In construction industry, management of construction factors such as cost, schedule, quality and safety is the most important key for delivering successful projects. According to the Smart Market Report, a magazine specialized in construction industry, recently said 'Off-site Prefabrication' is a significant trend related with construction productivity in global construction industry. It is a kind of practice shift from On-site to Off-site. A lot of general contractors in oversea have been using 'Multi-trade MEP Ceiling Rack Prefabrication' method for getting benefits such as decreased cost & schedule and increased labor productivity. Thus, in this paper, critical management factors at each phase from design to installation was derived by researching case studies. Forwardly, it can be a basic guideline for applying Multi-trade MEP Ceiling Rack Prefabrication in Korea construction industry.

With the increasing public concerns on sustainability in construction industry around the world, a variety of standards for sustainable construction have been developed and implemented. However, most of the them focuses operation and maintenance phases and do not have been approached integrally in terms of all construction phases. Especially, considering the quantities of environmental loads occurred intensively at the construction phases, it should not be overlooked. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to deduct primary management works for reduction of the potential environmental loads at the construction phases. In order to assess them quantitatively, we conduct a survey from professionals who are in the relevant fields and analyze these data using Fuzzy-AHP.

Most of the construction works in domestic are not direct undertaking work, but by a contract method including subcontracting. Therefore, a general contractor for each project jointly carry out construction work with a specialty contractor for each engineering type. However, in terms of contract, this method is not a joint venture contract, but a subcontract. Accordingly, this system can cause various problems between the prime contractor and the subcontractor. Therefore, this study aims to extract and present the actual obstacle factors in terms of specialty contract company performing specialty construction work for construction project. The presented contents are expected to present the standard for the cooperation system that the prime contractor and the subcontractor can win-win.

The type and proportion of construction work varies depending on the stage of progress, and the frequency of inspection and defect occurrences are different. If it is determined to be defective after the inspection, a delay may occur, and additional manpower and resources are required. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent these risks by classifying, deriving, and managing key management woks according to the progress. This study aims to contribute to the efficiency of the supervisor's inspection work by identifying the types of construction that should be managed intensively for each construction progress and deriving the time when defects occur frequently in each construction type.

2012년 9월부터 건설현장 위험성평가는 안전관리 업무로 의무화되었으나, 해당 근로자가 사전위험성을 추정하고 대책을 수립하여 재해예방 활동으로 연계되기에는 위험성평가 작성부터 어려움이 있다. 위험성평가 운영시스템 구축을 통해 건설현장 근로자가 해당작업의 위험요인 및 안전대책을 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록, 작업 공종 선택만으로 해당작업의 다양한 위험요인과 안전대책을 제시하고, 해당 공종에서 발생한 재해사례를 보여줌으로써 동종 재해 재발방지 대책수립이 가능하도록 시스템을 구축하였다. 이러한 위험성평가 활동의 효과분석을 위해 H건설사의 운영평가에서, 위험성평가 운영시스템 구축 이후 건설현장 근로자가 위험성평가 활용에 쉽게 접근할 수 있고 해당공정의 위험요인 추정 및 위험예방 대책 수립이 가능하게 되었으며, 평가기간 동안 재해율 감소에도 영향이 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

지난해 우리 협회와 부산시가 행정쇄신 과제중의 하나로 제안한 기계설비공사 분리발주가 행정쇄진 위원회에서 결정$\cdot$통과돼 지난 6월 30일 재무부가 예산회계법시행령을 개정해 발주기관이 기계설비공종을 건축에서 별도로 분리발주할 수 있도록 했다.
