This thesis is surveying the notions and the countermeasures of the farmers, who produce environmental-friendly crops, on a market and buyers. It ultimately tries to find out ways to increase the sale and the consumption of environmental-friendly crops from the side of the farmers. In chapter 2, analyzing the reality of consuming environmental-friendly crops and consumers inclinations. Also, on the basis of this, in chapter 3, I demonstrate how environmental-friendly producers countermeasures for the consumers are. I try to analyze the trust of the consumer buying environmental-friendly crops, which have been pointed out as a decisive factor for environmental-friendly crops by a lot of researchers, and analyze producers methods dealing with consumers approach to consume environmental-friendly crops. Regarding ways of the reconsideration about the trust, I have shown the problems about the quality authentication, forming consumers trust, and the ways of the consumer management. For the channel and method of the sale I have scrutinized not only a farmers notion about an internet homepage and his or her use but also producers principal sales route, cognition, and correspondence about it. Finally, I have examined the counter plans of the producer to increase sale and to facilitate consumption.
Soil environmental conditions can affect nutrient availability during growth stage of tree fruit. We investigated the cause of disorderd fruit by the influence of soil chemical properties in orchard soil, composition of mineral nutrient in leaves and fruit to occur physiological disorderd fruit at four locations (Ulsan, Gyeongju, Pyeongtaek, Ansung) compared to healthy. There were significantly different (P=0.05) in exchangeable Ca, K, Mg and total nitrogen content in orchard soil between physiological disordered fruit and healthy fruit. The exchangeable Ca content in orchard soil caused by physiological disordered fruit was statistically lower than that of healthy fruit. However, exchangeable K, Mg and total nitrogen contents were higher than that healthy (P=0.05). There was a significant difference (P=0.05) in Ca content between physiological disordered fruit and healthy. Ca content in fruit flesh of physiological disorderedfruit was statistically lower than that of healthy. The physiological disordered fruit was a higher ratio of Mg/Ca in fruit flesh and peel compared to healthy fruit and also the ratios of N/Ca and K/Ca in a leaf were higher. The negative correlation between Ca and K, and Ca and Mg was detected in the fruit flesh of physiological disordered fruit. Therefore, we concluded that insufficient Ca content in fruit may cause 'the physiological disorder' pomelo disease and high content of N, exchangeable K and Mg ion in the soil solution might be disturbs exchangeable Ca ion to be absorbed in fruit.
Gwansanggam(觀象監) was a royal office in the Joseon(朝鮮) dynasty, which was in charge of astronomy(天文), geographical feature(地理), calendar-making(曆數), fortune telling(占算), meteorological observation(測候), and so forth. The royal office consisted of three divisions according to the studies (學): Astronomy(天文學), Geography(地理學), and Astrology(命課學). Among them, the Astronomy division carried out the works corresponding partly with academic fields of Earth Science nowaday. In this paper, we investigate the organization and the examination system of Gwansanggam focusing on the Astronomy division. Because Gwansanggam was one of royal offices, the organization, functions, and the rules of the government service examination(科擧試驗) were stipulated in codes published during the period of the Joseon dynasty. From various codes, official books, and records of Sillok(實錄), we firstly find that the scale of Gwansanggam in the number of officials was larger than the known one because the number of petty officials (胥吏), slaves, and artisans (匠人) were neglected in previous studies. Next, we conduct research on the textbooks used in the government service examination of Gwansanggam, particularly of the Astronomy division. Despite of the shortness in contents, we estimate that this is the first systematic attempt to the study on the examination textbooks of Gwansanggam. Finally, we also make some introductions on the regulations applied to the government service examinations of the offices belonging to manual rites (禮典) including Gwansanggam.

