapes for machining are reviewed and analyzed. Also, the intelligent educational program is developed using Visual Basic language. It can be used to help trainees who want to refer cutting conditions for actual cutting process and also can be useful for beginner who wants to learn and to practice for CNC machining.

Until recently, research trend in real estate has been focused on real estate market and the market analysis. But the studies on real estate training program development for real estate agents to improve their job performance are relatively short in numbers. Thus, this study shows empirical analysis of the needs for the training programs for real estate agents in Cheonan to improve their job performance. The results are as follows. First, in the survey of asking what educational contents they need in order to improve real estate agents' job performance, most of the respondents show their needs for the analysis of house's value, legal knowledge, real estate management, accounting, real estate marketing, and understanding of the real estate policy. This is because they are well aware that the best way of responding to the changing clients' needs comes from training programs. Secondly, asked about real estate marketing strategies, most of respondents showed their awareness of new strategies to meet the needs of clients. This is because new forms of marketing strategies including internet ads are needed in the field as the paradigm including Information Technology changes. Thirdly, asked about the need for real estate-related training programs, 92% of the respondents answered they need real estate education programs run by the continuing education centers of the universities. In addition, the survey showed their needs for retraining programs that utilize the resources in the local universities. Other than this, to have effective and efficient training programs, they demanded running a training system by utilizing the human resources of the universities under the name of the department of 'Real Estate Contract' for real estate agents' job performance. Fourthly, the survey revealed real estate management(44.2%) and real estate marketing(42.3%) is the most chosen contents they want to take in the regular course for improving real estate agents' job performance. This shows their will to understand clients' needs through the mind of real estate management and real estate marketing. The survey showed they prefer the training programs as an irregular course to those in the regular one. Despite the above results, this study chose subjects only in Cheanan and thus it needs to research more diverse areas. The needs of programs to improve real estate agents job performance should be analyzed empirically targeting the real estate agents not just in Cheonan but also cities like Pyeongchon, Ilsan and Bundang in which real estate business is booming, as well as undergraduate and graduate students whose major is real estate studies. These studies will be able to provide information to help develop the customized training programs by evaluating elements that real estate agents need in order to meet clients satisfaction and improve their job performance. Many variables of the program development learned through these studies can be incorporated in the curriculum of the real estate studies and used very practically as information for the development of the real estate studies in this fast changing era.

본 연구는 반도체 산업에서 반도체장비유지보수에 사용되어지는 반도체장비 유지보수 분야의 전문기술인력을 효과적으로 양성할 수 있는 반도체장비 유지보수의 자격종목을 개발하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 반도체장비 유지보수 분야의 국내외 실태 조사, 문헌조사를 통하여 반도체장비 유지보수 관련 교육훈련기관 및 검정 수요 예상 인력을 파악했으며, 유사자격제도(전자부품장착기능사, 전자부품장착산업기사, 생산자동화기능사, 생산자동화산업기사 등)를 분석하였고, 직무분석을 통하여 반도체장비유지보수기능사의 직무 및 교육내용을 분석하였다. 또한 반도체장비 유지보수 자격종목 신설에 대한 설문조사를 실시했으며, 반도체장비유지보수기능사 자격종목의 출제기준 및 채점 방법을 제시했고, 필기시험과 실기시험에 대한 모의 검정시험도 실시하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 반도체장비유지보수기능사에 대한 교육프로그램을 만들었으며, 자격검정을 실시할 수 있는 출제기준을 제시하였다.
