Using the 3rd to the 6th wave data from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS), we examined the effects of academic characteristics and social relations on the trajectories of the life satisfaction among adolescents. OLS results showed that male students were more satisfied with their lives than female students in the 3rd grade of middle school. As academic characteristics, academic achievement and the level of class adjustment improved life satisfaction but the amount of learning time spent had a negative effect on life satisfaction. However, the effect of academic achievement lost its statistical significance after including variables of social relations. Relationships with parents, teachers, and friends had positive effects on life satisfaction. The longitudinal analysis using the fixed effect estimation also showed a similar result of the associations among the variables to that in the OLS analysis. The life satisfaction gap between male and female students narrowed over time from the 3rd grade of middle school to the 2nd grade of high school. The effects of relationships with parents and friends showed significant effects on both female and male students, but the relationship with their teachers was significant only for female students. Based on the results, we discussed the issues of Korean education related to the life satisfaction among adolescents.

목적: 의료수준의 발전과 더불어 대중들의 건강요구와 건강증진에 대한 기대 수준도 점점 높아지므로 간호사는 대상자의 요구를 이해하고 양질의 간호를 제공하여 환자의 건강상태를 바람직한 방향으로 변화시켜야 한다. 따라서 이 연구는 환자가 인지한 간호에 대한 경험과 대상자가 경험한 간호에 대한 만족도를 파악하고, 그 관계를 규명함으로써 환자 간호의 질향상과 간호 만족도 향상을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 일 종합병원의 127명의 입원 환자가 간호 경험정도와 제공받은 간호에 대한 환자 만족도 정도를 규명하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 연구결과: 첫째, 입원환자의 간호 행위에 대한 간호 지각도의 정도는 각 항목별 비교 분석한 결과 신체적 간호행위에 대한 지각도가 평균평점은 2.74로 가장 높았으며, 또한 환자가 지각한 간호행위에 대한 만족도는 기술-전문적 간호행위(M= 3.55)의 만족도가 가장 높았다. 둘째, 일반적 제특성과 전체 간호행위의 지각도와 차이가 있는지 분석한 결과 연령(p< 0.1)에 따라 유의한 차가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 연령이 높을수록 간호행위에 대한 지각도가 높게 나타났다. 그리고, 간호행위에 대 한 지각도의 하부영역 분류중 신체적간호행위에 대한 지각도는 입원과(p< 0.05)에 따라 유의한 차가 있는 것으로 보였다. 또한 일반적 제특성과 전체 간호행위의 만족도와의 관계에서는 입원과(p< 0.05)에 따라 유의한 차가 있었다. 일반외과 환자가 내과 환자보다 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 입원환자의 간호 행위에 대한 환자의 지각도와 만족도간의 관계(r= 0.39, p= 0.00)는 서로 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구의 대상은 1개 종합병원에 국한된 것이므로 연구결과를 일반화 할 때는 신중을 기해야 한다. 연구결과에서 보여주듯이 정신적 간호행위가 가장낮은 지각도로 나타났듯이 간호사는 환자들의 정신적 지지의 간호가 잘 이루어 지도록 노력해야 할 것이며, 또한 교육적 간호행위의 만족도가 가장 낮게 나타났으므로 보다 더 환자와 간호사간의 정보교환이 잘 이루어지도록 해야 한다. 연구결과를 기초로 하여 전 진료과 병동으로 확대 반복 연구를 제언하며, 환자의 간호 만족도를 향상시키기 위해 전문적 지식 및 긍정적 의사표현등을 포괄하여 간호사의 적극적 간호행위가 수행되어야 할 필요가 있다.

This study examines the effects of single mother's economic stress in social competence of children perceived by parents and whether mother-child relationship satisfaction mediate in the process. The results of analysis of the path through the structural equation modeling are as follows: First, single mother's economic stress has negative effects on mother-child relationship satisfaction. Second, mother-child relationship satisfaction has positive effects on social competence of children. It was proved that mother-child relationship satisfaction exerted as mediating variables. Therefore, existent mother-child relationship satisfaction have full mediated effects on the relationship between economic stress and social competence of children. Based on the findings, practice implications to improve social competence of single mothers' children were discussed.

Purpose: In this study, the relationship between the interpersonal relationships, clinical stress and satisfaction of clinical practice among nursing was examined. Method: The participants were 261. Data collected from 7 September to 18 September 2015 were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Result: The mean scores for the interpersonal relationship ($3.74{\pm}0.39$), stress ($3.21{\pm}0.54$), and satisfaction ($3.44{\pm}0.45$) in clinical practice were above average. Interpersonal relationships differed significantly according to year (F=3.12, p=.046), satisfaction with nursing as a major (F=15.84, p<.001), important of interpersonal relationships (F=4.76, p=.001), and academic achievement (F=3.80, p=.011). Stress in clinical practice differed significantly according to the year (F=8.05, p<.001), application motivation (F=4.55, p=.001) and satisfaction with nursing as a major (F=2.69, p=.046). Satisfaction in clinical practice differed significantly according to satisfaction with nursing as a major (F=3.24, p=.022), important of interpersonal relationships (F=3.01, p=.019), and academic achievements (F=5.24, p=.002). Significant correlations were observed between the interpersonal relationships and satisfaction in clinical practice (r=.24, p<.001). Interpersonal relationship (${\beta}=.21$, p<.001), academic achievements (${\beta}=.12$, p=.045) were factors influencing satisfaction in clinical practice. Conclusion: The interpersonal relationships need to be improved to increase nursing students' satisfaction with clinical practice