Although research efforts for brain waves have prospered in medicine and engineering, acupuncture still has a long way to go regarding researches on brain waves analysis. Thus this study set out to analyze brain waves stimulated by indirect mugwort moxibustion, which was part of acupuncture techniques, and to investigate their correlations with the automatic nervous system. For the experiments, stimulation was given to Jungwan, Shingwol and Gwanwon, which were some of the spots on the body suitable for acupuncture, through indirect mugwort moxibustion. The subjects' brain waves were measured before the stimulation, during the stimulation, and one hour and two hours after the stimulation. The measurements were analyzed with Matlab 7.0 for FFT and frequency power spectrum. Then the ${\alpha}$, ${\beta}$, ${\delta}$, and ${\theta}$ waves were analyzed and examined for changes to the percentage of each frequency and to the amplitude of vibration according to the stages of stimulation. The EEG data of the entire brain were translated into FFT to analyze the percentage of the ${\alpha}$, ${\beta}$, ${\delta}$, and ${\theta}$ waves. As a result, the ${\alpha}$ waves recorded a double increase after the stimulation. The power spectrum analysis results of the entire brain decreased the ${\alpha}$ and ${\beta}$ waves dropping in the energy level, which suggested that the parasympathetic nerves were activated. When the results of the study were compared with those of the previous study, it's confirmed that indirect moxibustion stimulation could cause changes to the automatic nervous system and bring stability to those who were nervous or under stress due to the proportionate increase of the ${\alpha}$ waves.
This present study was investigated to elucidate degenerative changes according to the change of habitual environment on the myocytes of doves by restricting them from flight that is instinct behavior of this animal and strong exercise. To restrict doves from flight, they were confined in the cage (1 $m^3$) for 2 months. After this period, the myocardium of the experimental group was compared to that of wild doves in the ultrastructural and cytochemical ways. In addition, stereological changes were also examined. The results were as followings: 1. The body weight of the confined experimental groups was higher than that of the wild doves, but the ratios of the pectoral muscle/body weight (p<0.05) and the heart/body weight were lower. 2. At the ultrastructural level, the myocardium of confined doves appeared as wavy fibers in the smaller area than in the myocardium of wild doves. Also, the length of sarcomeres was longer in the confined doves. The number of sarcoplasmic reticulum and capillary was smaller in the myocardium of confined doves. 3. Cytochemical examinations showed that the activities of cytochrome oxidase were lowered in the confined doves. 4. Stereological analysis revealed that the density of myofibrils was greater in the confined doves. In contrast the volume density of sarcoplasmic reticulum (p<0.05) and the surface density of mitochondrial inner membrane (p<0.05) was lower in the confined doves, while the numerical density of mitochondrial inner membrane was higher (p<0.05). These results suggest that even the short period of restricted exercise can induce negative effects on the functions of myocytes of doves that are adapted for the strong exercise such as flight. Therefore, the maintenance of prolonged exercise seems to be one of the important factors that are critical to retain the functions of myocardium.
Purpose: To develop the 2~8X zoom beam expander for the 1064 nm laser source. Methods: After developing the program by which the initial design values of 3-component zoom tracks can be quickly obtaind, we design and develop the zoom beam expander by applying this program and the commercial program of Sigma 2000. Results: In this study, we could develop the program by which the initial design values of zoom tracks can be quickly obtaind, and by applying this program and the commercial program of Sigma 2000 we could design and develop the zoom beam expander for 1064 nm which is able to zoom from 2${\times}$ to 8${\times}$. The developed zoom beam expander has an efficient diameter of the incidence side of 8 mm, an efficient diameter of the exit side of 32 mm, and a capacity with the finite ray aberration within 0.0001rad. Because the overall length (OAL) is restricted between 125 mm and 135 mm, the change of the whole barrel length which is caused by variations of the zoom driving becomes to be within 10 mm. Conclusions: we could develop the program by which the initial design values of zoom tracks can be quickly obtaind, and by applying this program we could design and develop the zoom beam expander for 1064 nm which is able to zoom from 2${\times}$ to 8${\times}$.

The purpose of this study was to seek the spatial organization and prototype landscape through literature reviews, historical evidences, and field surveys for Donggwanwangmyo(東關王廟) shrine in Seoul. The results were as follows : First, the basic layout of the main buildings in Donggwanwangmyo which is the remains influenced by China had bilateral symmetry on the central axis between the north and south. Second, the Chinese forms and features were found at Jeong-jeon and middle gate in Donggwanwangmyo, and the symbolic elements of royal authority was also found in each space of Donggwanwangmyo. Third, spatial organization was classified as the entrance and the ritual area, and the entrance area was maintained by administrators and was used as the place of ritual ceremony preparation. Fourth, the original form of Donggwanwangmyo had been damaged due to the project for making urban park in the 1970s. The most of the existing trees and shrubs which are not suitable to the shrine should be removed to recover the original landscape of Donggwanwangmyo and chui-byoung(翠屛), pond, landscape facilities also needed to be restored. Fifth, Donggwanwangmyo needed to reorganize the pious atmosphere to recover of the shrine environment, and needed to be reclassified as historical site. Finally, some criticizes that Donggwanwangmyo is the result of Toadyism, but Donggwanwangmyo can be used as the valuable tourism resource through the awareness that Donggwanwangmyo was built under the situation of Joseon Dynasty, and organization and understanding that Donggwanwangmyo is a symbolic remains for the exchange between Korea and China.
