This article investigates the effects of prior firm founding experience, prior firm's performance, same industry matters, entrepreneurship communities or educations on subsequent firm performance. This study also explores whether same industry matters and entrepreneurship communities or educations have interaction effects between entrepreneurial experience and subsequent firm performance. The results show that prior firm founding experience and prior firm's performance have a positive effect on subsequent firm performance. The rest of variables have no significant direct effects on firm performance. However, same industry matters and entrepreneurship communities or educations have interaction effects of entrepreneurial experience on firm performance. Based on results of this empirical study, this study draws some implications that entrepreneurs can become serial entrepreneurs and experience entrepreneurial success.

In this study, an attempt was made to prepare an effective human rights sensitivity education plan for nursing students. This study was before and after a non-equal control group that identified human rights sensitivity and patient rights awareness. As a result of the study, the human rights sensitivity of the subjects averaged 40.22 out of 90 points. The effect on human rights sensitivity through case-based human rights sensitivity education showed that students who received training to improve case-based human rights sensitivity improved human rights sensitivity and patient rights awareness than those who did not(t=2.765,p=.006, t=-5.768,p=.000). As a result of this study, it is considered that the foundation of the curriculum to improve the human rights sensitivity of nursing students should be prepared. We propose a later study on the relationship between clinical practice and human rights sensitivity.

The study was carried out for the purpose of identifying implications that should be considered in educating DDC through online within Library and Information Science curriculum. Followed by operating a NCS-based educational course utilizing printed matter and web version of DDC, two tests and survey were conducted to analyze learning outcomes, satisfaction, and preferences by learning tools. The result showed that differences in educational medium do not correlate to educational performance significantly. However, during the learning process, the mainly used medium affects the usefulness, preference and future utilization of the medium. Based on the research results, when designing DDC education using WebDewey in the future, compared to the printed version, relative understanding for utilizing the structure and its items of DDC classification, built numbers and education for understanding Web Dewey interface and function are required.

A successful succession of family businesses is a very important issue that greatly affects the sustainability of the business. Among the factors affecting successful succession, the successors of the family business were identified on the entrepreneurship held by small business owners and on the management performance of the business. This study was analyzed empirically by the managers who currently run the actual business through completion of or process of succession. Successive factors were established as a place for education and succession of heirs, and entrepreneurship was divided into innovativeness, risk-taking and pro-activeness, and management performance was divided into financial and non-financial achievements. The analysis shows that the education and training of successors among succession factors have significant implications for both managerial performance and entrepreneurship, and that the success of successors has no significant impact on non-financial performance, innovativeness and pro-activeness. In addition, while the risk-taking nature of entrepreneurship was concerned with the performance of management, innovativeness and pro-activeness were not all significant. According to this study, the education and training of successors and the determination of successors in succession family businesses have a significant impact on management performance and entrepreneurship.

As software transforms the structure of industry, it becomes a key measure in determining market competitiveness. Therefore, various educational efforts have been attempted in Korea to cultivate software professionals to secure software competitiveness. While previous studies had focused mainly on the cognitive effectiveness of software education, the authors tried to focus on affective perspectives. The authors, therefore, aimed to analyze the predictive power of the recognition of software importance and learning flow on affective outcomes, such as efficacy of computational thinking skills, and attitude toward, and satisfaction with, software education. The data were collected from 103 sixth grade students who participated in a software education. Results show that software importance and learning flow had significant predictive power on affective outcomes; Learning flow mediated the relationship between software importance and affective outcomes. This study provides practical implications for improving affective outcomes in the design and implementation of software education.

본 연구는 국내하이테크 기업의 기술혁신지향성과 시장지향성이 기업 성과에 미치는지 여부를 규명하고자 Moorman & Miner(1997), Kohli, Jaworski & Kumar (1993)가 개한 척도를 사용하여 탐색적인 연구를 실행하였다. 설문은 2006년 11월 한달 동안 서울 경기지역의 혁신관련 교육을 수행하는 교육 기관과 기술 기반의 제품 개발과 서비스를 수행하는 업체를 대상으로 시행하였다. 가설 검증을 위해 총 200부의 설문지를 배포하여 60부를 회수하여 수집된 자료는 SPSS v12.0을 이용하여 요인분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 기술혁신지향성은 성과에 영향을 미치나 시장지향성이 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 확인할 수 없었다.

