It has already been 17 years since the first implementation of the Korean College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT). Having been administered so many CSAT tests including practice tests, criticisms have been made against CAST tests being stuck to the same pattern and focusing mainly on knowledge-based items. To address this issue, we analyzed the chemistry items of the Japanese National Center Test for University Admissions (NCTUA) administered in January of 2009 with regard to content factors, behavioral domains, item types, and noted any peculiarities in comparison to CSAT. Also, we estimated the predicted percentage of correct answers from the perspectives of Korean candidates to arrive at implications for chemistry items of CSAT.

The Information society is accelerating it's speed of change with the IT technology at the center of it and the society as a whole is in the process of transition. The purpose of study is to reveal the information gap among the public servants of Chungbuk Province. For that reason this study on the information gap of the officers is considering the effectiveness of IT. First, A theoretical approach has been made about Information Divide. Purpose: The research purposes analyzed the study participation and lecture evaluation of applicants in the cyber hospice specialist education course to find problems of nurse education application on the web. Method: Study participants were 125 nurses for participation and 68nurses for lecture evaluation. The data was analysed by descriptive statistics. Result: The results obtained from this study were as follows 1) The residence distribution of study participants was spread out across the nation. Equal distribution of education was accomplished without a difference among provinces. 2) The average study duration in the study participation was about one hour and a quarter minutes a week, and number of access to lecture notes was 65.8 times. But in a discussion room and a cooperative room, the system using rate was very low, so we considered the idea to come up with a more effective application way. 3) The participant's lecture evaluation of cyber education were generally satisfied about the quality of lecture, time, contents etc. Conclusion: This study shows the possible implication for nursing fields using a web-based learning program for reeducation in a variety of fields, so nursing cyber application can be considered to come up with this more effective method.

Disaster Management should be re-established and developed based on voluntary participations of individuals and groups, not only as a concern of the government. This paper proposes about improvement methods of managing volunteers for disaster management as follows: First, a necessity for publicity and recruitment focused on selfish motive to emphasize individual's development, selfrealization, worth and economic interesting relationship in a process of recruitment and selection, Second, a construction of process to commonly develop education program to volunteers for disaster management, Third, an activity area of volunteers for disaster management is enlarged to the intrinsic task of disaster management, Forth, an evaluation of quality for volunteer activity and compensation.

In subjects dealing with when historically important events took place, the application of memory laws can enhance the educational effectiveness. Methods to increase memory rate by applying additional information such as dots, lines, bars, etc. are being studied in numerical memory-based studies. This study proposes a method of applying the long-term memory mechanism that was lacking in the previous study. This is a mechanism that corrects the error data entered by user's mistake, and tries to increase the memory rate by giving a memorable effect. To this end, we propose the unique processes that are carried out in the mobile environments and we implement and evaluate the error correction numerical algorithms.

The purpose of this study is to provide a brief overview of the helicopter pilot training system applied to the Army, and to examine what factors positively affect the successful flight training of helicopter pilots. For this purpose, we analyzed the correlations between various factors such as individual characteristics, selection factors, flight aptitude evaluation, theoretical subjects test, and self-life evaluation. As a result, it was found that only the flight experience was influential on the individual characteristics at the beginning of the training course, and the learning achievement represented by the test of theoretical subjects was positively influenced throughout the flight training course. This reaffirms the fact that an individual's high level of motivation or effort influences his flight training performance. These results are expected to be useful indicators for future development of pilot selection system and pilot training system.

This study was conducted to understand research trends of HR Analytics (HRA) in Korea and to suggest future research directions. First, a comparative analysis was conducted by classifying six areas of recruitment on-board, work environment, performance evaluation, retention, and exit/retirement building on the employee life cycle framework. The results indicate that first, the distribution of detailed research topics in Korean HRA research has similar to that of international research. Second, Korean HRA studies related to employee training and development function are insufficient. Third, the scope and the method of machine learning are becoming enriched. Finally Korean HRA studies are still in the technical domain and toward entering the predictive analysis domain.

In young entrepreneurs, the individual situation of opportunity discovery is very important. It is very important that the opportunities that are created for a particular individual entrepreneur are also recognized and assessed through the process. The need for the development of entrepreneurial opportunity competencies, which have a low proportion of opportunistic entrepreneurship, is low in the entrepreneurship education. In particular, young entrepreneurs are in desperate need of opportunistic entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of entrepreneurship motivation on entrepreneurial opportunity competence, using entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurship orientation as mediation variables for preliminary young entrepreneurs (19-39 old). In the case of young entrepreneurs, there is a tendency to study entrepreneurship policies and education through the system of youth entrepreneurship schools, mainly on college students and youths, and on the effects of institutional support on entrepreneurship. There is little research on the effect of a entrepreneurial motivation on the entrepreneurial opportunity competence needed to promote an entrepreneurial venture in a model with multiple mediators. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of start - up motivation on the entrepreneurial opportunity competence. To do this we analyzed 374 questionnaires collected from preliminary young entrepreneurs in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces. The results of the analysis using SPSS v22.0 and Process macro v3.0 showed that the motivation of start - up had a significant effect on both opportunity recognition and opportunity evaluation of entrepreneurial opportunity competence. Second, motivation of entrepreneurs has a significant effect on entrepreneurial efficacy. Third, entrepreneurial efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial orientation. Fourth, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on entrepreneurial opportunity competence. Fifth, there is a significant indirect effect between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition when passing through entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial orientation at the same time, But indirect effects was insignificant when only entrepreneurship efficacy is passed. There is a significant indirect effect on all mediators between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial opportunity valuation. It is suggested that strengthening education on entrepreneurship is necessary to cultivate awareness of entrepreneurship opportunities and strengthening education on both entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurship is necessary to cultivate evaluation of entrepreneurship opportunities by type of entrepreneurial motivation.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the validity of dental hygienist job according to judgment standard of medical practice in medical law. In this study, we conducted a self-administered questionnaire survey to evaluate the validity of dental hygienist job for 12 professors of dental college in Gangneung-Wonju National University from November 10 to 20, 2017. We investigated whether the dental hygienist job conforms to the three criteria of medical practice such as disease prevention and treatment, patient care, and health hazard. The response rates were scored and classified into four categories according to the final score. As a result of this study, dental hygienist job are classified into four categories according to judgment standard of medical practice. The higher the level of the category, the higher the degree of difficulty, and the higher the level of expertise and skills required. More than 50% of respondents answered that measuring the gingival pocket, bleeding on probing, professional tooth cleaning, oral health education, counseling after dental treatment are all three criteria for medical treatment. And these were classified into Level 4 group which requires the difficulty and expertise in the final score 4.3. It is necessary to develop and utilize standardized guidelines on the level of knowledge, education, and qualification standards required for dental practice in order to effectively allocate work among the dental personnel while ensuring the health rights of patients in the dental clinic field in Korea. In addition, there is a need to evaluate the various aspects of cost effectiveness, dental health service productivity, and health promotion contribution to dental hygienist jobs, And based on this evidence, it is necessary to continue to expand and adjust the dental hygienist job and to reorganize the dental workforce system.
