The purpose of this study was to find the personal and environmental background variables that influence to the gifted students in arts. 59 gifted students and their parents in Korean National Institute for the Gifted in Arts completed the questionnaire. The results were as follows: This study showed that the characteristic of gifted students, the developmental process of talent, and contributing factors to the growth of arts. Personal characteristics of gifted students in arts showed significantly difference in three fields of arts. As the environmental background, parents of gifted have offered them the extensive support financially and emotionally and also had high interest in Arts. The reliance on private education versus public education in arts was high. Expecially, gifted students of music and dancing fields was relying more on private education than artistically gifted students. This study was examined for the empirical study of the gifted in arts. The limitations of the study and the suggestion for further study for the gifted were discussed.

정보통신 공학의 발달은 학교교육에서도 새로운 패러다임을 요구하고 있다. 학습의 정의, 학습 방법, 교사의 역할, 학습 환경에 있어서의 변화를 가져왔다. 새로운 교육 패러다임인 구성주의 교수 원리를 학교 교육에 실현하는데 적합한 인터넷의 교육적 특성을 알아보고, 원격교육의 매체로써 인터넷이 가지는 특성을 살펴보았다.

This study elicits alternatives for improving blended education by comparing the face-to-face education and blended education of VET teacher license program. To produce a basis for the methods of blended education, this study compared the scores of satisfaction and academic performance of face-to-face and of blended education. Also it examined the three factors of learners' characteristics, teaching and learning design, and its environment as they affect the education effect. The results showed that academic performance of face-to-face education is higher than blended and that competition rate of blended education is higher than that of face-to-face. To improve the effect of blended learning, various teaching and learning activities, design of contents that promotes participation and interaction, and development of contents which satisfy the various levels of learning needs were discussed.

현대에는 학습자에 대한 교육 방법으로 여러 전달 매체를 통한 원격교육이 중요하게 인식되고 있으며, 그중 컴퓨터를 이용한 원격교육이 많이 도입되고 있다. 여기에 고성능 컴퓨터의 보급과 초고속통신망의 구축으로 하드웨어적 환경이 뒷받침되면서 전통적인 교육방식인 면대면 수업과 같은 효율적이고 생동감 있는 학습의 전달이 가능해졌다. 그러나 웹 기반 원격교육은 일반적으로 상업성에 기초를 두고 있으므로 학습자의 요구와 특성에 따라 교과 내용이 결정되어 학습자가 원하지 않는, 듣기 싫은 과목 등에 대해서는 최소한의 학습을 보장하지 못하고 있다. 그리고 현재 이루어지고 있는 대부분의 원격교육에서는 교과목마다의 특성을 무시하고 일률적인 화면구성을 사용하는 경우가 대부분이다. 또한 멀티미디어 객체들 간의 시간적 연관성을 무시하고 각 멀티미디어 객체들을 독립적으로 표현하여 멀티미디어 교육의 장점을 잘 활용하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 위와 같은 문제점을 해결하고자 스케줄러를 설계, 구현하여 학습자는 최소한의 학습진도를 유지할 수 있도록 하였고, 교수자는 담당 교과목이 재생될 때 학습자의 질의에 대해 즉각적으로 응답할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 SMIL을 이용해서 다중사용자 환경을 표현하고 이에 포함된 멀티미디어 객체들의 시간적 동시성과 연관성을 제시하여 학습자의 학습 능력과 집중력을 높일 수 있도록 하였다.

본 연구에서는 사이버 교육(e-Learning)에서 컨텐츠 정보특성, 인터페이스 특성, 브랜드인지도, 부가서비스 제공 여부, 강사의 능력, 기술인프라 정도, 놀이성, 지각위험 등이 전반적인 만족도, 신뢰, 몰입 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관하여 연구하고자 한다. 연구의 대상은 세 가지로 나누어 기업의 사내교육대상자, 학원 등 사교육대상자 및 대학교육대상자 등의 사이버 교육의 피교육자 유형에 따라 어떠한 e-Learning의 특성이 전반적인 만족도, 신뢰, 몰입 및 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는가를 조사하기 위한 것이다. 연구모형에 포함된 변수는 기존의 연구에 근거하되 e-Learning의 특성적 요인을 포함하여 선정하였다. 사이버 공간에서 구매행위에 관한 연구는 다수의 연구자들(Jarvenpaa 등, 1997; Eugene 등, 1995; Parasuraman 등 1996; Spiller 등, 1998; O'keefs 등, 1998, Li, 등, 1999; Donthu 등, 1999; Macintosh 등, 1997; Garbarino 등, 1999)에 의해 다양한 방법으로 연구가 진행되었지만 본 연구에서는 e-Loaming의 환경적 특성에서 종합적 연구를 하고자 한다. 따라서 기존의 인터넷 환경 하에서 행해진 인터넷 컨텐츠의 특성에 관한 연구를 기반으로 사이버 교육(e-Loaming)의 특성과 부합하는 변수들을 연구 모형에 포함하였으며, 또한 사이버 교육에서 새롭게 부각되는 요인들을 부가하여(이승희, 2001; 박광태 등, 2002; Bonk, 2002; Learning Decisions, 2001) 연구모형을 설정하고 이를 근거로 실증연구를 수행 중에 있다.

