Standards-curriculum based archival contents for education is the best effective teaching and learning units for historical thinking abilities. This paper purposes a developing procedures of an archival contents for education that is theoretical instructions of developing an archival contents for education by the National Archives of Korea. This paper can be used of the theoretical bases for the National Archives of Korea by proposing the methodology of development of an archival contents for education. The developing procedures of an archival contents for education is the same with the procedures of developing an e-learning contents that has planning, analyzing, designing, developing and assessing steps but it is characterized by an archival contents for education that is curriculum standards analysis, collection analysis, and detailed design for structured formats in effective-accomplishments for teaching-learning objectives. I propose the procedures for determining teaching-learning subjects that enable the development of an archival contents for education by curriculum standards analysis. I also propose the procedures for deriving the key words from the teaching-learning subjects. Collection analysis methods analyze key records that correspond to the learning subjects according to the selection criteria of primary sources. In the steps of designing, titles of contents and contents structures have to be determined and storyboards based on flowchart of learning have to be made of according to the results of analyses. In the steps of developing contents, making a copy of primary sources like a original is the key points. And also in the steps of assessment, products of teaching-learning contents to effectively achieve the teaching-learning objectives have to be estimated by the appraisal board. Finally I propose that user's survey research after the services have to be reflected on contents updates and new developments of contents.

In this study, we examine the satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors on the perceptions of online lecture content among open and distance university learners, especially focusing on age groups differences. The result of the study shows that clear differences exist between age groups in regards to the factors which insure excellent course in online learning. For example, young adults in their 20s and 30s determined 'useful for practical life, 'screen sensitive to audiovisual', and 'recently created lectures' as the most influential factors for online learning content satisfaction. However, older age groups in their 40s and above apparently showed a high preference for factors such as 'instructor's enthusiasm and attitude', and 'clear and easy-to-understand explanations.' The findings of the study imply that learners' recognition concerning content satisfaction may differ depending on age groups. Moreover, this study suggests that considering the growing importance of online learning in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, age groups should be considered in developing online course content.

In this study, the importance-performance analysis (IPA) of the content components of remote graduate students was conducted. To this end, an online survey of 221 remote graduate students at J University obtained the following results. First, the importance of content components by area was in the order of learning content, interaction, teaching-learning strategy, and evaluation, and the degree of execution was in the order of teaching-learning strategy, interaction, evaluation, and learning content. Second, it was found that there were significant differences between importance and performance in the four areas of content components: learning content, teaching-learning strategy, interaction, and evaluation. The importance-execution analysis (IPA) was conducted in two dimensions: region-specific and item-specific, and the results are as follows. The learning content was found to be the maintenance area, the teaching-learning strategy and interaction were the key improvement areas, and the evaluation area was the overinvestment area. The results of this study can be used as basic data to diagnose the present of remote graduate school content and to gauge what needs to be improved in the future based on it.

As Information communication technology develops, requirements for new educational media and new contents gets bigger and bigger. Especially PDA is required for educational media on m-learning environment. We design and implement intra-educational contents sequencing model and educational contents sequencing model between educational contents for PDA as educational supplementary media for m-learning environment, and LMS supporting PDA. And we balanced the work load of PDA and LMS and constructed practical service platform for using PDA as educational supplementary device.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of instructional design, perceived learning transfer, and satisfaction. The data were collected using questionnaire from the sample of 239 nursing students. The level of learning transfer was explained by introduction with learning context & providing guidance and initial attention. The level of learning transfer was explained by learning object with motivation, learning goal alignment, accessibility and feedback & adaptation. The level of program satisfaction was explained by introduction with learning context & providing guidance and initial attention. The study introduced an actual American university program student's learning outcomes in instructional technology integration knowledge in order to acknowledge implication considering the current status of relevant Korean teacher training programs. With utilizing complete sampling (students enrolled in a master's program in Instructional Systems Technology at the N University in Fall 2015), the survey was conducted on knowledge, strategies and performance in instructional technology integration, and interview assessed deeper understanding of students' relevant competencies in their specific professional setting. The results and findings based on triangulation of the data confirmed that the students gained sufficient knowledge, and applied the relevant knowledge and competencies into their work setting. For future research, the implications were offered on reviewing Korean teacher training programs in professional competency development related to technology integration in teaching and learning.

In this paper, I design a web based system for self directed leaning. I search a teaching and teaming model for self directed teaming on web. I design a pertinent mood of system to carry out a teaching and teaming model. Also, I propose a Dan which a model d system use pertinently. If a web based system for self directed teaming is used on vacation, after school or actual learning, I expect that we take the effect of instruction.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of biology contents of cyber home learning systems which provided by 16 metropolitan and provincial offices of education. The contents were evaluated by the 9 categories: needs assessment, instruction design, learning contents, teaching & learning strategy, interaction, supporting system, evaluation, ethicality and copy right. The result showed that the contents have advantage in detailed learning goal, useful learning environment, learning activities by level, and various learning parts material, but lack in evaluation method tool for personal learning by level and the latest learning material. Based on this results, it is expected that the barrier of the efficient learning contents should be searched for the complement, as well as the development high-quality educational contents and the management of cyber home learning system.
