This paper deals with the relationship between money supply and the stock market. However, unlike past works, it has employed a rational expectation hypothesis and an efficient market hypothesis drawn from new classical macroeconomics and new Keynesian macro-economics, respectively. Accordingly, hypothesis 1 states that if economic subjects have rational expectation, they will immediately respond to a change in money supply. On the other hand, hypothesis 2 supposes that the expectation of economic subjects has changed after the currency crisis. This paper has first identified unit root by using the augmented Dickey-Fuller test and the Phillips-Perron test, then testing both hypotheses by employing the Johansen Procedure and vector error correction model for the periods before and after a currency crisis.

The growth of disaster/accident damage costs and related industries has increased the necessity of scientific and objective performance analysis for fire suppression and disaster management R&D projects. Most of R&D performance are both academic and public performance according to fire suppression and disaster management R&D projects during the period of 2004 to 2011. This research identified characteristics of performance types by research project teams and research development stages. The research outcome shows the usefulness of relevant performance objective settings by project teams, the evaluation of scientific technology fields, and proper research teams in research team selection process, considering research outcome characteristics by both research teams and research development stages. In addition, this research reveals the applicability of research outcomes to research performance management. This research suggests further studies for evaluation process and methods for including fire suppression and disaster management characteristics to the evaluation process.

The Demand Response Market is a nation-wide power and energy management program of electric power demand response operated by KPX (Korea Power eXchange). Therefore, any savings could be determined by KEPCO's AMR(Automatic Meter Reading) data. However, the customers and the service providers participating in the market could not know the real time value due to the 15 minute or even more delayed AMR data communicated. Here, a new concept of a smart box has been introduced and demonstrated to provide the real time saving values compared to the current KEPCO's AMR data approach.

석유 등의 화석연료가 연소되면서 발생하는 이산화탄소를 주체로 하는 ''온실효과가스''의 배출량이 점점 더 증가해 감에 따라 지구온난화가 국제적으로도 커다란 환경문제가 되고 있다. 이산화탄소의 배출을 억제하기 위한 구체적인 시책은 바로 자에너지(에너지 절약/ 이용합리화)의 수행이다. 이번에 자에너지를 주목적으로, ISO14001의 환경매니지먼트 모델을 전체적으로 지원하는 공장에너지관리시스템과 조명$\cdot$빌딩분야에서 환경매니지먼트 모델을 지원하는 조명제어시스템 및 빌딩 설비 감시시스템을 구축하였다. 신규개발한 Controller의 소프트웨어는 24시간 가동가능한 OS(Operating System)에 제어미들웨어를 탑재하여 Object설계방법으로 제작된 기능별 어플리케이션 소프트웨어를 각 시스템별로 조합한다. 하드웨어는 퍼스컴과 동일한 DOS/V머신 구성으로 하여 시스템의 주체가 되는 부송부의 하드웨어를 개발하였다. 구축한 각 시스템의 내용은 다음과 같다. (1)공장에너지관리시스템 수집한 에너지사용량 데이터를 관리$\cdot$분석용으로 가공하는 생에너지 지원용 어플리케이션 소프트웨어를 탑재하고있어 환경매니지먼트 시스템(ISO14001)을 실행하는 데에도 유용하다. (2)조명제어시스템 지금까지 단독기기였던 조도일정제어의 조광컨트롤러에 B/NET 전송기능을 탑재하여 스케줄 및 디맨드 감시에 의한 조광제어를 시행하여 한층 더 생에너지를 실현한다. (3)빌딩설비 감시시스템 빌딩의 에너지관리, 조명$\cdot$공조제어에 의한 생에너지화, 보전업무의 효율화$\cdot$생력화를 실현한다.

최근 건설 산업에서 BIM이 각광 받으면서, BIM 기반의 다양한 엔지니어링 기술 도입 및 프로세스 적용이 시도 되고 있다. 이중 BIM 기반의 프로젝트 운영을 위해서는 BIM의 데이터의 저장, 수정, 배포뿐만 아니라, 관련 주체간의 협업이 가능한 환경이 요구되고 있으며, 이러한 환경 구축을 위해 제조업에서 활용되고 있는 PDM(Project Data Management) 또는 PLM (Product Life-cycle Management) 시스템을 벤치마킹한 CPLM (Construction Project Life-cycle Management)과 같은 BIM 기반 협업 시스템이 등장하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 이러한 협업 시스템의 경우, 건설 프로젝트가 가지는 다양한 계약 방식, 관리 단계, 관련 정보의 체계 등에 대한 종합적 계획 없이 프로젝트의 각 참여 주체들의 기존 관리 방식을 도입함으로써, 당초 BIM 기술을 도입하여 달성하고자 하는 원활한 협업 환경을 구축하는데 한계를 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최근 BIM 가이드라인의 도입 등에서 시도되고 있는 BIM Planning이라는 개념을 활용하여, BIM 기반 협업 시스템의 구축 이전에 BIM을 관리하기 위한 관리 구조, 방식, 데이터 체계 등을 효과적으로 계획하고, 이를 시스템에 반영시킴으로써 보다 효과적인 BIM 기반 협업 환경이 구축될 수 있는 체계를 제안하였다.

