본 연구는 대학 영어 교육에 다양한 멀티미디어를 활용함과 더불어, 온라인 학습관리시스템을 영어교육에 접목시킴으로써 상호 작용과 학습공동체 활동을 강조하는 다양한 기능들이 대학생들의 영어 학습태도와 결과에 어떠한 영향을 끼쳤는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 다양한 멀티미디어의 활용과 온라인 학습관리 시스템의 기능과 활동들을 통한 대학 영어수업이 학생들에게 영어수업에 대한 관심과 흥미를 높이고 보다 효과적으로 영어를 학습할 수 있는 경험을 제공해주었다고 할 수 있다.

With current economic advancements and increasing demand for well-being, diverse leisure cultures have developed. The geographic feature of being surrounded in 3 sides by water has resulted in the sustained growth of the marine leisure market. But the increased market and users has not resulted in the systematic management of sailing safety and equipment. Marine leisure activities occur on water, so the damage from collisions and distress calls are greater than land based leisure activities. And marine leisure equipment is very expensive, requiring systematic management. This research proposes an information system using a new IP-RFID technique to manage the safety of marine leisure users and equipment management.

This paper considers the multivariate integrated process control procedure for detecting special causes in a multivariate IMA(1, 1) process. When the multivariate control chart signals, the special cause will be detected and eliminated from the process. However, when the elimination of the special cause costs high or is not practically possible, an alternative action is to readjust the process with approximately modified adjustment scheme. In this paper, we estimate parameters in the readjustment procedure after having a true signal in the multivariate integrated process control.

지난 1997년은 결핵관리부분에도 많은 어려움이 있었던 해였다. 특히 국가결핵관리사업의 핵심사항인 영유아 결핵예방접종에 있어 민간의 병$\cdot$의원 경피 비시지 사용이 늘어 결핵예방사업에 지장을 주었고 결핵진단용약(PPD)의 공급차질 그리고 교육부와 학생 검진문제에 대한 의견상충 등으로 결핵관리사업편람을 재검토하는 계기가 되었다. 그러한 중에도 현재 마지막 정리단계에 있는 '2000년대 국가결핵관리 발전방안 모색을 위한 작업반'의 활동결과는 지난 1년간 각계의 전문가들이 여러차례의 진지한 토의를 거쳐 얻은 귀중한 결실이었다. 동 활동내용은 민간 병$\cdot$의원과 함께 결핵의 현실을 정확하게 재조명하고 해결방안을 찾고자 하는데 의미가 컸다고 할 수 있으며 우리나라의 중$\cdot$장기 결핵관리사업 계획수립에 기초가 되어 결핵의 조기퇴치에 크게 기여할 것이라고 확신한다. 1998년은 그 작업결과를 바탕으로 단기적으로 그동안 해결하지 못했던 문제점의 해결에 최선을 다하여 국가결핵관리의 체계를 재정립하고 장기적으로는 다가오는 2000년대에 대비하여 보다 발전된 국가결핵관리 사업의 초석을 다지고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of physical activity in the elderly with osteoarthritis on stress and health-related quality of life (EQ-5D). This study performed data analysis using the SPSS 17.0 program in 104 elderly people with osteoarthritis over 65 years old using raw data from the 7th National Health and Nutrition Survey. The main results of this study are as follows: Males exercised more strength than women, and the better the subjective health status, the higher the rate of walking and aerobic activity. The group that felt stress showed a higher rate of walking and aerobic activity than the group that had no stress, and one group that felt a little stress practiced walking more than 3 days. The exercise ability of the elderly with osteoarthritis was better in the group who practiced walking, strength training, and aerobic activity than in the group without physical activity, and in self-management, the group practicing exercise and aerobic activity had problems with self-management. There was no daily activity, and the group that practiced walking and strength training also showed a high level of daily activity. In the area of pain/discomfort, the group practicing walking showed less pain/discomfort, and in the area of anxiety/depression, the group practicing walking showed less anxiety/depression. In conclusion, it is considered that in order to increase the quality of life of the elderly with osteoarthritis and to manage the stress, active efforts to increase the level of physical activity are necessary.

