In this Information Age, the needs for the performance evaluation is raising to increase the higher-thought ability for creativity and problem-solving, to improve the quality of the teaching-learning process. However, it is very difficult to carry out the authentic performance evaluation in our educational environment. Therefore, we design and implement the Performance Evaluation Processing System as one of the learning-teaching processes. We study the theoretical base of evaluation types and of learning-teaching methods, and inquire appropriate performance evaluation methods. Among the methods, we focus on the Report, a type of performance evaluation using the most widely in the Society. We constitute a basic form and design the evaluation system of the Report. The evaluation system consist of the teacher's module and the learner's module. Teachers make the form of report, provide it for learners and evaluate the report on teacher's module, Learners make out the report, submit it to the teacher and use it for presentation in class, on learner's module, The teacher and learner can apply this system as follows. The teacher can use the report that have been already made, or that make for themselves as a step for evaluation and they can evaluate learners by the submitted report. The learner not only can see their own result of evaluation but also can use ICT at their presentation.

Growth of minors learning space that the school is a place where many students live. Students, but in the living space of these minors values of change and chaos that occurs in addition to school safety incidents typically occur many accidents and potential for accidents to occur. Tinking of these potential events. Indifferent about the safety of schools and teachers with the much more conscious of the safety of the students lean due to being generated. Body and life, and damage to property due to these events. Accidents due to wear and sometimes liability and indemnity issues surrounding tarnished with the image of the school and teachers look forward to hearing from parents about the school deterioration, resulting in an unfavorable impact. Therefor in this essay, we are presenting case analysis may occur or re-occur. Prevent accidents that can identify and Countermeasures against accidents that occur within the school.

The main subjects of this study is to study the qualification and in-service education policies of the child care center staff and to suggest a desirable direction of policy. The main subjects of this study are child care staff policies and related laws. The results of this study shows that the philosophy, developmental psychology and some social backgrounds are the stantards required when designating the child care curriculum and essential subjects for attaining class 2 childcare teacher certificates. This study arises the needs of adjustment of the fields of the childcare curriculum contents, change between mandatory and elective subjects, and renewal of the subject title. The standards for competency in provision of childcare services of National Competency Standard(NCS) has to be considered in the adjustment process. The integrated teacher's certificate for teachers training system is needed in the reserve integration process. The systematization of the data and operating system is needed to manage the target of education efficiently, in order to develop childcare center staff's strengthening ability and professionalism. For in-service education, the diversification of the main body of operation, a periodical monitoring of the content, administrative and financial support are needed. Voluntary participation of in-service education, and the childcare center staffs professional development policy making supported by the government and parents is needed.

Korea is a rapidly industrializing nation. As a consequence, more mothers are working outside the home. This trend is likely to continue into the future and raises the problem of infant-toddler care during the mother's working hours. Considering that Korea is making such rapid economic advances, quality care for children of working mothers Is not only desirable but affordable as well. Variety in options for child care is recommended by Beck (1982). Some of the alternatives in child care have been discussed elsewhere (KWDI, 1984). This paper, thus, concentrated on center-based, worksite child care. Because the human environment is the most important aspect of the center, qualified staff and a low ratio of children per staff member is Vital. Philosophy of program and its actualization ensures that the children have a worthwhile experience at the center. The physical plant houses the center and includes provision for space, materials, and equipment for staff and child use in carrying out the program. Adequate health protection is a critical factor in infant-toddler group care programs.

As a case study on the use of mentoring as a method of improving novice teachers' teaching professionalism in secondary science-gifted education, this study investigated the characteristics of mentoring science instructions for science-gifted students at the plan, performance, evaluation, and post-mentoring stages of the classes. One mentor and two mentees were selected, and mentoring in each mentee's instructions was conducted during nine classes over three times. We observed the total classes, and analyzed taped videos, the materials, the transcripts for mentoring and in-depth interviews, and field notes. The analyses of the results indicated that the characteristics of mentoring instructions, at the planning stage of the classes, exhibited the construction of more systematic classes, the escape from the schema that science instructions for science-gifted students were instructions using somewhat difficult experiments and the uses of diverse teaching strategies, the influence of the psychological burdens on developing science-gifted education programs, and the increase of the time preparing the classes. At the performance stage of the classes, the characteristics included the improvement in the quality of the classes, the influence of the psychological burdens on teaching the classes, and the inducements of some confusion on performing them. At the evaluation stage of the classes, the characteristics included the provision of the opportunities in deeply reflecting my own classes, and the provision of the practical power for improving the classes. Finally, the characteristics at the postmentoring stage could be attributed to the increase of mentees' self-confidence about their instructions and some development of mentors' teaching professionalism/mentoring skills.

