In recent years, universities are actively developing and applying regular start-up curriculum, comparisons and activities in order to revitalize various forms of business-oriented academic programs. In addition, the government has established various experiential entrepreneurship education programs such as "Student Entrepreneurship Team 300 (U-300)" to support professional entrepreneurship education such as entrepreneurship mentoring for entrepreneurship clubs in universities nationwide. Therefore, this study empirically verified the influence of participation motivation,, mentoring function, and mentor competence on entrepreneurship education satisfaction and entrepreneurship will for participants of experiential entrepreneurship programs centered on entrepreneurship mentoring. The results of the study were as follows: First, the motivation to participate in entrepreneurship education and mentoring capacity had a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education. It became. The findings of this study suggest that in order to more effectively promote entrepreneurship education in the university, which is now quantitatively expanded, it is necessary to improve various ways of creating qualitative effects such as expansion of experiential teaching methods and entrepreneurship mentoring. We believe this could provide policy implications for reinforcing the expertise of entrepreneurs who conduct mentoring.

2010년 이후 대학을 중심으로 앙트러프러너십 교육의 중요성이 강조되면서, 그동안 창업과 기업가정신 관련 프로그램이 양적으로 급격하게 증가하여 왔다. 또한, 부처들이 모여 '대학창업교육 5개년 계획'을 수립하고 추진하며 그 확산은 더욱 빠르게 진행되었다. 하지만 현실은, 앙트러프러너십 전문교수자의 부족, 창업인프라 편중현상으로 인한 교육혜택의 지역편차 심화, 천편일률적이고 파편적인 교육커리큘럼, 그리고 빠른 변화의 스타트업 환경과 속도를 따라잡지 못하는 대학 내부체계 등 앙트러프러너십 교육의 전반적인 문제점이 심각하게 거론되고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 문제들의 해결을 위한 하나의 방편으로 온라인플랫폼을 바탕으로 하는 앙트러프러너십 교육의 질적향상과 양적확산을 통해 문제를 해결하려는 움직임이 일어나고 있다. 이미 해외에서는 대중을 대상으로 온라인플랫폼을 통한 대규모공개수업 MOOC(이하 '무크')가 확산되고 활발히 연구되고 있다. 온라인플랫폼 기반의 앙트러프러너십 교육 또한 비즈니스 범주에서 주요한 위치에 자리를 잡고 있으며, 효과성에도 좋은 결과를 내며 진행되고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 대규모 개방 온라인교육 수업과정인 무크에 대한 정확한 개념과 구조적 배경의 이해를 통해, 무크 현상의 본질적 가치와 의미를 발견하고 앙트러프러너십 교육에의 적용방법과 기대효과에 대한 고찰을 하였다. 목적한 연구의 진행을 위해 질적연구방법론을 사용하여 최신문헌 검토 및 참여관찰, 심층면담, 이해당사자 인터뷰를 진행하였고, 근거이론을 기반으로 핵심키워드를 도출하여 연구의 전체적인 맥락을 구성하였다.

Creative economy has been characterized by ideas popularized commercialization. The commercialization of the idea is to develop a creative economy virtuous circle tool, entrepreneurship and start-ups for this serves as a key driver of the creative economy. Convergence, complex thinking and creative planning ability is always a lot from the 20s came a young man. So young age of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education, and is easily capable of founding a new culture is created by the right products and services they lead the more outstanding talent in the way of entrepreneurship creates even young and energetic national economy. Such a wide range of system implementation and curriculum development to complete the creative economy with ecology is also a very critical situation. The development of a systematic entrepreneurship curriculum that promote creative thinking and planning ability for creative convergence of economic times is a top priority. The present study considered that the early stages of convergence entrepreneurship program presents a convergence process of entrepreneurship education through a process-oriented research based on statistics.

