도시생활에서 가장 짜증스러운 것은 자동차 소음이다. 경제발전과 더불어 인구의 도시 집중과 급격한 차량증가는 교통량이 많은 간선도로변을 중심으로 도로교통 소음문제가 야기되고 있으며, 우리나라도 지난 '97. 7월 자동차 1000만대 보유국이 되었다. 도로교통 소음은 자동차에서 발생하는 소음과 차량의 통행량, 차량의 주행속도및 도로주변 조건등 각종 요인이 복합 된 것으로 저속운행이 일반적인 도시에서는 자동차에서 발생하는 소음 중 엔진에서 나는 소음이 대개 60% 이상을 점하게 된다. 이러한 문제점 등을 감안하고 쾌적한 생활 환경 조성을 위하여 환경부에서는 제작차 소음 허용기준을 정하여 제작차가 시판되기전 단계에서 제작차 소음 허용기준에 적합하게 제작되는지 여부를 관리하기 위하여 인증제도를 시행 중에 있으며, 인증 시험에 통과된 차량에 대해서만 제작 시판할 수 있도록 법제화하여 운영하고 있다. 인증에 필요한 시험은 자동차의 가속주행소음, 배기소음 및 경적소음 시험으로써 본 장에서는 제작차 인증시험과 평가방법 등을 소개하고, 아울러 도로교통 소음 진동에 대하여서도 기술하고자 한다.

In this report US and Korea civil and military simulator certification system is researched, and a plan for improvement is proposed. Korean simulator certification system should adopt FAA's system and improve upon it. Certification criteria should have a basis on FAA certification criteria and add military operation characteristics selectively. Flight test data, used as comparison criteria in certification, should be acquired in package during aircraft development or overseas acquisition. The establishment of certification system is expected to improve external credibility and improve competitiveness in overseas market.

과거의 대학교육이 교수 중심의 공급자 중심이었다고 한다면 미래의 교육은 수요자 중심의 교육, 즉 학생 중심의 교육이 되어야 한다는 논의가 무성하다. 또한 교육과정을 이수하고 졸업한 학생을 채용하는 기업이 바라는 교육의 내용이 무엇인지를 아는 것은 매우 중요하며 공학인증제도의 도입노력과 연관된다. 즉 회사가 채용한 대학 졸업생의 실력을 통하여 대학의 교육성과를 최종수요자인 회사가 평가하여 그 결과를 대학의 교육과정에 피드백하는 것이 공-학인증제도의 취지이다. 그러므로 회사가 원하는 졸업생의 능력을 갖추도록 대학교육의 커리큘럼을 구성하는 것이 바람직하고 그렇지 못한 대학은 채용에 있어서 불이익을 받을 것이다. Environmental conferences in international society have held on Rio de Janeiro from UNCED in 1992 upward (United Nations Conference on Environment and Development) for countermeasure of environmental matters. Developed countries like United States, Japan, Canada and British are to take effect building performance certification criteria what is certification system of environment for promotion in aspects of eco-friendly buildings. Purposes of this study are research in standards and status of certification systems which are LEED in USGBC since 1993 in United States, GBCC of KGBC in state-run organization since 2002 and 'Environmental-friendly Building Guidelines' of Seoul to be recently driven. And then, offer proposals of promotion aims for revitalization in GBCC.

In many countries, methods to evaluate buildings have been investigated and practiced in order to reduce energy use and search for sustainable architecture while providing comfortable space for the users, in Korea, the current certification system has a short history, and has been improved for better practicability. Among many different factors in the certification system, the water resource problem is an important as the demand has been sharply increasing while reckless use and sewage treatment system causes the reduction of usable water. This study aims to find problems of water usage in building. water resource in the current certification will be used for the analysis of each factor in water resource, and the direction of improvement required in the certification in order to improve the water usage in buildigns will be proposed.

최근 저압 기중차단기(ACB, Air Circuit Breaker)는 고압 중전기 공인시험제도 및 저압전기기기 안전인증제도와 같은 강제인증대상에서 제외되어 해당 성능에 대한 안전 사각지대에 놓여있다는 지적을 받아왔다. 이에 한국전기연구원에서는 산업자원부 표준화기술개발사업의 일환으로 기중차단기에 대한 표준화 사업을 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 일반 배선용차단기나 누전차단기와는 시험방법 및 설비가 상이한 기중차단기의 동작 및 개폐특성 시험방법을 분석하고 해당 시험을 수행하기 위해 설계하여 구축한 시험설비에 대해 기술하고자 한다. 제안된 성능평가설비들은 기중차단기의 국내 시험은 물론 국제 시험에서도 신뢰성 있게 사용될 것으로 기대한다.

Wood-based products market is new growth engine industry of "Green growth policy". Korean government established a law, sustainable use of wood, for expanding wood and wood-based products market in 2012. This study was conducted to seek sustainable measures for conservation and management of valuable natural resources, offer expanding quality assurance services for wood-based products, and explore measures for expanding wood-based products labeling system. Through discussed domestic and overseas trends and literatures that concern wood-based products labeling system and investigated case studies that were presently operational. For expanding quality assurance services of wood-based products, Korea Forest Service operates a wood-based products labeling system in integrated management through variety awareness and specialist assessment for each product. This process will make enhanced wood-based products labeling system expanded gradually. To evolve into $3^{rd}$ party quality assurance services on maturity age of labeling system, public communication will help improve awareness of producer and consumer. appropriate incentive program will attract voluntary participation from woodbased product industry. Producers consider environmental ethics in their business and consumer should exercise their right to know.

The purposes of this study were to examine the perception of directors and child care providers regarding the Seoul-type Child Care Accreditation and its operating system. The objects were 309 directors and child care providers at accredited Seoul-type child care centers. The collected data was analyzed using frequency, percentiles, and ${\chi}^2$. The results are as follows: First, the majority of directors and child care providers perceived 'the preparation for effective quality control of child-care service' as the primary purpose of the Seoul-type Child Care Accreditation. Many of them responded that the child care centers meeting the purpose of accreditation would be 'private' and 'home-based' ones. Seoul-type Child Care Accreditation was easier to pass compared to National Child Care Accreditation. The directors and child care providers perceived that the accreditation will narrow the gap between public and private child care centers. Second, in operating customized child-care service, most directors preferred 'submits only the same plan as that of a designated one', but most child care providers preferred 'assessment after providing customized child-care'. For the reliable child-care service and accounting management system, both subject groups showed general satisfaction with 'current system'. Third, both subject groups responded that 'overtime pay for child care providers' and 'government's consistent child-care policy' were what they desire most to improve Seoul-type Child Care Accreditation.

The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in 2015 proposed a road-map for the global recognition system of the Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) fto mitigate the redundant work and regulatory burdens of the aviation industry and authorities on the certification and oversight activities of the State of Registry. Since then, the ICAO standards and guidelines have been revised accordingly with the goal of implementing the system in 2024. Korea should actively prepare for this AMO global recognition system to cope with the ICAO road-map appropriately as well as to develop the Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) industry. Thus, this paper focused on the ratings and limitations system, a key element of the AMO, and proposes the improvement of domestic regulatory/administrative rules necessary for the global recognition system, through the review of newly established ICAO standards/guidelines and the comparative analysis of leading aviation countries' and Korean system/requirements.
