  • The speedy development of the world-wide web is rapidly growing the internet-based tools for the remote instruction. In interchanging and expressing the information of one another on the web, it is produced through the form of HTML(Hyoertext Text Markup Language). However, the structural disadvantage of the HTML is becoming to require a powerful XML(eXtensible Markup Language) which can store all the sphere of data, and transform them into another form. Nevertheless, because the powerful XML(eXtensible Markup Language). However necessary that XML standard should be applied appropriately. Because existing lecture data of cyber education sites cannot be shared, the users should passively use only the functions offered by cyber school. To solve the problem of this limit, in this study, the standardized data structure for XML is defined, and system model for processing between the server and the client is provided. By storing the lecture data of cyber education sites as XML on the web, stored data came to be reused without changing on any site. In the view of Users, they could used the Internet service with equipment that they want at any place and any time. To control any kinds of CK\LMS(Cyber Lecture Management System) for Administrator and Users, we offered a variety of Multimedia applications and an easy interface and built a new style of CLMS. Therefore, by strong and extracting the data related with the virtual education of the secondary school through the form of XML, for the effective interchange and sharing of the information, maximum utilization of the information can be achieved.

  • Korea's social cooperatives were enacted by law in December 2012. However, it is in the process of being settled and has not been established institutionally. So social cooperatives are failing. The purpose of this study is to reduce these failures. To this end, this study distinguished between co-operatives and social co-operatives. Also, the characteristics and concepts were identified. That is why we want to help our social cooperatives in Korea. The results based on the literature research are as follows. First, in order for domestic social co-operatives to be sustainable, the seven principles of co-operatives must be observed. In particular, the sixth principle is important. It is important to form a social cooperative association and to communicate with local cooperatives. Their communication is less likely to fail because they can share management support information, education, promotion, and strategies. Second, there is a need for a plan that can be applied not only to the government but also to general enterprises in order to support social co-operatives. Third, related policies of the government and the private sector should be designed and managed in an integrated manner to promote social cooperatives. Fourth, public relations should be promoted through campaigns to inform the public that the meaning of social cooperatives is for the public good. In addition, the government needs to build a program that fosters professionals who can foster social co-operatives. In conclusion, it is meaningful that this study suggests possible ways to develop social co-operatives in Korea, and provides support to the Korean government.

  • In this paper, novel internal antenna with its controllable resonant frequency is presented for triple-band or over mobile handsets. The operating range can include GSM(880${\~}$960 MHz), GPS(1,575$\pm$10 MHz), DCS(1,710${\~}$1,880 MHz), US-PCS(1,850${\~}$l,990 MHz), and W-CDMA(1,920${\~}$2,170 MHz). The proposed antenna is realized by combination of a half wavelength loaded line and a shorted monopole. A single shorting and feeding points are used and they are common to both antenna structures. By controlling a value of lumped inductance element between shorting point and ground plane, the antenna provides enough bandwidth to cover DCS, US-PCS, and W-CDMA respectively. When these higher bands are controlled by the values of inductance, resonant characteristics in GSM and GPS bands are maintained. In this work, maximum value of the inductor is limited within 3.3 nH to mitigate gain degradation from frequency tuning. As a result, measured maximum gain of antenna is -0.58${\~}$-0.30 dBi in the GSM band, -0.57${\~}$0.43 dBi in the GPS band and 0.38${\~}$1.15 dBi in the DCS/US-PCS/W-CDMA band. In higher band, the proposed antenna is certified that resonant frequency of about 240 MHz can be effectively controlled within gain variation of about 0.77 dB by simulation and measurement.

