네트워크 관리 시스템은 네트워크의 효율성과 생산성을 최대화하기 위해 복잡한 네트워크를 통제하는 시스템이다. 네트워크 관리에 사용된 기존의 방식은 클라이언트 서버 방식으로, 대표적으로 SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol), CMIP(Common Management Information Protocol)등의 프로토콜을 사용한다. 최근 들어서는 이동 에이전트를 이용한 네트워크 관리에 대한 연구도 여러 기관에서 진행중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 관리 시스템 개발 시 기존의 RPC 방식을 이용한 경우와 이동 에이전트를 이용한 경우 각각의 성능을 평가하기 위한 평가 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 본 모델을 기초로 차후 네트워크 관리시스템 개발 시 적합한 수행 구조를 선택하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze CM effects between traditional and owner CM types according to project delivery methods in private projects. The research method of this study includes case studies and survey from construction management experts. The results of this study are as follows: 1)The owner CM type is proved to be much more effective than traditional method in various management function areas. 2)Planning, design, and quality management areas are proved to be very strong in the case of owner CM type.

한정된 수자원에 대한 수요가 급증하고 수질 및 환경문제가 대두되면서 수자원 계획 및 관리에 대한 관심이 많아지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 수자원 계획 및 관리는 물리적으로 복잡해진 수자원 시스템 뿐만 아니라 사회적, 제도적 시스템을 반영할 필요성이 생겼으며 수자원 계획 및 관리자들의 의사결정에 도움을 주기 위하여 효율적인 여러 대안들의 평가나 수자원 관리(운영)가 필수적이다. 효율적인 수자원 계획 및 관리에 있어서 물배분은 매우 중요하며 이를 통해 급증하는 용수 수요에 효과적으로 대처하고 합리적인 수자원 관리(운영)을 실현할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 실시간 물관리 시스템을 핵심이라고 할 수 있는 물배분 방식에 대한 연구로서 최적 물 배분 연구를 수행하였으며 연구의 목적은 시간적, 공간적 물부족량을 파악할 수 있는 모형을 바탕으로 현존하는 물배분 방식 즉, 선점주의(Prior Appropriation), 연안주의(Riparian), 공공 물배분, 경제적 물배분 등을 물배분 방식을 검토하고 수자원 관리자가 현업에서 효율적인 의사결정을 지원할 수 있는 최적 물배분 방식을 제시하는 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the effects of tax inspection team administrator's conflict management style on team members' fairness perception and job satisfaction. The results showed that tax inspectors had a significant positive effect on the distributive and procedural fairness in proportion to the harmonious and cooperative conflict management styles by tax inspection team administrator and competitive conflict management style had a significant negative effect on it. In addition, it was shown that the distributive and procedural fairness recognized by tax inspectors have a sign. It was confirmed that the tax inspection team administrator's conflict management had an impact on the job satisfaction recognized by team members in tax inspection team and their fairness perception and team administrator's conflict management style became an important factor in the team's organizational performance.

Ptak & Smith published ORLICKY'S Material Requirement Planning Third Edition in 2011 to correspond the rapidly changed market demand by improving the original MRP based on Theory of Constraints(TOC) replenishment inventory management. This study is to develop the simulation model to decide the proper target inventory level for TOC replenishment inventory management using system dynamics Vensim software. This study shows that the proper target replenishment level is how much significant to manage the inventory by the random sample data simulation. This simulation model will be extended to compare the results of the TOC replenishment inventory management planning with the results of the old MRP planning by the enterprise actual inventory data.

The purpose of this study is to analyze, applications of the construction management delivery systems according to characteristics of facilities. The adapted research method is to selected four mall in the capital region and then divided them into two groups: CM for Fee or CM at Risk. After analyze each applications and administrations, it could propose proper applications of CM for fee according to CM at Risk. The results of this study are as follows: 1) the CM for Fee was suitable for the projects focused on completing on time and constructing the effective business plan of quality control, and 2) the CM at Risk was suitable for the projects concentrated on the cost reduction through shorten the construction time and the related businesses on quality control.

This study shows the difference between groups with multivariate analysis of fire prevention activities, special investigations of fire safety, and fire safety management according to the management method of apartment houses and the inspection of firefighting facilities. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in fire prevention activities according to the quality of inspection of firefighting facilities. This means that fire prevention is high if the fire safety manager's ability to inspect firefighting facilities is excellent and the fire safety inspection is conducted in accordance with national fire safety standards and checklists. Second, there was a significant difference in the fire safety special investigation according to the management method of the apartment buildings. The manual operated by the management entity and the management entity's management and execution help the organization members to expedite work. This expedition of work creates a high possiblity to get a good evaluation from the special investigation of fire safety. Third, analysis of fire prevention activities showed a significant interaction between the inspection of firefighting facilities and the management method of apartment buildings. The analysis shows that that there is a positive correlation between the level of fire prevention and both the fire safety manager's ability to inspect firefighting facilities and the degree to which the inspection is conducted to meet national fire safety standards.

One of the key technical challenges of wireless sensor network (WSN) is location management of sensor nodes. Typical node location management methods use GPS, ultrasonic sensors or RSSI. In this paper we propose a new location management method which adopts regression analysis of RSSI measurement to improve the accuracy of sensor node position estimation. We also evaluated the performance of proposed method by comparing the experimental results with existing scheme. According to the results, our proposed method, LM-RAR, shows better accuracy than existing location management scheme using RSSI and Friis' equation.

본 연구는 민간경비원의 갈등관리방식이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2010년 서울소재 민간경비업체를 대상으로 판단표집법을 이용하여 286부의 표본을 회수 최종분석에 사용된 사례는 279명이다. 연구에 사용된 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ 값이 .642 이상으로 나타났다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN 17.0을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, t검증 및 F검증, 다중회귀분석 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비원들의 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 갈등관리방식은 차이가 있다. 둘째, 민간경비원들의 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 조직유효성은 차이가 있다. 셋째, 민간경비원들의 갈등관리방식은 조직유효성에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 조직내의 갈등관리방식에 따라 조직유효성에 영향을 미친다.
