기후변화에 따른 수자원 적응정책

  • 기후변화-수자원 적응과제들의 성공적인 수행과 결과물의 활용을 위해서는 안전행정부, 환경부, 농림축산식품부 등 물관련 정부부처간의 긴밀한 협조체계가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이를 위해서는 (1)안전행정부의 재난관련 방재패러다임 전환 및 위기관리 체계강화를 위한 추진과제(자연재해 지자체 방재시스템), (2)환경부의 기후변화에 따른 물환경관리 대책 추진과제(비점오염, 수질, 수생태, 습지), (3)농림축산식품부의 농업수자원 및 산림자원 확보 추진과제(농업용수, 산림재해) 등의 진행상황 및 결과의 공유체계 및 공동활용을 위한 채널구축이 필요하다. 포럼에서의 의견으로서, 타분야 특히 산업일선에서는 이미 기후변화에 따른 적응정책과 더불어 관련기술의 개발이 진행되어 우리 수자원분야는 많이 늦은 감이 있다는 지적, 그리고 제시된 기획과제 중에서 제4세부과제인 수자원의 가치를 평가하는 기술개발이 매우 중요하다는 언급이 많았다. 이에 저자들은 수자원의 가치를 높이기 위해서는 농업 그리고 에너지 분야의 전문가들과의 협력연구(Water-Food-Energy Nexus)를 통하여 세 분야의 통계기반, 정보공유, 융합가치 등의 제반연구는 매우 중요한 미래과제라고 강조하였다.

한국어와 중국어 이중언어 화자의 대뇌 언어 영역 활성화 양상

  • 목적: 이중언어자에 있어서 각각의 언어가 대뇌에 어떻게 표상 되어 있는가에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국어/중국어 이중언어화자를 대상으로 사용한 언어와 과제에 따라 활성화된 부위에 차이가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 이중언어자(화교) 자원자 8명을 대상으로 하였고, 모두 오른손잡이였다. 한국어와 중국어로 구성된 어휘판단과제(lexical decision task)와 의미판단과제 (semantic decision task)를 이용하여 언어 영역의 활성화를 유도하였다. 어휘판단과제는 화면에 제시되는 두 자극이 모두 단어인지 아닌지 판단하여 신호하도록 하였고(예:원개 · 교화, 토끼, 지욱), 의미판단과제는 화면에 제시되는 두 자극의 의미가 관련 있는지 없는지 판단하여 신호하도록 하였다. (예:가가 ·제제, 아침·저녁). 대조과제는 아랍어(예:equation omitted) 글자의 크기를 판단하여 신호하도록 하였다. 1.5T 초전도 자기공명영상장치에서 EPI BOLD 기법을 이용하여 기능적 영상을 얻었으며 8명에서 얻은 영상을 정상화(normalize)한 후 SPM 프로그램을 이용하여 통계분석을 하였다. p<0.000001을 기준으로 얻어진 활성화 영상에서 각 언어와 과제별로 나타난 활성화 신호의 차이를 육안적으로 분석하였다.

Exploring Key Strategy Areas for Academic Library Development Planning in Korea (국내 대학도서관 진흥을 위한 주요 정책과제 개발 연구)

  • The aim of this study is to explore key strategy areas for academic library development planning in Korea. This study started with components of an academic library development plan that were identified in a literature review; those components included among others the major roles, functions, resources, and teaching and research support services of academic libraries. Upon interviewing library staff from 14 academic libraries, this study initially categorized those components into 4 overarching strategy areas and further subdivided them into 12 key components and 24 sub-components. That initial categorization was then reviewed by 6 scholars and practitioners, applying the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), by which this study analyzed the level of importance and priority of the strategy areas and various components. Based on the results, this study ultimately outlines 11 key components and 23 sub-components under the 4 strategy areas for academic libraries in Korea to take into consideration in their development planning.

  • Government R&D Programs' success and failures depend on the choice of the excellent project from diverse proposal. Therefore project evaluation process should be transparency, objectivity and confidence. Institute of Information Technology and Assessment(IITA) working for the Ministry of Information and Communication(MIC). IITA management the informatization fund and government R & D program. IITA have execute choice of R & D project and assessment proposals and reformed the system of evaluation. This advanced evaluation system made in the end of the 90's and adapted it to the college basic R & D program in 1999. Advanced evaluation system is electronic and remote system. This advantage is very shift and correct to process. So the system save the task and money from 46% to 78%. But it is some Problem, security and technical experts for the choice of the Government R & D project in remote evaluation system.

