일반 학생과 소외계층 학생은 컴퓨팅 기기에 대한 접근성은 큰 차이가 존재하지 않지만, 컴퓨팅 기기를 활용하는 역량에서는 큰 차이가 존재한다. 이러한 문제는 소외계층과 일반 학생 사이에 컴퓨팅 사고력 차이를 유발하였으며, 공교육에서 이루어지는 소프트웨어 교육의 효과 차이를 초래하였다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 소외계층의 컴퓨팅 사고력을 분석하는 연구를 진행하였다. 소외계층 학생을 대상으로 설문 조사를 진행하고, 설문 결과를 요인에 따라 분석하는 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 소외계층 학생은 학교급이나 성별에 따른 컴퓨팅 사고력의 차이는 존재하지 않았다. 반면에 경험한 프로그래밍 언어에 따른 컴퓨팅 사고력의 차이가 나타났다. 특히, 소외계층 학생은 프로그래밍 언어 경험이 많을수록 컴퓨팅 사고력이 높은 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

This paper aims to present the model of engineering design education workshop for appropriate technologies. Since 2008 Handong Innovation Center for Engineering Education and a Non-Profit Organization, Sharing and Technology, held engineering design workshop during every summer break. We present the contents of the workshop and analyze the educational effects of the program. The workshop is entitled "Engineering Design Academy for the other 90%" because we take it serious that most of the research and development efforts of the science and technologies in the world is just focused on the rich people while the other 90% people in the world are unreachable from the benefits of the modern technologies. By the workshop we tries to provide the college students the perspectives on the worldwide poverty problems and to encourage them to serve the 3rd world people in need through their specialties in the field of engineering profession. The evaluation results by participants are very positive. Especially, we began invite the 3rd world people to the workshop as design problem clients from 2010 summer workshop. The evaluation from them are also very positive. The analysis results on the educational effects of the workshop show that the workshop improves the students skills required by the ABEEK (Acreditation Board of Engineering Education of Korea) including not only design capability but also team work, communication skill, understanding the social impacts of engineering design, engineering ethics, and globalization.

We took note of the fact that there were not many studies on improvement of mathematics learning in the field of statistics for the minority students from the families who belonged to the Low-SES. This study was to help them understand the concepts and principles of mathematics, motivate them for mathematics learning, and have them feel familiar with it. The subjects were 12 students from the low-SES families among the sophomores of 00 High School in Gyeonggi-do. Although it could not be achieved effectively in the short-term of learning for the slow learners, their understanding of basic concepts and confidence, interests and concerns in statistical learning were remarkably changed, compared to their work in the beginning period. Our discourse classes using various topics and examples were well perceived by the students whose performance was improved up to the 3rd thinking level of Mooney's framework. Also, a meaningful instructional model for slow learners(IMSL) was found through the discourse.

The purpose of this study is to verify the causal relationship between social withdrawal and peer alienation among Korean children. The survey study participants were 2,110 children in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. The 5-year longitudinal data (Korean Child and Youth Panel Survey; KCYPS) of 1st grade elementary school student cohort was used. Latent Growth Modeling was applied to analyze the causality over time of social withdrawal and peer isolation. The results revealed that the trajectories of children's social withdrawal decreased over time. Children's social withdrawal showed significant individual differences in terms of initial value and rates of change. The initial value and slope of children's social withdrawal had an effect on the peer alienation in the 3rd grade; however, there was no significant effect on the peer alienation in the 5th grade.

In Korea, only a small study based on the bibliotherapy program for responsibility promotion of at risk or alienated youth has been performed. The purpose of this proposed study is to further examine the challenges and effects of a group bibliotherapy program on alienated youth to determine the degree of success in terms of "responsibility" and/or positive results. The current research program included a relatively small sample size of 11 young people (2 boys, 9 girls) in the Suwon Youth Center from November to December, 2015. The alienated youth program consisted of 8 sessions in the correct activity center with or having levels of insight, application, and verification measured using the Lee Sang Ro et al. (1989), Developmental Responsibility Examination (Scale of Responsibility). As a result, this study will confirm that the program to raise the level of alienated youth responsibility produces positive effects. These results will provide additional theoretical rationale and implications capable for applying "responsibility" education for alienated youth to the overall field encompassing youth education. Based on this, it will be necessary to extend various identified methods in depth to achieve this overall goal.

4차 산업혁명과 메타버스와 같이 빠르게 변화하는 정보화 시대에서 디지털 사각지대에 놓인 '디지털 소외 계층'들이 존재하고 있다. 특히 고령자 같은 경우엔 빠르게 변화된 사회 속에서 보장받아야 할 디지털 교육을 받지 못하여 이제는 당연하게 누려야 할 편리함까지 놓치고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이런 문제들을 해결하기 위한 효과적인 디지털 교육 방안으로 '놀이'와 '게임' 그리고 '컴퓨터'를 융합시킨 'e스포츠'를 통해 디지털 치료제로서 제안하고자 한다. 이는 단순한 '교육'이 아닌 새로운 실버 콘텐츠로 접근하여 노인들의 또 다른 문화로 개척하며 디지털 소외 문제를 해결하는 것과 동시에 고령자들에게 'e스포츠'의 발전과 인식개선에도 기대해 본다.

In current knowledge-based society, various information and communication tools are used in educational fields. Especially web becomes the most popular tool. However, for the disabled, web accessibility is a still main problem to overcome. The purpose of this paper is to improve web accessibility of color blindness by analyzing the educational web sites. The three suggestions for this study are as follows. First, use accent colors other then red or orange. Second, add the black and white conversion feature function on the screen. Third, construct colors of video clips and flash files that are appropriate for people with color blindness.

차기 대통령 당선자는 IMF 시대를 맞이하여 노.사.정 3자간의 협의와 협력 필요성을 강조하고 있다. 이 노.사.정 공동선언은 시간강사 문제에도 적용되어야 할 것 같다. 시간강사와 대학 그리고 교육부 간에 합리적 개선 방안을 마련하려는 진지한 노력이 시도되어야 할 때이다. 진리를 탐구하는 대학은 부당하게 소외받는 사람이 없는 사회, 능력과 노력에 따라 합당한 대우를 받는 사회의 건설에 모범을 보여야 할 때라고 본다.

For nursing as a science to establish a unique system of knowledge, nursing researchers should include the philosophical activities such as establish of nursing philosophy. For establish of philosophy nursing, the nature and realms and essential characteristics of nursing science should be made clear at first. The purpose of this study identify alienation and the situation of happen to alienation and Martin Buber Philosophy(I and Thou). Understanding of this concept should enlighten nurses to interaction and relationship problems between patients and nurse and thus lead to further toward enhancing these interaction and relationship. The alienation was serious problem in present society which was cultural, political, economical, mechanical, religious classified. The overcome of alienation in nursing situation was caring and interpersonal relationship based on Martin Buber philosophy. The essential philosophy of Martin Buber was "I and Thou" relationship. I and Thou relationship are consist of five characteristics ; 1)mutuality 2)directness 3)presentness 4)intensity 5)ineffability As health care technology becomes more sophisticated, there is a tendency to rely on monitors and machines to assess the patient's status. Therefore focus on the functioning and care of machine can result in less meaningful communication with patients. This study points to the need for health professional and patient relationship based on Martin Buber philosophy(I and Thou). This relationship may suggest that professional shoud have sincerity, concerning, respect and warm emotional toward their patients. Ultimately this study provide the basic information to contribute understanding of "I and Thou" relationship and nursing philosophy development in nursing education.