This study aimed to develop collective intelligence (CI) based instructional models for teaching socioscientific issues on the basis of intimate collaboration with science teachers, and to investigate the participating teachers' perceptions on the effectiveness of the instructional models. Adapting the ADDIE model, we suggested three types of SSI instructional models (i.e. generative model, exploratory model, and decision-making model). Generative models emphasized the process of brainstorming ideas or possible solutions for SSI. Exploratory models focused on providing students opportunities to explore various SSI cases and diverse perspectives to understand its controversial nature and complexity. Decision-making models encouraged students to negotiate or develop a group-consensus on SSI through the dialogical process. After implementing the instructional models in the science classroom, the teachers reported that CI-based SSI instructional models contributed to encouraging students' active participation and collaboration as well as to improving the quality of their argument or discourses on SSI. They also supported the importance of developing collective consciousness on the issues in the beginning of the SSI class, providing independent time and space for reflecting on their personal values and opinions with scientific evidence, and formulating an atmosphere where they freely exchanged opinions and feedback for constructing better collective ideas.

The goals of this study are basically to analyze the lectures related to mathematics education in national universities of education and in education training institutes, and ultimately to suggest the collaboration in the lectures related to mathematics education in national universities of education and education training institutes. In order to achieve the above goals, five universities were selected. Summing up these results, we suggest several ways to collaborate the mathematics education lectures in national universities of education and education training institutes. First, the training education in the national university of education has to offer more lectures which deal with the theory related with mathematical education and the fundamental area of mathematics. In addition to this, teaching in contents in terms of the area has to focus on the background knowledge related to the teaching contents. Second, based on the training education, the assigned education training institute has to reflect the periodical and social condition. In addition to this, it has to reflect the real condition around the school environment. With those efforts it has to make new kinds of lectures which concentrate on the recent trend or the understanding of the theory related with mathematical education. In this case, both obligatory and elective courses have to be offered. Third, the education training institute responsible for the staff development program has to open lectures with the contexts of real time teaching activities based on the experiences of the teachers. In this case, one or two particular subjects have to be dealt with in depth and lecturers have to be selected who are suitable for the lectures.

본 연구는 정보화 사업으로 각급 학교에서는 많은 정보화기기들이 설치되어 활용되고 있다. 미래 정보사회에서는 정보화기기의 사용이 수업의 질을 좌우할 것이다. 현 초등학교 학급의 정보화 시설 설비활용 실태를 분석하여 이를 토대로 초등학교 학급의 정보화기기 기준 안을 마련하여 정보화기기 확충과 활용의 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 경기도 관내의 10개 초등학교 학급 담임교사 40명을 임의 표집하여 설문연구를 하였다. 통계처리는 빈도분석과 x2 검증 방법으로 검증하여 정보기기를 소개하고 정보사회의 개념을 이해하고 정보사회를 대처하기 위해 초등학교에서 준비해야 할 정보기자재 기준을 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 초등학교에 필요한 정보기자재 기준 안을 세워 예산 확보와 관리자들의 정보 인식 변화에 도움을 주고 각 학교 정보관리자들에게 기준을 제공하였다.

사회과에서는 학생들이 주제를 정해 스스로 계획을 세워 조사하고, 사회를 탐구해 가며 조사 보고서를 정리해가는 능력을 중요시 여겨왔다. 따라서 교육 현장에서 가장 많이 사용되는 사회과 수행평가 방법도 조사 보고서 방법이다. 하지만 대부분의 학습자들은 '보고서를 작성해오라'는 지시를 받고 뚜렷한 목표나 체계적인 형식 없이 보고서를 작성하고, 교사에게 제출한 후 학기말 평가 결과만을 일방향적으로 통보 받아왔다. 이에 본 연구는 정적인 텍스트 위주의 보고서 형식에서 벗어나 웹에서 효율적이고 평가의 질을 높일 수 있는 웹 기반 수행평가 시스템을 설계하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관의 자유놀이 시간에 자발적으로 출현하는 유아의 쓰기 활동의 양상과 이를 지지하는 유아교육기관의 환경에 대하여 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 연구의 대상으로 미국 캘리포니아주에 위치한 대학 부설 유아교육기관과 유아를 선정하고 관찰한 후 그 결과를 서술하고 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 연구의 대상인 유아교육기관의 전반적인 환경에는 다양한 문해 활동 자료들이 풍부하게 마련되어 있었고 유아들은 이러한 환경에서의 자유놀이의 맥락 내에서 자발적으로 쓰기 활동에 참여하였다. 유아들은 실제 생활을 운용하기 위하여 효율적으로 쓰기 활동에 참여하였고, 또래들과 교사들과 함께 그들의 쓰기 작품을 읽고 그 의미를 토론하면서 쓰기 언어에 대한 그들의 발전적인 지식을 표출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 형식적인 쓰기 교수법이 없이도 다양한 문해 활동 자료들이 풍부하게 갖추어진 질 높은 유아교육기관의 자유놀이 시간을 통해 유아의 쓰기 언어 학습이 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있다는 사실을 증명함으로써 유아교육기관에서의 언어 교육의 실제에 적용할 수 있는 시사점을 제공한다.
