To understand the use of the ebooks among undergraduate students, a questionnaire was devised and collected data from 466 respondents. The level of ebook and its service awareness appears to be low, and only about 30% of the students have used ebooks in the past. Students access ebooks primarily through the library homepage. 73% of the users read 3 ebooks and below. The subject and area of reading is fairly spread, however literary works and genre fiction were most popular And the purpose is split into academic and private reading. Most of the users lack of knowledge about additional functions. Overall satisfaction level is low. Discomfort and ebooks illiteracy constitute the major reasons of nonuse, however about 88% of the nonusers show willingness to use in the future. According to the interview, active users are familiar with the screen reading as well as perceived advantages of ebooks. Nontheless, their satisfaction level is still low. Based on the results, recommendations for creating awareness, education, production development and service evaluation are suggested to promote the ebooks use.

최근 ERP 시스템이 기업의 전략적 도구로 인식되어지면서, 대기업뿐만 아니라 중소기업에서도 이에 대한 관심이 확산되고 있다. 이러한 경영환경의 변화로 ERP 시스템 도입에 대한 최고경영자 및 일반직원들의 인식이 이전에 비해 높아지고는 있지만, 사실상 인식만 있을 뿐 이에 대한 실제적인 실천전략이 미흡한 실정이다. 이는 중소기업에서 ERP 시스템 구축을 위해서는 수개월 또는 수년간에 걸쳐서 기업의 많은 자원이 투입돼야하기 때문으로 중소기업이 이를 극복하고 성공적인 ERP 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 중소기업 환경에 적합한 ERP시스템 구축방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존에 선행 연구된 연구자료를 비교ㆍ분석하여 중소기업의 특성에 적합한 ERP 시스템 구축 성공요인과 구축전략을 도출하였다 주요성공요인으로는 교육훈련, 명확한 도입목표 설정, 적합한 패키지 선정, 최고경영진의 참여, 그리고 현업사용자의 참여가 높은 빈도율을 나타냈다. ERP 시스템 구축방법론은 준비단계, 분석단계, 구축단계, 구현단계, 종료단계의 다섯 단계로 나눠볼 수 있으며 각각의 수행단계별로 Activity가 정의되고 이에 대한 산출물이 발생하게 된다. 또한 ERP 도입시 소프트웨어의 자체개발보다는 패키지 도입이, 그리고 이의 접근방법으로는 선정된 모듈을 일괄적으로 적용하는 Big-Bang방식이 중소기업 실정에 더 합리적이며, 구현시기에 있어서는 Big-Bang방식과 더불어 기존업무에 ERP 시스템을 구현함으로써 ERP 시스템이 제공하는 기능과 함께 BPR의 효과도 얻는 방법이 가장 적합할 것으로 사료된다. 끝으로 본 논문에서는 ERP 시스템 도입의사가 있어도 기업환경 여건이 따라주지 않아 실천에 옮기지 못하는 중소기업을 고려하여 도입지원방안으로써 산ㆍ학 연계모델을 제시하였다. 중소기업은 ERP 시스템 도입에 필요한 인적ㆍ물적 자원을 대학으로부터 얻음으로써 자체 내 보유능력의 한계를 극복하고, 대학은 현장실습을 통해 풍부한 경험을 쌓음으로써 우수 인력 양성에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This paper presents an improved evaluation method, based on National Competency Standards (NCS), of National Technical Qualification (NTQ) examination in Electronics Fields such as Craftsman Computer, Industrial Engineer Computer Maintenance Control, Engineer Computer System Application, Engineer Computer, Engineer Embedded) to reflect practical vocational abilities and raise values of NTQ certificates. To evaluate each NTQ examination, we carefully chose corresponding NCS competency units for practical performance test, written subjective test, and mixed test through the advisory committee with industry, education, and qualification experts. In addition, we verified useful effects of the NCS-based evaluation method by performing and analyzing the simulated tests. We used both single and mixed problems in practical performance test and new problems about system design and implementation based on various working scenarios in written subjective test.

During human development, rapid emotional growth develops in infancy, and emotional regulation affects positive emotional development. Therefore, it is important for infants to learn how to control their emotions in infancy. In this study, we propose music-based media content that can improve the emotional regulation ability of infants. In other words, this study suggests a projector-based interactive content that plays various musical instruments through movement of the body following the music on the basis of the Eurhythmics education. Children were asked to perform five instruments: bass, drums, tambourines, castanets, and maracas in their physical movements using their hands, arms, and legs, so that physical activity had a positive impact on the child's emotional regulation. This music - based interactive content is expected to provide an environment that can help improve the emotional regulation by concentrating the attention of children.

