대학 통합이란 2개 이상의 대학을 하나의 대학으로 합치는 것으로서 통합 방안에 대해 통합 전 대학의 지역사회, 동문, 교수, 학생, 학부모 등 이해관계자의 다양한 견해가 표출되고 갈등 상황이 발생하는 등 그 추진이 매우 어려운 정책이라 할 수 있다. 대학별 갈등 양상은 개별 대학이 처한 상황에 따라 매우 다양하고 갈등의 깊이에 있어 다소 차이가 있었으나, 통합 추진과정에서 대학의 장과 구성원들의 헌신적인 노력과 슬기로운 지혜의 발휘로 원만히 극복하였다.

대학등록금은 대학교육의 질, 교육의 기회균등, 고등교육에 대한 학생수요, 교육비 부담의 형평 등을 고려하여 결정되어야 한다. 대학등록금 결정이 각 대학에 맡겨져 있는 지금, 대학등록금의 인상을 최소화하여 대학교육을 현상유지하는 데 급급해 할 것인가, 아니면 다른 재원이 경직된 상황에서 대학교육의 질적 수준을 제고하기 위하여 물가상승률을 상회하는 등록금 인상을 단행할 것인가 하는 것의 결정은 결국 우리 대학인 모두가 심사숙고해서 결정할 일이다.

본 연구는 장애인생활시설에서의 정보화에 대한 고찰이다. 정규 시각장애인학교와 장애인생활시설의 시각장애인 교육환경의 비교하기 위하여 대전의 한 장애인생활시설을 선정하고. 장애인생활시설에 몸담고 있는 원생의 유형별, 연령별 인원현황, 연령별 교사현황, 컴퓨터 보유현황, 원생의 주간교육 일정, 시각장애인용 기자재 보유현황 등을 조사하였다. 그 결과 시각장애자에게 있어서 정보화의 기초가 되는 점자 숙지자가 많지 않아 점자교육의 확대가 필요하였고, 정규학교와 달리 컴퓨터교육에 필요한 기자재가 턱없이 부족하여 학습의 환경조성이 시급한 상황이었다. 또한, 교사 중 일부만이 사회복지나 특수교육을 전공하였고, 컴퓨터를 전공한 사람은 단 한 명도 없었다. 그 이유는 아직 장애인 생활시설의 교사채용기준은 법으로 규정되어 있지 않고 생활시설의 교사에 대한 처우가 일반학교의 교사에 대한 처우에 못 미치는 상황이어서 전공자의 임용지원이 많지 않기 때문이었다. 장애인 생활시설에서 정보화 촉진을 위해 정부의 지원을 바탕으로 한 기자재의 확충과 꾸준한 교육연수를 통한 전문지식인의 양성과 그에 걸 맞는 물리적, 사회적 대우를 통하여 원생들에게 질 높은 교육환경을 제공하는 것이 시급한 것으로 조사되었다.

The purrpose of this study is to develop safety education program to prevent child accident using serious game. Specially children need systematic education program specially cognition of accident. Serious game has entertain and education, and it can make game stage using storytelling about variable accident situation. Using serious gmae for preventing accident, it includes useful subjects such as safety education, prevent strategies, crisis management, problem solving accomplishment.

In this study, we explored the meaning of science education in an inclusive education setting tram the view of the epistemological approach, and discussed the principles and theories for constructing an educational program. Also, we explored the possibility of inclusive education in science education by suggesting principles for practice: accommodating science curriculum macroscopically, adapting science curriculum microscopically, considering diversity in science instruction, sharing the differences in science teaching and learning, and restructuring the assessment system in science education. We also reviewed the case on learning basic concepts in optics for the visually impaired according to the principles discussed. In conclusion, we discussed the considerations for the practice of inclusive education in science education and inferred further research problems.

The purpose of this study was to help the students deepen their mathematical understanding and practitioner improve her mathematics lessons. The teacher-researcher developed mathematical situation based problem solving instruction model which was modified from PBL(Problem Based Learning instruction model). Three lessons were performed in the cycle of reflection, plan, and action. As a result of performance, reflective knowledges were noted as followed points; students' mathematical understanding, mathematical situation based problem solving instruction model, improvement of mathematics teachers.

현대 사회는 경제, 사회, 문화 등의 모든 분야에 걸쳐 극심한 경쟁상황에 직면하여 생존과 발전을 위해 고객위주의 전략을 수립하지 않으면 안 된다. 국내의 교육시장도 마찬가지로 교육시장 개방과 주 고객인 진학예정 학생수의 감소, 교육기관 특히 대학의 과잉으로 말미암아 대학간의 경쟁이 치열해 졌으며 특별한 대책이 없는 한 머지않아 상당수의 대학이 사라질 형편이 되었다. 이런 현상은 지방대학의 경우 더욱 심한 상황이고 따라서 각 대학들은 다양한 생존전략을 수립하여 어려움을 극복하고자 한다.(중략)

Purpose : This study aims to suggest social support composed of organizational support and managerial support would be systematically managed to enhance Disaster Operations Management at Seoul Emergency Operations Center. Method : Emotional labor was used as an independent variable, and organizational commitment was used as a dependent variable to analyze the mediating effects of social support. Results : First, in the aspect of organizational support, the objective evaluation of disaster situation management, disaster situation management emotional labor reduction education and training program development, monitoring of disaster situation management, quality improvement and work imbalance mitigation of firefighters, and emergency coordination managers are needed for systematic work management for emotional labor settlement. Secondly, it is necessary to select competent firefighters in the level of managerial support, to prepare healing measures for structured phased emotional labor for firefighters, and to have counseling competency for managers for emotional labor firefighting officers. Conclusion : In order to improve disaster management ability, education and training programs should be developed to improve organizational commitment based on social support.