Many ecosystems in Korea are currently managed by government organizations. Thus, public managers' decision-making has great influence on the management of ecosystems in Korea, and their decision-making could influence the matter of whether the ecosystems of Korea are managed effectively. This paper regards the goal of management of ecosystems as securing the sustainablilty of target ecosystems, and investigates public managers' decision-making and their psychological attitude on the management of ecosystems. Basically, managerial activities on ecosystems have uncertainties and usually public managers utilize the knowledge of law, science, intergovernmental relations, and local governance as their references for decision-making. To elucidate public managers' managerial decision-making on ecosystems, this paper adopts some psychological theories in explaining the judgment of human beings under uncertainties. Effective ecosystem management by public managers can be judged by how public managers adopt and utilize all of the above mentioned four kinds of knowledge on ecosystem management. An important factor in order to let them utilize the four kinds of knowledge is policy support. Therefore, as conclusion, this paper recommends some relevant policy measures that can support the ecosystem management of public managers.

This study is an analysis the function Analysis Patterns for the effective application of VE(Value Engineering) and a presentation of the function analysis methods. 1. The function analysis of VE activities can be summarized 6 patterns as follows ; a generated ideas without function analysis process, a function analysis make use of inspection tools for generated idea, an illogical jump as a using of subjective terms, a using of duplication terms for same functions, a subjective ranking as function definitions for function analysis, and a large classification for a for approaching function definition. 2. In order for the effective function analysis, the process requires as follows; a check level by project advanced, a reclassified main nouns in the order of frequency of use, a main check objects by concepts of importance and satisfaction degree. It is not only good for the effective function analysis, it also induces effective turn out of the FAST Diagram for function arrangement.

By becoming 21st century which run be charactered as highly industrialized society which spreads diversification and individualization, there have been elevation of income level and increase of time for leisure activity by introducing 5 working days system. And this brings out increasing of aquatic leisure activity population and the contents of the leisure becomes very active. Static indoor activity which was the main current of the leisure activity in the past, however, it is now called for outdoor activity accompanied by the society growth and even expands towards that people get into action and experience by their own free will. With this point of view, the aquatic leisure run become a safe activity. But with a rapid growth of aquatic leisure activity, safety concerns become a serious problem. To prevent safety accident, training should be given, safety inspection and registration should be requested, and strong support of system is needed so users can have an insurance for safety accident. These complements are necessary for overall nourishment and management measure to charge in systematical safety for the users.

This study aims to analyze the effects of residents participation activities on continued motivation in an urban regeneration project. For the analysis, this study was conducted the survey residents who participated in Cheongju-si urban regeneration project. Based on the survey, this study examined residents' awareness and analyzed the resident participation activities that affect the participation motivation(reward, sense of achievement, sense of expectation)through hierarchical regression analysis. The first of the results, the rewards obtained through participation activities is not affected by all resident participation activities. Second, sense of achievement obtained through participation activities such as pride or satisfaction is affected by both promotion and management of project and daily meeting activities. Finally, sense of expectation for the change of the town is only affected by daily meeting activities. These results help to find out required resident participation activities to give participation motivation inducing the continued participation in the urban regeneration project.

CEO's business network is important to the establishment and growth of companies and it is recognized as an essential element in regional development, but the related research and studies including surveys on the characteristics and performance of the CEO's network and its activities are lacking. This study aimed at companies located in the northwestern part of the Chungnam to survey about CEO's network activities, and research about the characteristics and performance expectancy of the network was carried out. As research methods, we discussed the previous studies, designed and analyzed the research models empirically using the survey. Analysis based 3 stages approach showed that the performance expectancy on human resource such as recruit was not affected by any factors overall. CEO's satisfaction affect significantly to the both of performance expectations of finance and general management by types of the network and its differentiated program. Executive activities, # of joining network, and period of activity affected also conditionally. This study have contributions that enable businessmen can take advantage of strategic use on the region's business network activity.
