2007년 10월 18일, 우리의 와이브로 기술이 ITU-R-RA-07 회의에서 OFDMA TDD WMAN이란 이름으로 IMT-2000 국제표준 중 여섯 번째 표준으로 채택되었다. 아울러 해당 주파수($2.3{\sim}2.4GHz$)가 4G 이동통신 공통대역으로 선정됨으로써 우리나라 기술이 세계로 진출할 수 있는 교두보를 마련하였다. 그에 앞서 TTA는 2006년 7월에 세계에서 두 번째로 WiMAX포럼 국제공인 인증시험소로 지정되어 내년 초부터 공식 시험인증 서비스를 시작할 예정이다. 이는 제품이 시장에 출시되기 전에 공인인증시험소를 통한 적합성 시험과 상호운용성 시험을 권고하고 있기에 국내 WiMAX 산업의 국제 경쟁력 강화를 위해 TTA와 정부, 사업자 및 장비업체들과의 공동 노력으로 이뤄낸 결과이다. 이렇듯 표준화의 중요성과 시험인증의 필요성이 날로 커져가고 있음에 본 고에서는 TTA의 표준/시험인증 현황 및 향후 추진전략에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

사용자를 온라인에서 확인하는 인증 기술은 최근 코로나 19로 인한 비대면 서비스들의 확산으로 더욱 중요해졌다. 이러한 인증 기술로는 인터넷/모바일 뱅킹, 전자 정부 등에 널리 사용되고 있는 공인인증서부터 카카오 뱅크 등의 사설인증, 블록체인을 이용한 분산ID 기술, 사용자 편의성을 강조한 간편 인증 등으로 진화하고 있다. 본 기고에서는 여러 가지 형태의 인증 방식에 대한 특징과 동향을 살펴보고 이를 통한 발전 방향을 살펴보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to make proposals for the execution of KEC2005. Many universities have taken part in the accredited engineering education programs in order to solve points at issue and to provide world-standard engineering education. Accordingly, ABEEK carried out a research on accreditation criteria that suit Korean system and made an announcement of KEC2005 in 2004. Both accredited and planning-to-be-accredited universities experience difficulty in changing KEC2000 into KEC2005. Major proposals of this study are as follows: First, ABEEK should suggest required conditions of accreditation criteria and detailed examples of them. Second, model and methodology for achievement of outcomes should be presented. Third, practical evaluation should be carried out with professors' voluntary participation. fourth, re-education of engineering education programs evaluators should be carried out. Fifth, ABEEK need to provide an aggressive request for advice and accurate information to universities to be accredited engineering education programs.

공개키 암호 시스템을 이용하는 공인인증서는 IT 기술의 발달과 함께 e-Banking, e-Commerce, e-Finance 등 다양한 분야에서 사용자 인증을 제공하는 수단으로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 최근에 다양한 해킹툴과 사용자 PC의 취약점을 이용하여 PC에 저장된 공인인증서가 유출되는 사고가 발생하면서 전자금융에 대한 안전성을 위협받고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존에 공인인증서를 하드디스크에 저장하여 발생하였던 문제점을 해결하고자 모바일 디바이스를 이용하여 전자서명을 수행하는 MobiSign의 공인인증서 이동방식 및 전자서명 방식을 분석한다. 또한 모바일 환경에서 악성코드에 의해서 발생할 수 있는 MobiSign 서비스의 보안 위협을 분석한다.

Though accreditation demands considerable ongoing effort on the part of the college, about 10 percent of Korean engineering colleges has been accredited for 5years by ABEEK. It is true that engineering accreditation contributed the Korean engineering education to improve. Many engineering colleges which had prepared the engineering accreditation developed the integrating system for the engineering education, and over 50 engineering education research centers which assisted to programs in accreditation were founded. Also the faculty commitment to quality programs and excellence in teaching, continuous counseling for students, portfolio guiding and continuous quality improvement(CQI) etc. were performed for accreditation preparation. The engineering colleges preparing accreditation has made efforts for satisfying accreditation criteria, but it is difficult of modifying education systems which have been maintained by now. In addition, engineering colleges need guideline how to satisfy standards. The purpose of this study is to analyze draft statement of 4 universities which were evaluated in 2006 and to suggest the minimal resources for engineering colleges to prepare accreditation.

The purpose of this study is to understand the brand effectiveness of the small enterprise succession policy. small enterprise have a close relationship with consumers, it is necessary to examine the consumer effects of authentication policies. Therefore, the policy itself was identified as a brand, and the influence between brand image, attitude, and loyalty was attempted. As a result of the study, it was found that the brand image of the two factors of the policy had a positive effect on attitude and loyalty. Based on the research results, the necessity of evaluating policies from a business perspective was suggested. Above all, it will be meaningful in applying the concept of a brand to the policies used by consumers and examining the effects.

A digital certificate mandated by the Electronic Signature Act has become familiar in our daily lives as 95% of the economically active population hold certificates. Due to upgrades to 256 bit level security that have become effective recently, the security and reliability of digital certificates are expected to increase. Digital certificates based on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) have been known as "no big problem," but the possibility of password exposure in cases of leaked digital certificates still exists. To minimize this vulnerability, various existing studies have introduced alternative password methods, expansion of certificate storage media, and multiple certification methods. These methods perform enhanced functions but also have limitations including the fact that the secureness of passwords is not guaranteed. This study suggests an alternative method for enhancing the level of password secureness as a way to improve password security. This new method improves security management and enhances the convenience of using digital technologies. The results may be used for developing digital certificate related security technologies and research in the future.

한국정보통신기술협회(이하 TTA)는 2004월 1월부터 GSM 휴대폰에 대한 국제공인 인증시험을 제공하기 위해 시험설비 구축업무를 시작하여 지난 10월 1일부터 정식 인증시험을 제공하고 있다. 이에 본 고는 TTA가 제공하는 GSM 휴대폰 인증시험 종류, 시험장비, 시험서비스 장점 그리고 시험서비스 신청절차에 대하 소개하도록 한다.
