Analysis of Health Behavioral Factors affecting to the Interest in Smoking Cessation among Male Smokers using the Health Belief Model (건강믿음모형(Health Belief Model)을 이용한 남성 흡연자의 금연에 대한 관심도를 규정하는 건강행동요인 분석)

  • This study examined the relationship between the interest in smoking cessation and factors that define the interest in smoking cessation. The study subjects were 593 male civil servants who worked at D metropolitan city, and were smokers at the time of the survey. The research method was a survey using a self-administered questionnaire in October 2015. As a result, the interest in smoking cessation showed a positive correlation with the cues to action for smoking cessation, recognition of susceptibility for lung cancer, recognition of the seriousness for lung cancer, and benefits to the practice of action on smoking cessation. With the analysis of the covariance structure, the benefits and barriers to the practice of action on smoking cessation were the largest factors increasing the interest of smoking cessation, followed by the order of recognition of susceptibility and seriousness for lung cancer, cues to action for smoking cessation, and social support network. These results suggest that the cancer prevention effect due to smoking and the awareness of the seriousness of the health problems caused by smoking were the factors increasing interest in smoking cessation. Therefore, it is very important that education on quitting smoking for male smokers be continued to better understand the factors leading to an increase in smoking.

  • 본 연구는 최근 사회적으로 관심이 증가하고 있는 해양자원을 활용한 해양치유활동을 지원하기 위한 해양치유산업을 대상으로 지역별 해양치유자원을 활용한 지자체 비즈니스모델 개발을 위한 협력지자체 선정을 위한 선정 방안을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 따서 본 연구에서는 국가 정책적으로 실행된 공공개발사업, 시범사업 대상지 등 기 실행된 입지선정 방안을 조사, 분석하여 해양치유산업 협력지자체 선정을 위한 평가방안을 개발하여 제시하였다.

Stages of Concern of Korean Teachers about Software Education and the Relationship with Teacher Characteristics (SW교육 도입에 따른 교사들의 관심 단계 및 개인적 특성과의 연관성 분석)

  • In preparation for the adoption of software(SW) education in Korea by 2018, this study examined Korean teachers' perceptions and attitudes toward SW education and their relationship with teacher characteristics. By using the Stages of Concern Questionnaire, we conducted a survey of 92 teachers who participated in an introductory level of SW teacher training. The findings indicated that 1) the teachers' profile follows the typical nonuser pattern focusing on more self-concern, with the strongest intensity at Stage 0-Unconcerned and 1-Informational concern and the lowest at Stage 4-Consequence. However, teachers' stages of concern differed from the teachers' characteristics. Male teachers exhibited more concerns at Stage 4-Consequences, Stage 5-Collaboration, and Stage 6-Refocusing than female teachers. In addition, the teachers with higher SW proficiency, SW training experiences, and longer SW teaching experience showed higher intensity at Stage 4, 5, and 6 than their counterparts. The study suggests that the implementation of SW education would be effective and facilitated when teachers receive on-going and appropriate interventions and educational supports based on their individual concerns.

  • The appearance of various portal web sites that have individual customers, customizing information operate importantly upon a content. But most current portal sites that has a goal for international electronic commerce use information for customer to a simply individual profile and don't create more and new information that customizing. In this paper, we propose a system that generates a new customizing information with classification and analysis in detail and provides automatically to individual customers. The goal of our research is the development of personalizing auto generation agent that composed form of e-mail from preference of each individual user using open rate and mouse event Information for e-mail.

  • As the usage of social network services increases, event information occurring offline is spreading more rapidly. Therefore, studies have been conducted to detect events by analyzing social data. In this paper, we propose a graph based event detection scheme considering user interest in social networks. The proposed scheme constructs a keyword graph by analyzing tweets posted by users. We calculates the interest measure from users' social activities and uses it to identify events by considering changes in interest. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate events that are repeatedly posted without meaning and improve the reliability of the results. We conduct various performance evaluations to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed event detection scheme.