Teaching Method using Job Assignment as a Solution on the Adverse Effects of Peer Evaluation in Team-based Learning (조별과제 동료평가의 역효과 해결을 위한 직무배정 수업기법)

  • This paper suggests a new method for team-based learning which is focusing on the individual job assignment to solve the possible problems of free riders, dysfunctional conflicts, and hostility among students. Especially, it examines that if a method using job assignment could reduce the adverse effects of peer evaluation. This study was executed during one semester. Each team was organized with seven members and an independent job among seven different jobs was assigned to each member. At the end of the semester, it was examined that if individual job assignment had solved the possible problems of free riders, dysfunctional conflicts, and hostility among students. Finally, this study found that a new method of team-based learning using a job assignment lessened a problem of free riders, and reduced dysfunctional conflicts and hostility among students comparing with the peer evaluation method. The suggested method in this paper, which focuses on the job assignment of team project, could improve the efficiency of team-based learning in education course.

  • To avoid the redundant investment on the project selection process, it is necessary to check whether the submitted research topics have been proposed or carried out at other institutions before. This is possible through the search engines adopted by the keyword matching algorithm which is based on boolean techniques in national-sized research results database. Even though the accuracy and speed of information retrieval have been improved, they still have fundamental limits caused by keyword matching. This paper examines implemented TFIDF-based algorithm, and shows an experiment in search engine to retrieve and give the order of priority for similar and redundant documents compared with research proposals, In addition to generic TFIDF algorithm, feature weighting and K-Nearest Neighbors classification methods are implemented in this algorithm. The documents are extracted from NDSL(National Digital Science Library) web directory service to test the algorithm.

  • The purpose of this study was to decide the task space and Rating Scheme of task difficulty in complicated mathematical modelling situations. One of main objective was also to conform the validation of Rating Scheme to determine the degree of difficulty by comparing the student performance with the statement of the theoretical model. In spring 2014, the experimental setting was in Modelling Course for 38 in-service teachers in mathematics education. In conclusions, we developed the Model of Task Space based on their solution paths in mathematical modelling tasks and Rating Scheme for task difficulty. The Validity of Rating Scheme to determine the degree of task difficulty based on comparing the student performance gave us the meaningful results. Within a modelling task the student performance verifies the degree of difficulty in terms of scoring higher using solution approaches determined as easier and vice versa. Another finding was some relations among three research topics, that is, degree of task difficulty on rating scheme, levels of students performance and numbers of specific heuristic. Those three topics showed the impressive consistence pattern.

An Empirical Study on Improvement model for Measuring of Project Similarity (과제 유사도 측정 개선모형에 관한 실증적 연구)

  • The annual R&D investment in Korea increased by an average of 12.2percent during the last 5 years. Therefore, prevention of duplicate projects being performed became an important factor in promoting the efficiency of R&D investment and the originality of R&D projects. On measuring the similarity of projects, the measurement model used to estimate the accuracy of the similarity is crucial. In this paper, we propose an advanced measurement model on checking the similarity of R&D projects for promoting the efficiency of R&D investment. The proposed model is made up of the following steps for the model measurement, sampling and analyzing. During the sampling step, we append the abstract of R&D reports on the search engine based on document vector. We then measure the similarity on projects to use research title network which is consists of the compound keyword and the weight of items on during the analysis. The proposed method improved the accuracy for measuring the similarity of projects by an average of 0.19 over the existing search engine and by 9.25 over the simple keyword search on R&D projects. On searching the similarity with the appending conditions and high sampling, it improved the accuracy of measuring the similarity of R&D projects.

The Effects of Task-Oriented Training on IADL in Dementia : Case Study (과제지향적 훈련이 치매 환자의 수단적 일상생활활동에 미치는 영향: 사례연구)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to examine task-oriented training affects on instrumental activity of daily living for elderly with dementia. Methods : The participant is a 75 years old female with dementia. The intervention was performed for 45 minute on 3 times per week over 1 month. Independent variable was task-oriented training and dependent variable were memory(DST), executive function(TMT-A, CDT), changing of IADL(AMPS). Results : The results showed that the participant significantly improved in executive function, performance of IADL. However, the participant did not show significant improvement in memory. Conclusion : In conclusion, the findings of this study indicate that task-oriented training is positive effect on performance of IADL in dementia.
