멀티미디어 기술의 발달로 멀티미디어 교육용 콘텐츠가 다양하게 개발되고 있으며, 교수자와 학습자가 3D 가상공간에서 실제 체험을 통해 학습할 수 있는 시스템[1]이 등장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 [1]과 같은 시스템에 사용자의 몰입도와 현실감을 높이기 위한 방법으로 사용자 제스처 인식 기술을 사용한 결과를 제시하며, 이들 제스처를 통해 3차원 가상공간에 있는 여러 객체를 조작할 수 있는 기법을 소개한다.

We investigated middle school students' awareness of Han-style(Korean cuture) in order to promote it, and developed and applied the Teaching-Learning Lesson Plan according to the traditional clothing culture contents related to Han Style. We selected 5 major fields representing Han Style including Han-gul(Korean alphabet). Han-sik(Korean food). Han-bok(Korean traditional clothes). Han-ji(Korean traditional paper), and Han-ok(Korean traditional house). We analyzed the contents of the food, clothing and shelter in 6 types of high school testbooks under the revised 7th national curriculum, and chose seven traditional clothing-lifestyle culture contents. Also we developed 14-period processes and materials(9 for teachers. 9 for students and 3 for and applied it to usual classes. The mean score of middle school students' awareness of Han Style in the post-test was significantly higher than that in the pre-test. Students evaluated it positively that the classes could raise the pride on the Han-culture and provoke the interest in it through the direct experiencing activities. We suggest that the various themes on Han-style should be developed, and the theoretical classes on the identity as well as the experiencing activities on it.

The development of web service area enables to integrate the various existing systems into web, which have been utilized to the several fields such as education business and companies. The e-learning could be an important teaching method for English education in that the learners prefer to use of the visual material in language learning. The students are provided with the motivation of learning for it is interesting to them. The purpose of this study is to research the problems so that web service can be organized efficiently for the education of English. In addition, this paper is to suggest an alternation of the direction for development of skills to solve the existing problems.

정보생산을 촉진하는 새로운 형태의 사이버공간이 나타나면서 지식의 창출과 지식을 얻는 형태가 변화하고 있다. 최종사용자에게 웹 애플리케이션을 제공하는 컴퓨팅 플랫폼인 web 2.0의 도입으로 손쉽게 자신이 필요한 정보를 분류할 수 있는 웹 컨텐츠가 활발히 제공되고 있으며 제공된 컨텐츠를 활용하여 수많은 정보 속에서 자신만의 보석을 찾아 손쉽게 지식을 쌓아 관리를 하고 있다. 이러한 지식공유서비스는 무분별한 정보, 중복된 지식, 그리고 단순한 관리로 인해 자신이 원하는 지식을 얻기란 쉽지 않은 것이 사실이다. 본 논문에서는 온라인상의 정보를 탐색하기 위해서 인터넷을 이용하던 네티즌들이 정보생산자로서 참여하는 공간으로 등장한 '지식공유서비스'를 기반으로 지식 창출 및 관리자로서 시니어를 활용하여 지식의 수용자로서 유아들을 위한 NIE (News In Education) 활용 교육 체계를 제안한다. 뉴스는 유아부터 성인까지 활용될 수 있는 좋은 교육 자료로서 NIE를 통하여 사고력, 논리력, 표현력, 창의력 등 여러 영역에 걸친 능력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 특히 유치원이나 학교의 교과과정에 맞추어 이러한 능력들을 더욱 배가 시킬 수 있다는 점에서 NIE가 더욱 각광받고 있다. 본 연구는 미디어 융합의 결과로 인터넷 뉴스를 활용해 생활과 분리되지 않은 통합교육을 할 수 있는 SCORM 기반의 유아용 콘텐츠를 생성하여 유아 교육에 활용하고자 한다. 또한, 유아용 NIE 교육 콘텐츠는 시니어들을 NIE 강사로 양성하였을 때 학습 자료로도 활용된다. 시니어들을 NIE 강사로 양성함으로써 시니어의 일자리 창출 및 지역사회 통합과 1세대인 여성시니어와 3세대인 아동 간의 세대통합을 이끌어 낼 수 있도록 하는 것에 목적을 두고 시니어 NIE 콘텐츠를 생성하고자 한다. NIE에 생성되는 지식을 생성하고 관리하기 위한 지식 솔루션으로 위키의 기능을 추가하여 개발하고자 한다. 위키를 사용하므로 개별적으로 존재하던 지식을 공동의 지식으로 공유할 수 있으며 의견을 하나로 통합하는 과정에서도 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 위키를 이용한 시니어 NIE 콘텐츠에서는 교수 학습 계획안 및 NIE 아이디어를 공동 작업을 통하여 효율적으로 지식을 생성할 수 있으며 여러 사람들이 여러 단계를 거치면서 하나의 정제된 지식을 생성하게 되므로 양질의 교수 학습 계획안이나 NIE 아이디어를 창출할 수 있을 것이다.

The educational exchange through e-learning is working very well in such case as develop e-learning, development of various learning tools, cooperative practical use of e-learning contents, etc. However because there were no considerations of LMS(Learning Management System) interconnection when each systems were developed, the exchange through e-learning is starting to raise a problem. Hence in this thesis, this paper presents designed model about efficient LMS interconnection through analysis case of exchange through e-learning and deduce problem. In the first place essential part for is defied study such as lecture establishment data, lecture data, user data, class data, student learning tracking to interconnection data, then constituted data interconnection table used view by data interconnection process. By experiment result, the accessibility between students and professors was more convenience, and decreased work process by less data exchange. Henceforth there are researches in development of various essential parts for study, considered security of LMS interconnection.