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the job stress and ego-resilience of kindergarten teachers life satisfaction, and to explore ways to improve life satisfaction. 198 public and private kindergarten teachers and childcare center teachers in Gangwon-do were asked to respond by using job stress, ego-resilience, and life satisfaction questionnaires. Based on the collected data, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis are as follows. First, the higher the job stress of the kindergarten teacher, the lower the life satisfaction, and the higher the ego-resilience, the higher the life satisfaction. In particular, the reward, a sub-variable of job stress, had a significant negative correlation with the kindergarten teacher's ego-resilience and life satisfaction. Second, the predictors of relationship resilience, energy, and reward significantly influenced the life satisfaction of kindergarten teachers, and the relationship resilience was relatively explanatory about life satisfaction. This study suggests that an educational plan to be explored to improve ego-resilience for kindergarten teacher's life satisfaction.

This study is to verify the mediating effect of the relationship between peers and teachers in the effect of parental over-involvement on the life satisfaction of adolescents. The research method is analyzing 1,964 high school students in 2016 from the 4th panel survey of the Korea Children and Youth Panel Survey(2010-2016) by AMOS 22.0. First of all, The life satisfaction level of youth was 2.972 points out of 4, 2.234 points for parental over-involvement, 3.211 points for peers and 3.080 points for teacher relations, and the analysis results were as follows. First, parental over-parenting had a negative effect on the relationship between peers and teachers. Second, parental over-parenting had a negative effect on the life satisfaction of adolescents. Third, the relationship between peers and teachers had a significant positive effect on the life satisfaction of adolescents. Fourth, the relationship between peers and teachers was found to have a partial mediating effect on the effect of over-parenting on the life satisfaction of adolescents.

본 연구는 서울지역 아파트 거주자를 대상으로 거주자의 주거환경 만족도, 인구통계학적 특성과 주거형태에 따른 주거환경 만족에 차이, 그리고 주거환경 만족도간에는 상관관계가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울지역 아파트 거주자 500명을 대상으로 2009년 9월 1일부터 2009년 9월 20일까지 조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 이용하여 빈도 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan Multiple Ranger's Test 등을 계산하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서울지역 아파트 거주자의 주거환경만족도는 중간이상의 수준을 나타냈으며, 사회환경 중 단지질서 만족도가 가장 높았다. 둘째, 거주자 변인에 따른 시설환경 만족도는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 거주자 변인에 따른 근린, 사회환경 만족도는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 4) 주거환경 만족도 변수상호간에는 주택환경 만족도와 단지 내 환경 만족도, 단지 내 환경 만족도와 관리상태 만족도간 밀접한 상관관계가 있었다.

Recently, Patient Related Management(PRM) is focused to be increase the number of patients in hospitals. Therefore, the participants of this research are inpatient(104) and out patient(98) in a tertiery hospital in Seoul also, the research purpose is to analysis the relationship between hospital satisfaction and loyalty in various aspects by questionnaires. In the results, the relationship between hospital satisfaction and loyalty was very significant. Among various hospital satisfactions, the reservation satisfaction for out-patients and non-medical service satisfaction for in-patients were significant factors. In the demographic factors, the relationship between age and the hospital loyalty is significant. Therefore, we should make efforts to increase the patient's satisfaction.

This study examines the relationship of disability acceptance, interpersonal skill with job satisfaction to improve the job satifaction of the disabled in wage work. The study also examines the moderated effect of employment type and the mediated effect of interpersonal skill. the research used data from the 2nd wave of the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED) in Years 1-4(2016-2019), AMOS 22 was to analyze the paths between variables. The result of the study are as follows. First, The job satisfaction of the disabled in wage work differed significantly in educational background, age group, and working period. But, there was no significant difference in gender. Second, disability acceptance has been shown to have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, interpersonal skill have been shown to have a positive mediated effect in the relation between disability acceptance and job satisfaction. Fourth, the relation between disability acceptance and job satisfaction revealed that employment type have a negative significant moderating effect. Based on the result, Welfare practices for disability acceptance, interpersonal skill, and employment were proposed in order to promote job satisfaction for the disabled.

The purpose of this study is to analysis for maintenance satisfaction of Apartment Building residents in Bundang. For this purpose, questionnaire survey about the level of maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents and condition of management. and secondary statistical analysis the important factors which influence the degree of residence maintenance satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows : the maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents high correlation with satisfaction of residence. and outsider entrance control level and the head of superintendent's office integrity gives high influence on maintenance of Apartment Building.