The purpose of this study is to describe the SW Convergence education class applying the Novel Engineering teaching method during the creative experiential activity time. We developed a SW convergence education program for a patriotism class applying Novel Engineering, a new educational method instead of writing and drawing. Through this lesson program, students can improve their problem-solving ability based on their computational thinking and enhance their love spirit about country. Students read a book that tells the story of patriot, writes the historical scene presented in the book through scenarios through Re-enactment, and implements the simulation situation using Lego WeDo 2.0. The results of this study based on the analysis of the data on the questionnaire showed that there is a significant students' change through the SW convergence education program for patriotism class. In the future, we will expand the scope to more various grades and subjects so that we can generalize the effectiveness of SW convergence education applying Novel Engineering.

Programming learning is difficult for learners, and there are many cases where students lose interest in programming or give up. In this situation, the resilience is the ability of learners to stand up and get resilient and gain confidence in learning. Also, depending on the programming language and tools, the learner may feel the cognitive burden and the learning motivation may be different. In this study, we compared and analyzed the differences of resilience among the students of the scratch course and the Python course of the liberal programming lecture. As a result of the study, the differences in resilience of Python lectures and scratch lectures were significant but not significant. Through this study, learning strategies based on programming languages and tools and learners' tendencies were established.

Recently Gas & Oil plant construction projects are increasing in the world. The EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) company, which participate in the plant projects, should possess the pertinent engineering license and procurement skill to create high added-value. It is because the procurement is very substantial to cover 70% of the total project cost. Nonetheless, there exist various risks involved in the procurement process due to the characteristics of the construction projects with long duration and complicated process as well as the procured goods or services subjected to various logistics. The objective of this paper is to analyze proper process in the procurement and to identify various information and document. Also to analyze procurement process, the principal data are derived from the interview with experts and specialty contractors of plant project. The result of this study would widely be used as a guide to the procurement personnel in forecasting the risks in advance.

Now Broadcasting system of TV has been developed from analogue to digital we call that IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) or DCATV(Digital Cable Television). But, The characteristics of digital broadcasting is the high-quality contents of easily and almost no damage piracy, and Copyright loss is increasing by Internet, P2P(Peer to Peer) and personal path. Nevertheless user's permissions that recorded and reuse of broadcasting can't restraint, And Training Materials etc. use of fair program needs to be separated from illegality. In this paper using a digital certificate permit the use of stored program to authorized user and user of fair purpose, And illegal distribution of restriction design and implement a distribution system.

본 논문에서는 한국형 스마트 앱 저작도구로 미국, 일본, 한국에서 세계특허를 획득한 원더풀소프트의 M-Bizmaker를 이용하여 식품영양학과와 비서행정과 등 비전공자 회사원과 학생이 협력하는 관계에서도 중급수준의 비즈니스 앱 개발이 단기간에 가능하며 최고의 효율성을 검증할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 즉 저작도구인 M-Bizmaker를 이용하면 초중고, 대학, 일반인까지 모든 계층에서 초단기 1일 교육을 통하여 개인의 아이디어와 개성을 살린 앱을 제작할 수 있다는 결론을 도출하였다. 비전공자들이 제작한 스마트 앱의 수준은 본문에서 설명한 것 같이 단체의 일반홍보, 식단관리, 그래프를 이용한 취업현황, 구글맵 연계 주소 관리, 자동전화걸기, 사진 등의 이미지 관리, 친구 찾기와 같이 구성원을 등록하여 용이하게 관리할 수 있고, 설문조사도 쉽게 할 수 있다. 현재 세계 모바일 시장은 애플, 구글 등 미국시장이 세계시장을 선도하고 있는 상황으로 구글의 앱인벤터, 애플의 앱쿠커 등의 저작도구가 베타버젼으로 존재하지만 세계특허 수준의 한국형 저작도구인 비즈니스용 전문개발인 M-Bizmaker와는 기술수준에서 많은 격차가 존재하므로 국가적 차원에서 앱 저작도구 기술개발 인력 양성에 투자한다면 다가오는 미래에는 우리나라가 세계시장을 선도할 수 있을 것이라 사려 된다.

Recently there has been a growing interest in digital preservation and digital curation with rapid increase of digital resource. This study aims to investigate the research topics and the course topics related digital preservation and digital curation. The course information is collected from the curricular of library and information science departments and archival science departments in leading countries such as US, England, Ireland, Canada and New Zealand. Title keyword profiling and network analysis were adapted to discover core research and education areas. The key topics in the abstracts of research papers and the contents of the course were also illustrated by these methods. In the research analysis, archival system is the biggest area of researches related digital preservation and digital curation. Courser analysis shows digital curation education and process is the important area of education. As a result of content analysis, plan and strategy is a notable topic of research and record management process is a major topic of courses for digital preservation and digital curation. In addition, format of digital resource is an important topic for research and courses.
