This study develops an agent-based simulation model to evaluate tourist information systems under ubiquitous environment. In this study, individual tourist's activity chaining behavior is formulated as a utility maximization problem. The underlying assumption of the model is that tourists increase their activities within their time and budget constraints to maximize their utilities. The model seeks individual's optimal tour schedule by solving Prize-Collecting Multiple-Day Traveling Salesman Problem(PC MD TSP). The simulation-based evaluation framework allows investigating individual utility gains by their information type and the total expenditure at each tour attractions. The real-time tour activity scheduling system enables tourists to optimize their tour activities by minimizing their time loss and maximizing their opportunity to use high utility facilities.

The purpose of this study was a methodological research to develop an instrument to assess the medical tourism satisfaction of foreign tourist. A primary instrument with 63 questions was developed based on literature review. A group of experts revised individual questions and removed 9 irrelevant questions. This secondary instrument, then, was distriuted from Jury 1, 2012 to October 20, 2012. It was tested with 589 members of foreign tourist. After factor analysis on the final 42 questions, 7 factors were identified; quality of medical service, correspondance, tourism connection, sympathy, convenience, believability, and economical efficiency. The total variance explained was 60.9%. This instrument was statistically reliable and valid to measure medical tourism satisfaction of foreign tourist.

This study was carried out to investigate how the basic plan of the Saemangeum development project that has been developed by the government since 1991 has been changed and to present a new development strategy by analyzing the future value and tourism resource value of Saemangeum development. The research methodology is based on the in - depth analysis methodology of the time series research materials and press releases published by the Saemangeum Development Administration, which oversees the development of Saemangeum. The government announced a plan to significantly reduce agricultural land and increase the proportion of non-agricultural land to 70% in order to create a multifunctional complex. After that, the government revised the basic plan of Saemangeum in 2014 and changed the plan to tailor the investment demand in order to cultivate investment demand, and introduced the special economic cooperation system for global economic cooperation. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the process of Saemangeum development to date and to evaluate the value of Saemangeum development as a tourism resource, centered on the Master Plan of the Saemangeum Development Project changed by the government. Based on the results of this analysis, I would like to present the vision of Saemangeum tourism development considering Saemangeum 's environment and characteristics of the surrounding scenery by referring to trends and similar cases of international tourism.

In an ever-changing tourism environment, we need to think about how to successfully attract tourists and provide them with memorable experiences. Smart tourism content is considered as a useful tourism resource for converting into an attractive tourist destination by providing new values in various tourist destinations as well as the changed tourism patterns due to COVID-19. However, there are still few successful cases of smart tourism contents that have secured economic sustainability. Accordingly, this study applied the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) to estimate the economic value perceived by tourists for smart tourism contents based on augmented reality to develop a smart tourism content development plan that can secure economic sustainability. As a results, it was confirmed that the lower the offered amount, the higher the awareness of the new value, the higher the likelihood of willingness to pay. Based on these research results, this study presented academic and practical implications for the development of smart tourism content that secured economic sustainability.

문화콘텐츠는 지역 관광산업을 발전시키는데 핵심적인 요인으로 인식이 되어 전 세계 많은 국가들이 자신들만의 문화콘텐츠를 개발하기 위하여 노력을 기울이고 있다. 특히 우리나라뿐만 아니라 전 세계적으로 도시재생을 통한 문화콘텐츠 개발에 많은 관심을 가지고 있는데 그 이유로 도시에서 상대적으로 경제적·문화적으로 낙후되거나 사용하지 않는 유휴공간을 새로이 리모델링함으로써 도시 내 유휴공간을 지역의 특화된 문화예술 공간으로 구축함으로써 하나의 지역 특화 관광산업으로 발전을 하고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구는 SERVQUAL을 통해 유휴공간을 통해 제공되는 문화콘텐츠가 관광산업에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴 보고자 한다.

Kangwondo has been focused on tourism resource cultivation using beautiful scenery, because it was difficult to develop large scaled industrial complex by reason of human geography. In addition, after the implementation of local autonomy system, Kangwondo has been promoting various programs for local development using tourism resource which is the more dominate than any other province. This study will present the right way of tourism craftwork development which represents the regional emotion and character as a part of tourism and local policy of Kangwondo. I have recognized the problems of the craftwork such as design, products and companies, and tried to find related agency, support policy and its promoting programs to solve them.
