제4세대 교육정보 공유 서비스

  • 교육정보를 공유하는 방식은 기술의 발전과 교육 방식의 변화에 따라 바뀌고 있다. 이 논문은 기존의 교육정보 공유 방식들을 분석하여 세대별로 구분하고 운영 중인 사례를 살펴본다. 그리고 새로운 교육정보 공유 서비스의 특징을 기존의 공유 서비스와 비교 분석하여 차이점을 기술하고 제4세대 교육정보 공유 서비스라고 명명한다. 마지막으로 제4세 교육정보 공유 서비스의 특징을 지닌 실질적인 사례들을 찾아 분석한다.

  • 정보통신 기술, 방송 기술 및 관련 소프트웨어 기술 발전은 수요자가 원하는 서비스를 받기 위해서 정보 제공자에게로 다가가던 종래의 정보서비스 환경으로부터 사이버 공간을 통해서 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 서비스를 선택할 수 있는 환경으로의 변화를 촉진시켜주고 있다. 수요자 중심의 개별화된 학습체제에 대한 필요성과 시간과 장소에 제약을 받지 않는 사이버 공간을 통한 교육 기회의 확대는 정보통신망과 방송망을 통해서 다양한 형태의 교육 서비스를 제공하는 사이버 교육의 큰 특징으로 인식되고 있다. 본 발표에서는 사이버 교육 환경 구현에 필요한 제반 요소들을 분석하고, 국내외 사이버 교육의 구체적인 사례를 통해서 사이버 교육이 갖는 문제점을 분석하고, 국내의 경우 사이버 교육의 도입 현황을 살펴봄으로서 사이버 교육이 열린교육을 실현하기 위한 효과적인 교육 방법으로 정착되기 위한 방향을 모색해 보고져 한다.

Students' information communication skill affecting relationship among technology acceptance, education service quality, relationship quality, and education service satisfaction (학생이 활용하는 정보통신기술의 정도가 기술수용성과 교육서비스품질, 관계품질, 교육서비스만족과의 관계에 미치는 영향)

  • Considering education process in university, We will have consensus about that has not satisfied exactly individual student's needs. Because education in university has the process that one person contract diverse many people in same time. So, we consider about that if students have used more information communication technology, they have more satisfaction in education process and contents. Our research verify these hypotheses that students' high degree of technology acceptance tendency affect degree of relationship quality, education service quality, and education service satisfaction to be high. And these relationship are affected by level of students' using information communication technology. As a results, if students have high degree of technology acceptance then they have high degree of relationship quality, education service quality, and education service satisfaction. Also, enough students to use information and communication technology has moderate effect about these relationship. This study was conducted at university is located in the province's small and medium-sized cities. Therefore, future training will utilize its contents have been more effective.

  • This study has been conducted in preparation for a library instruction program for the Sangmyung University Library. The purpose of this study Is to assess the effectiveness of different types of library instruction in improving the information literacy of users. 112 questionnaires were measured and analyzed using SAS and t-test, ANOVA among other statistical techniques. The results were as follows: (1) Library instruction directly affects the information literacy of users. After taking library instruction. users were able to effectively use the AtoZ service, related Sites service. thesis service, E-resources, DDS service. off-campus service, translation system and the e-book service through the library homepage. (2) Group instruction proved to be the most effective type of library Instruction while online instruction was the worst.

  • Most of web-based education systems are only to supply education information. As the web becomes the common basis to support the effective education, it is used for not only applying education information but also developing to the dimension to provide various services. The education service models prospering to the newly diverse environment are necessary. In this paper, a education resource service system based on functional broker is implemented to overcome the weakness of the traditional Web-based instruction. This paper shows that the web-based education service system such as functional broker can manage the varied education resources efficiently and so contribute to realize the life-long education.

Analysis of Information Seeking Behaviors of Social Science Teachers According to Their Tasks (사회과 교사의 정보추구행태 분석을 통한 교육정보서비스 제안)

  • This study aims to propose educational information services for social science teachers by analyzing their information seeking behaviors. The author carried out in-depth interviews with thirteen social science teachers in Daejeon and analyzed them using an information seeking behavior model of Leckie, Pettigrew and Sylvain. The study results showed that information needs of social science teachers arise from extrinsic and intrinsic motivations according to their work roles and tasks. Also, the characteristics of information needs such as repeatability, predictability, urgency, and complexity appear to influence information seeking behaviors. The participants used various information sources including web, book, and interpersonal sources. Moreover, the study observed some factors that may influence perception toward information sources such as trustworthiness, information quality, packaging, prior success experience. Finally, the perception change and use frequency of information sources were also identified. Based on these findings, the author proposed information services for social science teachers including integrated information provision services, information literacy programs, networking services and readers advisory services.

  • Ten Web sites from educational policy authorities, educational research institutions, professional educational, and national libraries that provide educational policy information services are investigated using content analysis method. They are analyzed using various types of information sources, classification schemes, and functions of information retrieval. Standardization of classification scheme of educational policy information, standardization of meta data items, improvement of retrieval systems, provision of personalized information services to educational policy authorities, operation of specialized policy information centers, and cooperation among professional institutions are suggested. A model of a specialized educational policy information center is proposed.

A Study on the Actual State of Edunet Utilization by Elementary School Teachers (초등학교 교사의 에듀넷 활용에 관한 실태 연구)

  • The most widely-used typical information service of national education, EDUNET has members of 5.8million. But it has been not used in the fields of elementary school. There are short-comings in its usage by members of the elementary school teaching. We would like to find solutions by using a questionnaire to the teachers of elementary school in the Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do, which resolve the problems of the actual condition. Analytical results show that 93.1 percent of the teachers usually use private education information service and 5.3 percent use EDUNET service. The main reason why teachers discourage the use of EDUNET service is that it provides the inconvenience of searching data(29.4%) and insufficiency of good quality contents(25%). In order to revitalize using EDUNET service, EDUNET has to improve on the perceived cumbersome unhandy of searching tools and help teachers to use EDUNET service by offering information of high quality.

  • 본 논문에서는 기업에서 이루어지는 서비스 교육 품질이 실제적으로 직원의 고객지향성에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지 연구해보고자 한다. 기업에서는 서비스 교육에 대해 막대한 비용과 노력을 들여왔음에도 불구하고 그 효과성에 대해서는 확신을 가지지 못하고 있는 실정이며 서비스 교육이 실질적으로 서비스 수행 향상에 기여하고 있는지도 확인해 보기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 교육 실행 시 교육품질에 대해서 측정해보고 서비스 교육품질이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향을 연구해 보고자 한다. 그리고 고객 지향성을 가장 높일 수 있는 서비스 교육 품질에 대해서도 논의해 보고자 한다.

  • Real time multimedia data services have been made possible by the rapid development of the computer and internet technology. Based on the technology, Many multimedia system developer try to use VOD(Video on Demand) and GVA technologies for distance education. However the system has mainly been developed to provide the video screen of good quality in real time and to compose contents efficiently. Not many researches and developments have been made for providing the users that is taking distance education with various types of service using VOD and GVA. Therefore In this paper we have designed and implemented an active on-demand multimedia service system to improve user-side service quality in distance education using VOD and GVA service. The on-demand multimedia service system can prominently help users to save the time and effort to search and select the studying data by this paper enables off-line search functions through E-mail and periodical current awareness service supported by PUSH technology, user oriented information booking supported by SDI service and feedback service.
