  • 제 4차 산업혁명의 시대를 맞아 ICT 융합 차세대 물관리 시스템 관련 기술이 핵심적인 역할을 수행하게 될 것으로 예상되며, 이와 함께 다국적 기업의 시장 진출로 인한 경쟁심화가 예상되고 있다. 한편, 인구증가, 도시성장, 산업발전 및 기후변화에 따른 물부족, 물 수요와 물 공급의 불균형, 수질오염 등은 점점 더 심각해질 것으로 예상되고 있다. 또한, 수자원 산업에서 대상시설의 안전하고 경제적인 운영 및 유지관리를 목적으로 하는 운전, 감시, 진단, 보수, 개선 및 이를 위한 의사결정지원 기술인 운영관리(O&M, Operation and Maintenance) 기술의 중요성이 지속적으로 증가하는 추세이다. 스마트워터그리드(SWG)는 ICT 융복합 첨단 수자원 관리기술로 기후변화에 의한 물 부족과 수자원 인프라 노후화로 인한 효율저하 등 물 문제 해결을 위한 차세대 플랫폼으로 주목받고 있으나, 아직까지 스마트워터그리드 시스템 구축을 위한 장치, 부품, 공정, 설계, 시공 기술 등 주로 요소기술 확보를 목적으로 연구되었으며, 시설의 운영 및 유지관리 연구는 거의 진행되지 않아 효율적인 현장적용이 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 스마트워터그리드 데모플랜트 시설을 대상으로 운영 유지관리 기술의 고도화 기본방향, 세부 핵심기술, 추진방법 등을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 스마트워터그리드의 핵심기술인 AMI 기반 수운영 시스템을 대상으로 IoT 기반의 고효율 저비용 물 공급 체계 고도화 및 지능형 통합 운영 플랫폼 구축, Hybrid형 다중수원 활용 이동식 물 생산 시스템에 대한 운전제어 자가진단 운영관리 유지보수기술 등 원격 무인 자동화 물 생산시설 기술 고도화 개발방안에 대하여 중점적으로 다루고자 한다.

생산스케쥴링에서의 시뮬레이션 응용

  • 본 프로젝트는 수주 오더에 대한 납기 예측과 가공사 Delivery 체계의 전반적 향상을 목적으로 하며, 이에 따른 목표로는 로트 편성의 자동화, 월간, 주간 및 일간 단위의 생산 스케쥴 자동 작성, 원자재 소요량과 재공 및 재고 예측, 설비 부하 분석, 생산 사이클 타임 분석 및 단축이다. 상기의 목표 달성을 위한 가공사 Delivery Scheduling 시스템은 계획용 로트 편성 모델, 실행용 로트 편성 모델, 그리고 가공사 생산 스케쥴 작성을 위한 Simulation 모델로 구성된다. 계획용 로트 편성 모델은 현행의 로트 편성 기준에 따라 미가공 생산의뢰서 전체 물량을 대상으로 로트를 편성하여 이 로트를 염색기에 할당하는 모델이며, 실행용 로트 편성 모델에서는 일일 원사재고, 염색기 고장 등과 같은 실제 조업여건을 고려하여, 작업지시서 발행이 가능한 생산의뢰서 물량에 대하여만 로트 편성을 행한다. 가공사 생산 스케쥴 작성을 위한 Simulation 모델은 계획용 혹은 실행용 로트 편성 모델로부터 얻어지는 로트 편성 결과 또는 로트 번호가 부여된 최종 로트 편성 결과 (재공 로트 포함)를 입력으로 하여 이들 로트가 가공사 생산공정에서 처리되는 상세한 조업을 모의 생산하는 모델이다. 본 시스템은 영업부 및 기획부와 가공부의 사용 목적에 따라 크게 두가지로 사용될 수 있다. 영업부 및 기획부에서는 계획용 로트 편성 모델과 Simulation 모델을 사용하여 수주 오더에 대한 납기 예측 및 원사 수급 계획의 작성에 의사결정 지원을 받을 수 있으며, 가공부에서는 실행용 로트 편성 모델 및 Simulation 모델을 사용하여 상세 가공사 생산 스케쥴의 작성 및 긴급 오더의 처리 등에 관한 의사결정 지원을 받을 수 있다. 본 프로젝트를 통한 효과로는 정확한 생산 스케쥴의 자동 작성 및 스케쥴 작성시간 단축, 납기 예측 및 납기 준수율 향상, 실적관리 향상, 그리고 설비 가동율 분석, 현장관리 등을 위한 기타 유용한 정보제공 등이다.

The Blockchain based Undeniable Multi-Signature Scheme for Protection of Multiple Authorship on Wisdom Contents (지혜콘텐츠 공동저작권 보호에 적합한 블록체인 기반 부인봉쇄 다중서명 기법)

  • Wisdom Contents are created with experiences and ideas of multiple authors, and consumed in Internet based Social Network Services that are not subjected to regional restrictions. Existing copyright management systems are designed for the protection of professional authors' rights, and effective in domestic area. On the contrary, the blockchain protocol is subjected to the service and the block is added by the consensus of participating nodes. If the data is stored to the blockchain, it cannot be modified or deleted. In this paper, we propose the blockchain based undeniable multi-signature scheme for the protection of multiple authorship on Wizdom Contents. The proposed scheme is consisted of co-authors' common public key generation, multi-signature generation and verification protocols. In the undeniable signature scheme, the signature cannot be verified without help of the signer. The proposed scheme is best suited to the contents purchase protocol. All co-authors cannot deny the fairness of the automated profit distribution through the verification of multiple authorship on Wizdom Contents.