As Urban Regeneration is being carried out, stakeholders are most likely to have disagreements on their interests. Besides, dispersion of numerous communication routes and obscure decision processes aggravate the situation. Eventually, fragmented decision-making processes and complex structure lead to inefficient outcome and delay of projects. This paper is a study on decision-making support not only helps the program manager have more efficient and optimum decision, but also provides alternatives for Urban Regeneration. This study is conducted as follows. Firstly, the project process and the decision-making structure among stakeholders in Urban Regeneration are analyzed, and then the current status of decision-making in Urban Regeneration project is classified. Secondly, with literature study on "Gateway Review", the decision-making gateway review process in Urban Regeneration is defined, and then the "Gateway Review Elements" are listed. Thirdly, to establish gateway review process, this paper presents a check points, namely gate which supports a program manager to monitor and to control the program management in Urban Regeneration. Each gate has several supporting tools such as diagram of critical decision points relation, scheme of stakeholder, checklist. Fourthly, the proposed concept is verified by experts who have been carefully selected to provide their respective reviews. Finally, decision-making support gateway review system is modified based on their critiques and suggestions.

Recently, according to a public order with BIM regulations, various technologies of facility management (FM) have been studied to use BIM data effectively. The technology for BIM-based FM, such as BIM data standard, BIM modeling, BIM server, and BIM-GIS platform, reverse engineering based on 3D image scans is developing constantly. On the other hand, there has been little research on the range of FM based on BIM, the role of actors by management works, the difference, and difference in effects between original FM and BIM-based FM. This study examined the scenario of architectural FM based on BIM and confirmed the effect. For this, after analyzing the research trends, the range of FM applications and the role of actors by management works were defined, and the effectiveness analysis of a BIM-based architectural FM scenario was deduced.

The main focus of the study is to find out the origin of the case management in social work and relevant background and context around it, by using the method of genealogy, an historical framework or perspective developed by Foucault, French social philosopher. The reasons of the study are two fold : First, why the case management can be established as a major strategy of social work field in such a very short time. Second, since the case management has been accepted, why it has been reported ceaselessly that a lot of case managers have experienced the severe stress and sufferings in carrying out the case management practice. The results of the study shows that the case management is partly a very social device needed in the late 20th century to manage the social work resources and manpower efficiently, which might be against the genuine social work's mission and idealism. In a conclusion, to retrieve the genuine identities of social work profession, not only the practice case management should be cautious to tendency of management and control inherited in it but also be balanced by the traditional ideals of human emancipation and liberation.

2001년 9 11 세계무역센터 테러 사건 이후, 많은 국가들과 국제기구들은 국제해상운송의 보안을 극대화하기 위해 여러 가지 보안 관련정책들을 제정하였다. 그러나. 이러한 보안정책들은 해상운송망의 원활한 무역흐름에 악영향을 미쳐 경제적 손실들을 초래할 뿐만 아니라 각 국가들과 국제기구들이 추구하고 있는 각종 간소화 정책에 반하고 있다. 이에, 보안정책과 간소화 정책들 간의 균형적 발전을 위하여 이 논문에서는 통합품질관리(TQM)에 보안을 적용하여 새로운 통합보안(TSM)시스템을 구축하고자 한다. 이러한 통합보안관리시스템은 해운회사, 정부당국 및 국제협약이 구성주체가 되어 그 시스템을 통해 저비용으로 보안기준을 상승시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 구성주체들 간 TSM의 상호협정을 체결하는 등 상생전략을 통한 무역간소화를 이룩할 수 있을 것이다.

Mobile 유통은 전국에 약 3,000여개의 대리점과 7,000여개의 판매점등 10,000여개의 업체가 Mobile의 물류, 판매에 관여하고 있으며, 이동통신사업자의 매월 정책변경에 의해 가격구조의 변동이 발생하며, 타 제품군에 비해 상대적으로 변동폭이 넓어 물류 System의 정착이 이루어지지 못하고 있다. CRM측면에서도 이동통신사업자의 CRM Center에 의지하고 있으나, 고객 관리의 책임이 이동통신 대리점에 귀책되고 있어, 물류주체인 대리점과 판매점주가 사용할 수 있는 편의성이 뛰어나며 확장성이 있는 Logistics & CRM Management System의 필요성이 그간 꾸준히 제기되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 물류와 고객 CRM의 1차 주체인 대리점과 판매점의 Logistics & CRM 통합관리 System을 e-MLBM과 e-CRM을 이용하여 설계하며, e-MLBM & e-CRM의 경제성분석을 통하여 향후 국내 이동통신 대리점들의 발전방향에 대해 논한다.