The Ecosystem and Nature Map (ENM) is basic map for current status of natural resources. The map has been offered information to ecological conservation and restoration, as well as to land use planning and policy making. The map composed of 794 sheets in 1:25,000 scale classifies total areas into three grade zones (1st, 2nd and 3rd grade zones) and separately managed zone. In 2005, the first draft Ecosystem and Nature Map was prepared by the second National Ecosystem Survey. It was opened for the people to search and appeal. So 1,419 cases of public appeals on the first draft Ecosystem and Nature Map were submitted in 2005. After partial revision, the first Ecosystem and Nature Map was announced in 2007. The second draft Ecosystem and Nature Map was prepared by the third National Ecosystem Survey and opened to public in 2012. As a result, 1,263 cases of public appeals were submitted in 2012. Since the first announcement of the Ecosystem and Nature Map in April 2007, 182 cases of public appeals on the Map were submitted until December 2013. Among them, 159 cases were announced with revision. According to the first Ecosystem and Nature Map announced in 2007, graded areas covered 7.5% in the 1st grade zone, 39.2% in the 2nd grade zone and 44.7% in the 3rd grade zone of the national land area, respectively. In the second draft Ecosystem and Nature Map in 2012, areas of the 1st grade zone and the 2nd grade zone were 9.2% increased 1.7 percentage points and 45.5% increased 6.3 percentage points, and areas of the 3rd grade zone were 36.6% decreased 8.1 percentage points. Among areas of the 1st grade zone, Gangwondo occupies 54.3% in 2007 and 47.6% in 2012. Gangwondo consists of the highest percentage of the 1st grade zone and the smallest of the 3rd grade zone. Seoul has the highest percentage of the 3rd grade zone. There were the highest increase of the 1st grade zone in Gyeongsangbukdo and the highest decrease in Jeollabukdo and Seoul. Vegetation is the most important evaluation factor to determine the grade of the Ecosystem and Nature Map.
This study investigates the influence and implications of the supervised process of production of flower vessels (花器) in 1411. The type, the production method, and the purpose of flower vessels (花器) were determined based on the workshops appearing in King Sejong-Sillok, Chiriji ("世宗實錄" "地理志") and Gyeongsang-do Chiriji ("慶尙道地理志"), considering articles excavated from Sangju kiln sites. In addition, the implications and the starting point of production of flower vessels (花器) in the Joseon Dynasty were identified. During the Joseon Dynasty, an effort was made to reorganize the government offices, to align ritual systems in the early 15th century. Preparation for rituals, preparation of supplemental utensils used in ancestral rites (祭器), the construction of architecture related to the Royal Family, and the production of weaponry (武器) were supervised. In 1411, flower vessels (花器) had a preferred supervised process of production as well, which means being recognized as a subject of maintenance for the Joseon Dynasty's aims. Flower vessels (花器) had been produced using grayish-blue powdered celadon (粉靑沙器) as flower pots (花盆), and as celadon flower pot-support (花臺), at Sangju kiln sites in particular, since 1411. Interestingly, products had been manufactured in royal kilns as well as in a few other kilns similar to the supervised process of production of flower vessels (花器) in the middle of the 15th century. It means that this effected the Gyeon-yang (見樣) supervised process of flower vessel (花器) production in 1411. At that time, the Joseon Dynasty used Gyeon-yang (見樣) for imperial gifts for the Ming Dynasty and on separate manufactured articles to ensure the standards of production. Gyeon-yang (見樣) affected the production of ceramic utensils used in ancestral rites (祭器), and government officials in Saongwon (司饔院) supervised the production of ceramics for the Royal Family year after year. In sum, it was flower vessels (花器) using Gyeon-yang (見樣) that provided precise production rules to supervise the process of production in 1411.