In the era of knowledge and information society, specialists with a specific concentration are more appreciated than broad knowledge. Therefore, it is a growing trend that universities and departments restructure their vision and plans to foster specialized professionals. While responding to the needs of working libraries and adhering to the basic educational goals, the Programs of the library and information science sector should be flexible to the external changes. In this sense, each university should develop customized curriculum based on its related policies, resources, and surrounding circumstances, with an emphasis on specialization over standardization. This paper discusses how to build specialized education programs in line with specific environments that each university is surrounded with, and by doing so, raise information professionals with specialized concentrations.

정보 통신 기술의 발달은 전산화, 정보화, 지식 정보화 과정을 거쳐 현재 차세대 패더다임인 유비쿼터스화 단계에 이르렀다. 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 언제 어디서나 창의적이고 효율적인 학습자 중심의 교육환경을 제공할 수 있는 u-러닝 기술은 7차 교육과정 수행과 함께 필수적인 요소로 부각되고 있다. 최근 교육과정이 u-러닝 환경으로의 변화에 따라 교수 학습 체계 역시 변화가 예상된다. 그리고 ICT를 활용한 교수 학습 모형과 교과별 콘텐츠에 대한 개발이 활발한 이유도 현재 u-러닝이 적극 추진되면서 교육환경에 대한 새로운 요구와 필요성이 증대되고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 교육환경인 u-러닝 시대에 맞추어 교과목에 대한 교수-학습 모형 연구가 이루어 져야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 선행 연구된 학습모형을 비교, 분석하여 유비쿼터스와 u-러닝에 대한 특성과 기능, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술에 대해 고찰한다. 그리고 기존 컴퓨터 교과 분석을 통하여 컴퓨터교과의 중요성과 교육방법 영역, 컴퓨터교과 교수-학습 모형에 대한 연구를 통해 u-러닝 환경에서의 컴퓨터 교육을 위한 프로젝트 기반 교수-학습 모형을 설계하고 구현한다.

Today is the era that the importance of education and training is emphasized. However, the problem of the issues on the question how the coding or related educations according to the 4th industrial revolution era are applied or utilized actually or that the correlation with the actual enterprises is facing with social and realistic problem. Therefore, this study intended to identify what impact the characteristics of the education and training has on the educational outcomes on the characteristics of individual by segmentalizing the characteristics of education and training, through which, this study examined what impact it has on the educational outcomes. As a result, it was shown that the SW education course has positive (+) impact on the major competence and learning performance out of the characteristics of individual and SW educational environment does not have nay impact. In addition, it was shown that the characteristics of individual have positive impact on all the satisfaction of educational outcomes and the negative impact on all the dissatisfaction of educational outcomes. These results emphasizes the importance of the SW educational course and SW education teaching and deemed to be results to make us to think about the SW educational environment again.

Maker education has recently been actively practiced under strong governmental support as a nation-wide policy for innovative education, which now had to confront the unexpected challenge and crisis of 'contactless educational environments' due to COVID-19 pandemic. In this context, this study aimed to develop a checklist needed for developing 'contactless maker education program' which still continues to maintain 'maker mindsets' as the goal and direction of maker education, since maker education has been regarded as an alternative educational environment suitable for the 4th industrial revolution age. For this purpose, this study first conducted literature review related to maker education and contactless (i.e. online) education environments, from which several characteristics of the contactless maker education have been extracted. And then, 5 maker education instructors currently conducting the contactless maker education programs in various settings provided feedback on the developed checklist draft, which actually became the final version of the checklist. Considering the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, the checklist for the contactless Maker education might be helpful in preventing to diminish or reduce the educational values and active application of maker education.
