21세기 지식정보사회를 준비하는 일원으로 국내 교육분야에서는 교육정보화 촉진 시행계획에 따라 모든 국민이 언제 어디서나 원하는 교육을 받을 수 있는 열린교육 및 평생교육 사회구현에 목표를 두고 교육정보화를 추진하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 교육정보화를 위해 현재 추진중인 정책, 지원사업, 기술개발 등 전반적인 현황을 진단하고, 문제점을 분석한다. 그리고, 향후 보편적인 교육방법으로 자리잡을 사이버 교육 환경의 특징과 활용되는 정보통신 표준기술을 살펴보며, 관련 국제 표준화 활동을 소개한다.

The purpose of this study is to survey university students' perception and condition of information and then, indicate the problems and suggest their solutions. As a result, it was found that supply ratio. insufficient using a medium of information, excessive cost, and depending on a private institute This study suggested the information equipment should be supplied. to develop the effective programs. controling unnecessary using a medium of information. the role of university in information education.

우리나라는 범국가적인 정보화를 추진하여 지금 어느 국가보다도 발전된 정보기술력을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라 장애인들에게도 그에 적절한 정보화교육이 이루어져야하지만 실정은 그렇지 못하고 있다. 먼저 정보화 사회의 개념과 그에 대한 긍정적, 부정적 입장에 대해 알아보고 정보격차에 대한 기본 개념을 정리한 후 장애인들을 위해 정보 격차를 줄일 수 있는 방안을 정보 접근성에서의 방법과 장애인 정보화 교육, 컨텐츠 개발 등의 관점에서 제시하였다.

정보화 사회로의 변화는 교육부문에 있어서도 새로운 패러다임를 요구하며, 학교 학생 학부모의 교육정보 공유와 시공간을 초월한 학교교육은 더욱 강조되고 있다. 전인적 교육을 이루어주는 청소년단체는 그 중요성과 규모는 날로 커지고 있으나 교육목표 달성에의 어려움은 더욱 늘어가고, 정보화는 거의 이루어지지 못한 영역이다. 이에 여러 학교의 청소년단체의 실태를 살펴 관련 정보를 분석하고 정보화 방안을 연구하여 청소년단체의 교육목표 달성을 돕는 지원시스템을 설계해보고자 하였다.

우리나라 고령층 정보화 교육은 1999년부터 시작되어 왔다. 그러나 현재까지도 정보화 수준은 기초적인 수준을 벗어나지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 문제점으로는 정보화 교육이란 다른 일반적인 교육과 달리 고령층에게는 일반적인 교육 방법으로는 높은 수준을 기대하기가 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현행의 문제점을 파악하고 학습자와 교수자간에 연계할 수 있는 학습방법과 Blended Learning을 고령층 정보화교육에 접목시켜 변화 해 온 8여년간 고령층 정보화 교육의 수준 향샹된 연구 결과를 나타내보기로 한다.

The intent of this study was to examine what elementary school teachers thought about the adaptation to the information age in education in a bid to seek ways to have the computer equipments utilized enough to justify the efforts and the cost of installation. This study was conducted to provide answers for the following questions: First, what do the elementary school teachers perceive the Education information system? Second, what is their opinion on the ways to elevate teacher competencies for dealing with the information system? Third, what is their awareness of the information ethics?

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of information education satisfaction of the elderly welfare center on information utilization satisfaction and life satisfaction of the elderly. For this purpose, we surveyed the elderly who were enrolled in the elderly welfare center from September 02 to September 24, 2015. First, in the information cognition improvement of the elderly, it was found that the content of education of information, education instructor, and educational environment are important. And in the improvement of the information experience of the elderly, it was found that the education contents, the education method, the instructor and the educational environment factors of the satisfaction of information education were important factors. Second, in the improvement of personal factors satisfaction of the elderly, it was found that the content of education of information and education and the factors of education instructor were important factors. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between information literacy and satisfaction of the elderly.

한국정보통신진흥협회가 주관하고 한국교육정보방송학회, 한국공학교육학회, 한국정보과학회, 한국정보교육학회, 한국컴퓨터교육학회 등 5개 교육정보화 관련학회가 주최하는 "스쿨넷2000 학술세미나 및 전시회"가 지난 8월 4일부터 이틀간 부산대학교에서 열렸다. '스쿨넷'은 초 중등 학교에서 인터넷을 교육에 활용하기 위해 국내(SchoolNet)또는 국외(ICCE)교육정보화 관련 교사와 학생, 전문가, 기업 관련 공공기관에서 정보통신 기술과 교육의 접목을 시도하는 사람들이 모여 상호간의 경험과 기술을 공유할 수 있는 학술 행사이다. 이번 행사에 참석한 많은 관계자들은 "각급 교육기관이 필요로하는 인터넷기반의 학습기법과 교수방법 소개는 물론 국외 전문가들로부터 선진경험 및 노하우를 얻을 수 있었다"라고 참가평을 밝혔다. 이번 학술세미나에서 발표된 논문들 중 정보통신부 정보화기획실 변재일 실장이 발표한 '인터넷 시대에 대응하는 정보화 정책 방향'논문을 요약해서 싣는다.

The purpose of this paper was to diagnose the current status of educational use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in school. Based on the survey results, the direction for the educational use of information and communication technology was suggested. The findings were the use of ICT for teaching and learning activities were quite low in schools. The equipments for ICT were becoming out-dated quickly requiring replacement with new ones. The maintenance and operation of the equipments require additional funds that are not sufficient in most schools. There were quite limited number of educational software and a quality of CD-ROM titles. The infrastructures for developing and supplying educational software were poorly structured. The following policies were suggested: Establishing an efficient system for supplying equipments for ICT to schools; Constructing an effective infrastructure for developing and supplying educational software to teachers and students; Developing practical and effective teacher training programs; And funding schools for the maintenance of educational use of ICT.

The purpose of this study is to examine overseas educational informatization infrastructure evaluation indicators and create data for establishing and developing educational informatization policy directions in the future. We analyzed the cases of OECD PISA, UNESCO, ITU, the German Wetelsmann Foundation, the U.S. Department of Education, and China as educational indicators. As a result of the analysis, evaluation items for electrical and telecommunication facilities such as the school's Internet connection network were commonly found in all indicators, and the ratio of learners to PCs (LCR) was also found in 3 out of 4 indicators. Through this study, it is expected that it will be of great help in conducting educational informatization evaluation suitable for the rapidly changing modern society and developing evaluation tools.