This study aims at identifying whether graduate school of Entrepreneurship is proposed as an alternative for institution enhancing the expertise of entrepreneurship education which is demanded these days and also examining which forms of graduate school of Entrepreneurship is needed between special graduate school of Entrepreneurship and professional graduate school of Entrepreneurship. Three researches are made by this study. First of all, status of special graduate schools of Entrepreneurship and advanced studies are researched and secondly, educational performance and operational performance of them are researched and how they secure the prestige as a professional institution for educating Entrepreneurship has been analyzed. Finally, what needs of switching over from special graduate school of Entrepreneurship to professional graduate school of Entrepreneurship has been rveyed As a result, graduate school of Entrepreneurship has been established at five rovince in Korea. Doctoral course of Entrepreneurship has been opened independently in U. S. A. And also high performance of promoting Entrepreneur and consultant for Entrepreneur has been researched. Level of satisfaction on education program and faculties has been surveyed highly. High demand for reconversion to professional graduate school of Entrepreneurship and doctoral course of Entrepreneurship has been investigated.

91년부터 서울대교수 재직중인 정덕균 교수는 95년 재미교포와 손잡고 미국에서 '실리콘이미지'라는 벤처기업을 창업해 4년만에 주식이 나스닥에 상장되면서 그 수익금 일부인 1백만달러(약 12억원)을 서울대에 기부했다. 이 벤처기업은 기존 컴퓨터의 모니터방식을 아날로그에서 디지털로 바꿔 해상도를 크게 향상시키는 컴퓨터용 차세대 평판모니터를 개발해 세계적인 컴퓨터회사인 컴펙, 인텔 등에 납품하고 있다.

This study analyzed universities's entrepreneurship education curriculum and variety programs through visiting to five entrepreneurship centers. Through these analyzes, the study presents a basic frame work for prosperous entrepreneurship education in Korea. We have selected for visiting research universities in the middle east of the United states; University of Iowa, University of Missouri(Kansas City), Saint Louis University, University of Louisville and George Washington University. We visited entrepreneurship center of each university in order to have in-depth interview with professor who is responsible for building entrepreneurship curriculum and administrative director of entrepreneurial programs so that we research how university progresses entrepreneurship education at undergraduate level. The study, at the time of 61 universities selected for LINC project by the Korea Ministry of Education who expects Industrial-Academia cooperative effects just installed each entrepreneurship center, analyzed case study of operational practice and entrepreneurship education curriculum for the effective operation of entrepreneurship centers in universities. We believe that the study will be able to provide a richer and more accurate information and ideas since the all the analysis is based on the firsthand interview by visiting.

The purpose of this study is to examine how the start-up education, start-up support system, and start-up mentoring directly and indirectly conducted in universities affects entrepreneurial Intention, and to present programs and directions that can increase the possibility of start-up for college students. This study analyzed the effects of college students' satisfaction with university entrepreneurship education, awareness of the entrepreneurship support system, and entrepreneurship mentoring on entrepreneurial will, and then analyzed how entrepreneurship efficacy affects entrepreneurial will as a moderating effect. The recognition of the start-up support system was divided into the government start-up support policy and the university start-up support project, and start-up mentoring was divided into mentoring function (problem-solving function, networking function, communication function, motivation function) and mentor trust (cognitive trust, emotional trust). Regression analysis was performed on satisfaction with college entrepreneurship education, perception of entrepreneurship support system, entrepreneurship mentoring as independent variables, and willingness to entrepreneurship as dependent variables. In addition, entrepreneurship efficacy was designated as a moderating variable and analyzed. As a result of the study, first, it was found that satisfaction with start-up education had a positive (+) effect on college students' willingness to start a business. Second, among the start-up support systems, university start-up support projects were found to have a positive (+) effect on college students' willingness to start a business. Third, as a result of verifying whether entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a moderating effect on the relationship between college start-up support projects and college students' willingness to start a business while recognizing the start-up support system, it was found to have a moderating effect. The following implications can be derived based on the analysis results of this study. First, efforts to improve start-up education will be needed to increase the satisfaction of start-up education. Second, Through the operation of the start-up counseling center in the university, it will be possible to recognize the education system supported by the university, the university start-up support project that can carry out the indirect experience of start-up, and the government start-up support policy that supports funds. Third, It will be necessary to open a program that can provide start-up mentoring through connection with mentors in the start-up field, such as professors, employees, and senior start-ups in universities. Fourth, It is necessary to develop thorough education on the preparation process of start-ups, start-up special lectures where senior start-ups can indirectly experience the failure of start-ups, and programs for customized start-up education according to college students' major and individual tendencies.