Undergraduate thesis contains overall results that students has acquired to express their ability during four university years. Undergraduate thesis includes an ability to apply knowledge of engineering, communicate engineering logic and thinking effectively, and use the techniques, skills for engineering practice. In terms of an assessment tool for program outcomes, undergraduate thesis provides the results of the student with authentic, reflective, interactive and individuals features. Also undergraduate thesis provides an opportunity of improvement about curriculum and engineering program. To apply the excellency of undergraduate thesis, the principle of undergraduate thesis should be understood well and reflected the real state of engineering education. The basic concept of undergraduate thesis as a assessment tool of engineering program outcomes has been introduced. The rubrics for measuring of a specific outcome was also suggested.

This study analyzed the effect of entrepreneurship of real estate broker's on subjective performance, and confirmed if a entrepreneurship education between them has moderating effects. The research results of the analysis are as follows. First, needs for achievement and risk taking of real estate brokerage were significant with subjective performance, which is the dependent variable, and it was shown as the positive (+) direction. This means entrepreneur factors of high needs for achievement or submitting to risk preference have a significant effect in subjective performance. Second, moderating effect of a business school was only shown in needs for achievement. As a result of analysis after classifying it into two groups according to completion status of a entrepreneurship education, it was shown the group that took a entrepreneurship education has higher beta(${\beta}$) than the group that did not take a entrepreneurship education. In other words, real estate brokerage who took a entrepreneurship education shows increase in needs for achievement, which is the entrepreneur factor. This signifies a business school has a positive effect in subjective performance. Third, as a result of t-test for completion status of a entrepreneurship education and financial performance, it was shown the group that took a entrepreneurship education showed higher average of sales and net income than the group that did not take a entrepreneurship education. The net income, in particular, showed about the double difference.

The development of information technologies has contributed on-line training as one of important education methods. On-line training in firms, which is similar to e-learning or virtual education, provides trainees with more education opportunities in diverse ways. It has developed a range of innovative services with a one-stop solution of education within the electronic sector. Also under the on-line training environment, trainees can undertake customized training packages at anytime and any places. Moreover, information technology allows both the trainers and other trainees to be decoupled in any of the elements of tune, place, and space. Two research questions are investigated : what are the determinants affecting the on-line training effectiveness and how those variables affect the two aspects of training effectiveness: learning performance and transfer performance. Based on the previous literature conducted on the traditional training environment, the determinants of training effectiveness are derived. Eight hypotheses are developed based on literature reviews and tested by questionnaires survey data. The collected data have been analyzed by LISREL. It is found that the relationship between individual, organizational and on-line site design variables and training effectiveness (learning and transfer) are significant. The contribution and limitations of this research are also discussed with future studies.

창의성과 지능, 뇌 기능 분화의 관계와 수학 창의성과 지능과의 관계에 대해서는 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있으나 뇌 기능 분화와 수학 창의성, 수학 창의적 문제 해결력과의 관계를 규명은 미흡한 상태이고, Balka(1974)의 연구에서는 수학 창의성과 일반 창의성은 관계가 없다는 연구결과가 있다. 이러한 사실을 바탕으로 생각할 때 뇌 기능 분화와 창의성간의 상관관계의 연구에서 얻어진 결과가 수학 창의성과 관계가 있는지 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서 남녀에 따른 뇌기능 분화의 차이와 좌뇌, 우뇌와 전뇌의 수행 수준이 수학 창의적 문제해결력과는 어떠한 관계가 있는지 알아보기 위해 대구광역시 내에 있는 초등학교 5학년의 40명을 대상으로 뇌 기능 분화 검사, 창의성 검사를 실시하여 서로의 관계를 분석했다. 연구 결과 뇌의 기능 분화 발달은 좌뇌는 남자가 우뇌는 여자가 높았으나 통계적으로 의미가 없었고, 전뇌 집단이 수학 창의적 문제해결력이 가장 높았으므로 전뇌를 고루 발달시킬 수 있는 교수전략에 관한 연구들이 계속 되어져야 할 것이다.