Selective Encryption Scheme Based on Region of Interest for Medical Images (의료 영상을 위한 관심영역 기반 선택적 암호 기법)

  • For the patients' privacy, secure access control of medical images is essentially necessary. In this paper, two types of Region of Interest (ROI)-based selective encryption schemes are proposed, which concentrate on the security of crucial parts in medical images. The first scheme randomly inverts the most significant bits of ROI coefficients in several high frequency subbands in the transform domain, which only incurs little loss on compression efficiency. The second scheme employs a symmetric key encryption to encrypt selectively the ROI data in the final code-stream, which provides sufficient confidentiality. Both of two schemes are backward compatible so as to ensure a standard bitstream compliant decoder so the encrypted images can be reconstructed without any crash.

  • As time changes, users change their interest. In this paper, we propose a method to provide suitable service for users by dynamically weighting service interests in the context of age, timing, and seasonal changes in ubiquitous environment. Based on the service history data presented to users according to the age or season, we also offer useful services by continuously adding the most recent service rules to reflect the changing of service interest. To do this, a set of services is considered as a transaction and each service is considered as an item in a transaction. And also we represent the association of services in a graph and extract frequent service items that refer to the latest information services for users.

남녀노년층의 의복태도, 의복행동, 쇼핑에 인구 통계적 특성이 미치는 영향 연구

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노년층 남성과 여성의 인구통계적 특성이 의복태도, 의복행동, 쇼핑행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 설문지를 통하여 나이 55세 이상의 미국 남부에 거주하는 67명의 남성과 75명의 여성이 자료분석에 이용되었다. 의복 및 쇼핑과 관련된 변수로 의복태도, 유행의사 선도력, 기성복에 대한 만족, 쇼핑관심, 점포충성도가 사용되었으며, 인구통계적 특성은 수입, 결혼여부, 사회참여도, 학력, 나이, 성으로 구성되었다. 결과로 의복태도는 미혼일수록, 사회참여도가 높을수록, 학력이 높을수록 그 수치가 높은 것으로 낱났다. 기성복에 대한 만족은 수입과 학ㄱ력이 높을수록 또 남성이 여성에 비해 만족도가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 쇼핑에 대한 관심의 정도는 결혼여부, 학력, 성과 관련이 있었다. 즉 미혼일수록 교육수준이 높을수록 남성보다는 여성이 쇼핑에 관심이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 그 외 유해의사선도력은 오직 성에 의해서만 영향을 받았으며, 점포충성도 역시 학력에 의해서만 영향을 받았다. 남성과 여성 각각의 차이에 대한 분석에서는 남녀에 따라 인구통계적 특성이 의복태도, 의복행동, 쇼핑행동에 미치는 영향이 다르게 나타나 남녀간의 차이를 보여주었다. 예로 남성에게 있어 결혼여부는 쇼핑관심에 영향을 미치는 중요 변수이나 여성의 경우 교육수준이 쇼핑관심에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 유통업 종사자들은 노년층 남성 중 미혼자를, 노년층 여성 중 고학력자를 주요 표적으로 삼아 마케팅 전략을 세울 필요가 있다 하겠다.

Object of Interest Extraction Using Gabor Filters (가버 필터에 기반한 관심 객체 검출)

  • In this paper, an extraction method of objects of interest in the color images is proposed. It is possible to extract objects of interest from a complex background without any prior-knowledge based on the proposed method. For object extraction, Gator images that contain information of object location, are created by using Gator filter. Based on the images the initial location of attention windows is determined, from which image features are selected to extract objects. To extract object, I modify the previous method partially and apply the modified method. To evaluate the performance of propsed method, precision, recall and F-measure are calculated between the extraction results from propsed method and manually extracted results. I verify the performance of the proposed methods based on these accuracies. Also through comparison of the results with the existing method, I verily the superiority of the proposed method over the existing method.

  • Google, Yahoo, Daum and Naver has the POI(point of interest) service. And POI on the map is expending to social commerce, SNS, social game and social shopping. At the same time the uses's position on the map is the starting point of the Humanities Story. That means our current position is the place for stories of tales, children's song, fictional characters, the film background, lyrics and the birth of great people. This study points out that service has the limited to cafe, restaurant and hospital, and suggests the Humanities fusion Map Service which is combined with the POI information.