21세기는 전 세계를 대상으로 디지털 네이티브가 활약하며 '틀이 없는 교육'을 지향하는 혁신 교육 패러다임 세상이다. 이미 세계 여러 나라에서는 ICT(Information & Communication Technology)를 미래를 대비한 교육 개선의 핵심사업의 일환으로 교육에 활용하고 있다. 이를 토대로 2012년 출현하여 현재 급성장하고 있는 대규모 공개 온라인 수업을 MOOC(Massive Open Online Course)라고 부른다. 세계의 많은 우수한 대학들이 앞장서서 수업을 공개하고 상호 소통하는 플랫폼 역할을 하는 MOOC(이하'무크'라고 한다)는 교육 분야의 다양한 영역에서 활용되고 있다. 또한, 세계경제의 장기적인 불황과 저성장을 극복하기 위해 기업가정신과 창업에의 관심이 매우 높아져 있는 지금, 미국과 유럽을 중심으로 기업가정신(Entrepreneurship)교육 프로그램 또한 무크 플랫폼을 통해 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만, 국내에서는 아직까지 무크의 중요성을 인지하고 실제 다양한 교육과정에서 활용하는 이용자가 적은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 해외의 주요한 무크 플랫폼의 사례분석과 학습자 및 교수자들의 인터뷰를 통한 질적 연구방법을 활용하여 '무크 플랫폼이 기업가정신 교육에 효율적인지에 관한 연구문제'를 설정하고 이러한 연구문제에 대한 분석을 통해 총체적인 관점에서 무크 현상의 본질적 가치와 의미를 이해 하고자 한다. 지금 급속도로 확산되고 있는 창업교육에 이러한 무크 플랫폼을 통한 가속화를 기대할 수 있을지, 또한 이러한 무크 플랫폼을 통한 교육효과는 우리가 기대할 수 있을만한지 본 연구를 통해 분석하려고 한다.

Entrepreneurship education has been emphasized worldwide and the number of universities that open related subjects have been increasing. K University, located in Gyeonggi-do, was selected as one of the leading universities in entrepreneurship in 2014, and has continued to grow quantitatively by providing support and education related to entrepreneurship on and off campus. In addition, major issues in entrepreneurship education were derived by conducting written or face-to-face interviews and advisory meetings with instructors, field experts, and education demanders for environmental analysis. Based on this, three major tracks(venture start-up, entrepreneurship convergence, and social venture activation) were derived, and major competency and learning goals for each track were presented. On the other hand, in order for this study to be more effectively accepted, it is necessary to present the objectives of each track, the capabilities pursued, and the courses that help students' progress. Therefore, in the future research, it is necessary to design and present the goals for each track, the curriculum road map, and the detailed curriculum of the convergence major, and at the same time, research to match the appropriate teaching method for each newly opened subject will be required to increase educational effectiveness.

This study is to identify the effect of seniors in their 40s and 50s on their entrepreneurial intentions through attitude on entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control by utilizing the integrated model of the theory of planned behavior and self-determination theory. Also, in this process, we tried to analyze moderating effect of entrepreneurship education for seniors. An online survey was conducted for seniors in their 40s and 50s living in Seoul and Gyeonggi province, out of the total 284 questionnaire responses, 243 valid questionnaires were used in the study. Research analysis utilized SPSS 24, AMOS 23 structural equation model and Professor Hayes' Process 3.4 to analyze moderating effect. The results of the study were summarized as follows. First, autonomous motivation had a positive influence on attitude toward entrepreneurship, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control. But controlled motivation didn't have the significant influence on attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control. Second, attitude toward entrepreneurship, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control had positive influence on entrepreneurship intention. Third, as a result of analyzing moderating effect of entrepreneurship education for seniors, the significant moderating effect was verified between attitude and entrepreneurship intention. Also the significant moderating effect was verified between subjective norms and entrepreneurship intention. On the other hand, no significant moderating effect was proved between perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurship intention. The implication of this study is that for retired seniors planning to enter into entrepreneurship, the result can contribute to the development of a entrepreneurship support program that can increase new startup creation, survival and sucess by diagnosing autonomous and controlled motivation for entrepreneurship. In addition, by providing entrepreneurship education as well as re-employment training in the senior outplacement program, the study can contribute to widening the opportunities for seniors to second career after retirement.
