In this paper, the author carried out the study to develop oil spill response training courses for competent responders examining IMO guidelines and response training courses of developed maritime countries as well as Korea. According to a result of study, fundamental training courses are to be established on the basis of IMO guideline, and also to prepare pre-arranged brief course like Basics of Spill Response for beginner. The courses should be step-by-step related with mutual continuous contents, and more times are given to on-site training for basic course and to classroom lecture with desk-top exercise for advanced course. Besides, SCAT shall be added to shoreline cleanup course, finally it is advisable that total 9 types of courses are established with additional refresh course.

The purpose of this study is to develop and implement an alternative elementary science curriculum to enhance creative problem solving abilities. The curriculum consisting of three main elements was developed. The three elements are content knowledge, process knowledge and creative thinking skills. The curriculum was validated by more than 10 science educators, scientists, and curriculum specialists. In order to implement the curriculum, three lessons for 5th grade were developed and taught by a problem-based-learning(PBL) method in an experimental group during the second semester. For the comparison group the ordinary lesson based on the 6th national science curriculum was taught by the same science teacher during the same period. Performance assessment was developed and used for the pre and post test. Two-way ANOVA, and T-test were used to check whether there are any significant differences between the gains of scores(pre-post test) of the two groups. The results of the test showed that the experimental group increased significantly in the total creative thinking problem solving skills, but the comparision group did not.

본 연구는 현재 중장년층 퇴직자를 대상으로 실시되고 있는 전직지원 프로그램의 현황을 분석하여 문제점을 확인하고 이를 효과적으로 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 전직지원 프로그램을 분석하기 위해서 CIPP 모형에 따른 상황평가, 투입평가, 과정평가, 산출평가를 분석틀로 삼아 전직지원 프로그램의 요구분석, 교육목표, 교육과정, 교육성과를 분석 준거로 설정하였다. 프로그램 대상으로 공공부문은 노사발전재단 전국경제인연합회 한국무역협회, 민간 부문은 A,B,C 전직지원 컨설팅회사, 기업부문은 D기업을 들었다. 그 결과 시사점으로는 첫 번째, 중장년층 퇴직자의 직무와 역량에 맞는 효과적인 전직을 위해서는 퇴직 전전직사전교육 프로그램이 전제되어야 하는 것이다. 두 번째, 장기적인 관점에서 정부 주도 하에 공공부문과 민간부문의 전문가가 협업하여 국가직무표준에 기반한 전직지원 프로그램이 개발되어야 하고 세 번째, 분야 직종별로 각각 운영되고 있는 전직 관련 정보와 구인 구직 사이트를 체계적으로 네트워크화 하여 퇴직자가 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 한다.

This study was to find the direction to assessment of school mathematics in accordance with 2009 reformed curriculum. As new trends in the latest reformed 2009 curriculum, creativity, multicultural education, and mathematics disposition were focused. In creativity, more items should be developed for enhancing students' ability in areas of fluency, elaborateness, and originality, besides flexibility which was mostly dealt in the formal assessments that have been done previously in school. In multicultural education. purposeful bilingual programs should be developed in mathematics education to improve not only students' language skill, but also mathematical ability. In mathematical disposition, various questionnaires including checklists along with clinical interview should be provided to evaluate students' on-going process of mathematical learning.

This study aims at developing and evaluating the cohousing teaching/learning plan for middle and high school. The plan was developed into 5 stages such as data collection and analysis, design, development, implement, and evaluation_ It was composed of 3 lessons with various teaching materials; the concept and necessity of cohousing, spatial composition, and making a cohousing village as the main theme. The 3 home economics teachers carried out the plan for 28 classrooms (1125 students) in 2 middle and I high school, during 23th, Aug., to 17th, Sep. 2010 in Kyunggido. The high level of understanding, learning processes, interest, satisfaction with the class reported by the students showed that the plan might be adequate to both high and middle school students. The teachers carried the lessons reported the similar positive responses to the plan with some suggestions to increase teaching hours, prepare class appliances, and prepractice the teaching materials.

The purpose of this research was to draw implications for preparing utilizing and management course assessment type of national technical qualification based on the awareness of teachers in industrial secondary vocational high schools. To achieve it, this researcher analyzed the awareness about management course assessment type of national technical qualification of teachers at industrial secondary vocational high schools and analyze possibility to introduce course assessment qualification, degree of agreement for expected effects, and importance and necessity for the matters to be considered when introducing management course assessment qualification. Concrete results of this research are as follows. First, the degree of understanding management course assessment type of national technical qualification at industrial secondary vocational high schools was common, but the degree of agreement for introducing goal, purpose, and necessities was low. Second, for the expected effects to be obtained when acquiring course assessment qualifications, there were acquisition of qualification at the same time of education, suggestion of studying goal from an angle of concrete and significant performance, systematic education based on NCS, possibility to develop and form training career, and possibility to acquire industrial field-centered knowledge and technology in order. Third, to draw priority of each item to be considered when introducing course assessment type of national technical qualification at industrial secondary vocational high schools, the importance and necessities were analyzed. As a result, for the sectors whose requirements are more than average, there were flexibility of course assessment type qualification classes, preparation of proper measure by NCS revision, relief of edited classes of necessity ability unit, etc.

In this study, we comprehensively investigated the cases of science teachers who implemented NOS assessments in Science Inquiry Experiment. Two science teachers working at high schools located in Seoul who taught and assessed NOS in Science Inquiry Experiment according to the 2015 revised curriculum participated in the study. We collected lesson and assessment materials and observed NOS lessons and assessments. We also conducted interviews. Based on the collected data, we analyzed the processes of the teachers' NOS assessments. The analyses of the results revealed that the teachers constructed the assessments by themselves due to a lack of NOS assessment experience and related materials. They had difficulties in selecting an appropriate assessment method and constructing assessment questions and criteria. Both teachers found it difficult to assess an understanding of NOS because it concerns the subjective views of individual students. Therefore, they had difficulties in setting detailed assessment criteria, which also led to difficulties in the overall assessment process. There was a difference in the reflective level of the assessments between the two teachers. In the reflective activities of low levels, the assessments were not properly enacted because it was difficult to infer students' understanding. Orientation toward teaching NOS influenced the perceptions of NOS assessment and overall lessons, resulting in a difference in NOS assessments. Finally, the absolute evaluation of Science Inquiry Experiment also affected teachers' NOS assessments. Based on the above results, implications for effective NOS assessments in schools are discussed.
