초등학교 통합학급에서의 교육은 과거의 분리교육에서 벗어나 포함교육을 지향하고 있다. 어느 정도의 장애를 떠나 일반학급에서 통합교육을 받고자 한다면 수용하고 그에 해당하는 교육과정과 필요한 지원을 하여야 한다. 특히 통합학급에서 아이들에게 교육하는데 있어서 정보매체를 활용한다면 교육적 효과는 다른 매체 보다 뛰어남을 알 수 있다. 과거의 셈하기와 읽기, 쓰기 교육에서 벗어나 생활중심의 교육이 강조되고 있는 취지에 적절한 정보매체를 활용한다면 보다 질 높은 교육이 이루어짐은 당연할 것이다. 하지만 통합학급의 특수교육 대상아동의 경우 여러 장애를 가지고 있으며 그 유형에 따라 다양한 매체들을 필요로 한다. 하지만 통합학급 환경은 그 필요성과는 달리 어떤 것들을 구비하고 있으며, 활용 실태는 어떻게 되는지 기준 안이 다소 미흡한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 그에 따른 통합학급의 정보매체의 활용실태 분석을 통하여 장애아동 유형별 갖추어야할 시설과 환경 및 자료들은 어떤 것들이 있는지 개선방안을 본 연구를 통해 제시해보고자 하는데 있다.

본 논문은 증강 현실(augmented reality)을 이용하여 학습자에게 효과적으로 교육할 수 있는 e-learning 교육컨텐츠 환경을 제공한다. 현재까지 연구되어온 증강환경을 이용한 교육 컨텐츠는 단순한 상호작용만을 허용하고, 실감형 인터페이스를 제공하기에는 제약이 따른다. 본 논문은 이를 개선하기 위해 기존의 교육 컨텐츠를 실감형 교육 컨텐츠로 전환할 수 있는 시스템 구성 방법에 관한 것으로써. 컨텐츠의 배치, 조작, 학습과정 등에서 기존의 교육 컨텐츠보다 인터랙티브하고 직관적으로 교육할 수 있는 실감형 인터페이스를 제공한다.

This study is to examine educational environment in Goryeong-gun and the meaning and limit of educational qualitative improvement which it carries. Goryeong-gun has experienced the natural and social decrease of the number of students. So The number of school has continually decreased and more and more educational environment has been poor. Hence, firstly Goryeong-gun thought qualitative educational improvement of a source of regional development and established its committee for education development. They made funds from local government and community and has invested them with educational improvement and scholarship. Especially, Core educational policies in Groyeong-gun are in establishment of distinguished school, Daegaya public institute, and municipal reading room etc.. This educational policies are gradually taking a positive result and becoming competitive power of this region. But on the other hand new tension and conflict, trouble between local government and schools, difference of educational benefit has appeared through practice of these policies, Therefore, Now the qualitative improvement that is guaranteed educational equability within local community is required as new tasks.

DGS(dynamic Geometry System)와 WBI(Web Based Instruction)를 고찰해보고, 동적 기하 프로그램의 대표적인 프로그램인 GSP, Cabri, Cinderella를 이용하여 WBI를 제작해 보고 웹 환경 하에서 세 프로그램의 효율성을 비교 ${\cdot}$ 분석하였으며, 이들 세 프로그램의 장점을 정리하여 웹 환경에서 동적 기하 프로그램의 개선 방향을 제시하였다.

The era of the 4th industrial revolution is being built on the digital revolution. In order to understand and properly utilize these technological advances, digital literacy education is emphasized. This study investigated the components of digital literacy and proposed a curriculum & teaching and learning method improvement plan, and instructor digital literacy cultivation method. In order to improve the curriculum, it is necessary to improve the curriculum by expanding the ability to solve digital problems. As a plan to improve teaching and learning methods, it is necessary to present a linkage and convergence educational model based on communication, collaboration, and sharing between instructors and learners through the establishment of an interactive platform. In order to improve the digital literacy of instructors, it is very important to improve the educational environment that can easily design a learner-centered educational model. This study is meaningful in that it presented basic data for creating an educational environment based on communication and collaboration through digital literacy in an environment connected with digital technology.

We suggest improvement direction of energy-saving design based on analysis of current situation in school facilities. School facilities have large area among public buildings. While the number of students is decreasing, the number of school and energy consumption is increasing year after year. School facilities have excellent heat insulation property, but it requires further examination about excessive heat insulation plan. School facilities are using gas heat pump actively for cooling and heating, but has difference in use ratio of ground source heat pump by region. Thus School facilities requires active using of ground source heat pump and BIPV(Building Integrated Photovoltaic System).