  • Companies that want to improve their manufacturing processes have recently introduced the smart factory, which is particularly noticeable. The ultimate goal is to maximize the area of the smart factory that performs the process of the production facility completely with minimal manual control and to minimize errors of reasoning. This research is a part of a project for unmanned production, management, packaging, and delivery management and the detection of the start point of rebars to perform the automatic calibration of the rollers through the tracking of the automated facilities of unmanned production. It must meet the requirement to accurately track the position from the start point to the end point. In order to improve the tracking performance, it is important to set the accurate start point. However, the probability of tracking errors is high depending on environments such as illumination and dust through the conventional time-based detection method. In this paper, we propose a starting point detection method using the average brightness change of high speed IR camera to reduce the errors according to the environments, As a result, its performance is improved by more than 15%.

  • This study examines 3D scanning and how it is used in the construction field. 3D scanning technology was applied to a real space and compared with drawings in the planning and construction stages. 3D scanning technology has been widely applied in the field of construction, design, construction, and safety. The results of comparing 3D scanning data with drawings are as follows. First, the external shape and dimensions do not show much difference. Second, the internal shape and dimensions are different. Third, indoor lighting layouts are different in all buildings. 3D scanning should be an essential element in the construction stage before completion and should be used for supervision tasks such as material management, improving the efficiency of construction, and safety management through continuous 3D scanning using automation and robots. Follow-up studies in the field of architecture, such as BIM and process management, will be needed.

  • By applying AI-based efficient inventory management and logistics optimization technology using the smart factory's production plan and manufacturing data, the company's productivity improvement and customer satisfaction can be expected to increase. In this paper, we proposed a system that collects data from the factory's production process, stores it in the cloud, and uses the manufacturing data stored there to apply AI-based supply chain optimization technology later. While the existing system supported approximately 10 to 20 data types, the proposed system is designed and developed to support more than 100 data types. In addition, in the case of the collection cycle, data can be collected 1-2 times per second, and data collection in TB units is possible. Therefore This system is designed to be applied to the existing factory of past in addition to the smart factory.

  • Productivity improvement is considered as one of hot potato topics in international shipyards by the increasing amount of orders. In order to improve productivity of lines, shipbuilders have been researching and developing new work method, process automation, advanced planning and scheduling and so on. An optimization approach was accomplished on short-term scheduling of subassembly lines in this research. The problem of subassembly line scheduling turned out to be a non-deterministic polynomial time problem with regard to SKID pattern’s sequence and worker assignment to each station. The problem was applied by simulated annealing algorithm, one of meta-heuristic methods. The algorithm was aimed to avoid local minimum value by changing results with probability function. The optimization result was compared with discrete-event simulation's to propose what pros and cons were. This paper will help planners work on scheduling and decision-making to complete their task by evaluation.

  • This study examined how to better provide quality temporary housing for people in the event of natural and social disasters. Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) is suitable for creating an efficient planning model for the mass production and transport of a modular house. The proposed DfMA model has the following three characteristics. First is the division of the modular house into service modules and functional modules and to create diversity by developing standard parts and multi-functional parts. Second is a flexible layout suitable for various site conditions. Such flexible layouts would allow identical homes to be mass produced and deployed to a variety of locations, both nationally and internationally. Third is to simplify and minimize the automation process with dry construction to increase production efficiency. Application of this DfMA design method can lead to reduced construction time and cost and improve housing quality.

  • In modern society, various digital equipment are being distributed due to the influence of the 4th industrial revolution, and they are used in a wide range of fields such as automated processes, intelligent CCTV, medical industry, robots, and drones. Accordingly, the importance of the preprocessing process in a system operating based on an image is increasing, and an algorithm for effectively reconstructing an image is drawing attention. In this paper, we propose a filter algorithm based on a combined weight value to reconstruct an image in a complex noise environment. The proposed algorithm calculates the weight according to the spatial distance and the weight according to the difference between the pixel values for the input image and the pixel values inside the filtering mask, respectively. The final output was filtered by applying the join weights calculated based on the two weights to the mask. In order to verify the performance of the proposed algorithm, we simulated it by comparing it with the existing filter algorithm.

  • Recently, construction projects are being gradually changed to large projects with complicated work processes. As a result, claims are increasing as well. Of these, the claims by delayed construction duration are given much weight in the general construction claims. To solve this problem, researches to estimate damages due to delay are carried out in research institutes by analyzing the causes of schedule delay. A system to easily estimate responsible days by analyzing the complicated processes needs for project manager. This study suggests a methodology based on the time impact analysis method, which can utilize the consequential analytical method with the consideration of reduced construction period. The suggested methodology is verified by comparing with actual data of case study by the computerized system for estimating the responsible days.