기존의 이러닝에서는 교수자가 강의동영상을 통하여 주로 단방향으로 지식을 전달하였다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서논 실시간 상호작용이 가능한 이러닝시스템인 ECube을 제안하고 구현하였다. 교수자에게는 학습자와 실시간 소통을 위한 실시간 강의기능, 전문가의 도움없이 미디어 제작과 편집이 가능한 동영상삼 저작도구인 EMC(Effective Media Contents) 솔루션을 제공한다. ECube 시스템 안의 EMC 솔루션만으로도 자막, 이미지, 퀴즈, 비디오를 합쳐 통합된 콘텐츠의 제작이 가능하다. 학습자에게는 실시간 강의를 수강하는 동안에 발표수업에 참여할 수 있는 기능을 지원하고 자신의 학습에 관한 학습계획부터 학습성과까지의 내용을 문서화할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 이 기능을 활용하여 학습자는 과목별 포트폴리오 작성이 가능하여 자기주도적 학습을 수행할 수 있는 학습환경을 제공한다.

This study aims to understand the characteristics of Korean language learners and propose appropriate teaching plans for them through a focus group interview with Korean language instructors who had experience in teaching Korean at university-attached institutions in Hong Kong. For this purpose, the investigator interviewed ten instructors who taught Korean for at least five years. Korean language learners in Hong Kong who were in their twenties, but there were diverse age groups, including those in their fifties or older. Their motivations for learning Korean included the Korean Wave and the influence of support from the Continuing Education Fund by the Hong Kong government. Korean language learners in Hong Kong were characterized by active learning desire and effort, continuous learning intention, passive performance in speaking, and sensitivity to the disclosure of private information. Based on these findings, the study proposes to devise teaching and learning methods based on various age groups in a class and teaching methods for speaking that reflect the characteristics of Korean language learners in Hong Kong to teach Korean more effectively. The study is significant as a field study that examines the learning motivations, learning attitudes, and difficulties with Korean study of Korean language learners based on an unprecedented survey of the characteristics of common local Korean learners in Hong Kong.

이러닝 학습은 다양한 목적을 지닌 많은 대상들에게 눈부실만한 기여를 하고 있음에도 불구하고 이러닝의 특성을 가장 절실히 필요로 하는 장애인과 노인 등의 소외된 사람들에게 혜택을 주지 못하고 있다는 점은 안타까운 일이다. 이러한 현실에 대하여, 그동안 정보통신기술분야에서도 소외된 대상들을 고려한 접근성 관련 제도적 개선이 이루어져 왔다는 점을 상기한다면, 자성만이 아니라 그 이유를 조사할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 이러닝 기업 CEO의 인식을 조사하여 웹 접근성과 관련한 제도적인 여건 속에서도 학습 환경에서는 여전히 접근성 개선이 이루어지지 않는 이유를 찾아보고 개선 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 위의 목적을 위하여 현업에 종사하는 운영자와 개발자들을 대상으로 보편적 교수 설계을 위한 이러닝의 접근성 관련 인식을 조사하였다, 그 결과 이러닝 접근성에 대한 CEO의 인식은 매우 저조하며, 중요성에 대해서는 공감하나 비용적인 부담으로 인해 보편적 이러닝 콘텐츠 개발은 불가능하다고 생각하고 있었다. 이러닝 기업 CEO의 낮은 인식은 곧 개발자와 교수설계자들에게 접근성 기술 적용의 필요성을 강조하지 않는 결과를 초래하고 있다. 이에 대한 개선을 위해서는 우선 정부와 관련기관의 적극적인 홍보와 제도적 장치가 필수적이며, 현재 제공되는 이러닝의 접근성 개선을 위한 연구와 지원방안이 필요하며, 구체적으로는 보편적 학습설계와 접근성에 대한 교육과 확산을 위한 대안이 필요하다.

This study explored the development and utilization strategies based on the recognition of Massive Open Online Courses(MOOC) of students and professors who are the subjects of university teaching and learning. All members of the university recognized the basic concepts of MOOC as openness, sharing, and participation positively. In the understanding and recognition level of MOOC, undergraduate and graduate students were very low but professors were relatively high. They wanted the MOOC to develop courses in the humanities, natural sciences, social sciences, technology engineering and the arts and sciences, aiming at innovation in college curricula and diffusion of unique contents. The undergraduates wanted MOOC to be able to complete the liberal arts curriculum, basic learning in other areas and extra-curriculum and the graduate students who were lifelong learners wanted MOOC to be developed and utilized for strengthening lifelong education of local citizens. Professors who are providers of high quality education and lifelong learners wanted MOOC to be used for the deepening of their major courses in order to innovate the university education and to spread unique contents. The university should support the development of various MOOCs, establish the completion system, and provide advanced and high quality online education service.

In this paper, we design and implement a web-based courseware where learners can do self-directed learning to study Web programming languages such as Html, CSS, JavaScript and Dhtml. Each section consists of text class, movie class, practice class, formative assessment, laboratory and bulletin board. And our courseware makes teachers to teach, assess and give scores to learners on Web. In our Web courseware, learners can play a movie class and practice Web programming codes in one screen simultaneously, and execute codes and confirm a results in the same screen also. Therefore, learners can understand Web programming languages efficiently, which are hard to understand immediately by text.