  • Yeast is immobilized upon $100{\mu}m$ CPG(controlled pore glass bead) to separate $Sb^{3+}$ and $Sb^{5+}$. Continuous hydride generation is performed after the bio-column. The optimum conditions are 0.8 M nitric acid as an eluent with the flow rate of 1.0 mL $min^{-1}$ and the optimum conditions for the generation of hydride are 2 M HCl, 3% (w/v) $NaBH_4$ with the flow rate of 0.83 mL $min^{-1}$, Ar carrier gas flow rate of 50 mL $min^{-1}$. Two species are separated at 112 and 354 seconds each. The sensitivity is enhanced by 10 times for $200{\mu}L$ of sample and the detection limits are 3.0 ppb and 7.0 ppb for $Sb^{3+}$ and $Sb^{5+}$, respectively. When compared with the standard samples, this method showed accurate results.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of educational training and psychosocial characteristics such as self-efficacy and social support on job involvement in dental hygienists. A total of 418 dental hygienists who were working in S, I and G area were recruited in this study. A self-administered questionnaire was used to evaluate individual and job characteristics, educational training, self-efficacy and social support of the study subjects. Hierarchical regression analysis was performed to examine the relationship of individual and job characteristics, educational training, self-efficacy and social support to job involvement. All statistical analyses were performed using the IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 20.0 for Windows, and p<0.05 was considered significant. The results show that learning experiences of liberal arts or social sciences as a part of college curriculum (t=-2.406), self-efficacy (t=3.728) and social support at work (t=4.391) were significantly associated with job involvement in dental hygienists. Dental hygienists who were having experiences of liberal arts or social sciences as a part of college curriculum, showing higher levels of self-efficacy, and receiving adequate social support from supervisors or coworkers at work were more likely to feel job involvement. They explained 17.4% of total variance of job involvement. This result suggests that experiences of liberal arts or social sciences as a part of college curriculum, higher levels of self-efficacy, and adequate social support from supervisors or coworkers at work might play an important role in increasing job involvement of dental hygienists. It is strongly required to develop individual and organizational program or training to promote a positive attitude to their job as a key professionals in the field of dental health, and to increase job involvement of dental hygienists.

  • Breathlessness is a frequent and distressing symptom in terminal cancer patients. Refractory breathlessness is defined as a state that does not respond to conventional disease-specific therapy with an exclusion of reversible underlying causes, and the main classes of symptomatic drug treatments include opioids and benzodiazepines. Korean Family Medicine Palliative Medicine Research Group discussed two terminal cancer patients in whom severe breathlessness with different causes were treated with inhalation of nebulized furosemide, which is an emerging option of palliative treatment. It still remains unclear how it becomes effective or how much it is effective, therefore, its routine use seems to be somewhat early. Nevertherless, if a patient with intractable breathlessness does not have a marked obstructive airway lesion, its use should be considered. Based on the discussion in the seminar, we want to share our experience of the application of inhaled furosemide with other palliative care practitioners and strongly recommend further research on this topic in the future.

  • In this study, we investigated how 'Scientific Inquiry Experiment,' a newly introduced subject under the 2015 revised curriculum, was implemented to identify the difficulties that science teachers face in the process of teaching the subject and to explore how to support them through online survey and interview methods. A questionnaire of the survey, which consisted of environmental factors of class, preparation and execution of class, teacher self-evaluation of class, and direction for the subject, was developed, and the online survey was requested with a response from one teacher per school from 1674 high schools nationwide. We analyzed the results from 814 teachers who answered all required questions, and we also conducted interviews and online advisory discussions to ensure the validity of our analysis. In the results of the study, teachers complained of lack of time for preparation and execution of the subject, and they demanded laboratory assistants and quality teaching materials. In addition, in order to achieve the goal of the subject, they agreed the necessity of using the 'block scheduling' though they also agreed the difficulties of its implementation. Meanwhile, the alteration of guidelines for evaluation, which was changed from 9-grade system to 3-grade system, was positively recognized by teachers. As a result of this change, the percentage of performance assessment increased in 2019 compared to 2018, but there were no significant changes in the number of 'hands-on activity.' Finally, we proposed ways to support 'scientific inquiry experiment'.

  • The purpose of this paper is to suggest to tackle the problem of poor cooperation in space activities, by re-examining the nature of the competitive political environment, and by building up a normative overarching framework, One of the most acute problems that hampers regional cooperation is the U.S. influence as represented in the MTCR, a supplier's cartel, as was evidenced in the ill-fate of the 2001 launch contract between China and Korea the next year. Notably China, the third space power in the world, has not been allowed to join the MTCR despite her application in June 2004. A possible reconciliation between China and the MTCR over her application for a partnership would set a cornerstone in building up a cooperative environment in the Northeast Asia. Just as the Helsinki process was an overarching norm building framework, comprising human rights, security and environmental issues, it would be desirable that a future peace framework in Northeast Asia dealing with the pending issues of Korean peninsula should also comprise of such broad issues as one relating to cooperation in space activities in the region. South Korea could tap expertise from her neighbor China. When South Korea become an independent space power either with her own technology or otherwise, she would be in a better position to play a role as a balancer in coordinating between the two neighboring space giants. It is remarkable that the Japanese led APRSAT has contributed much in establishing Sentinel Asia as a part of the Disaster Management Scheme, in that each participant, whether it be a state agency, or a private entity like a university or a research institute, can tap the common data to contribute to the common good of safety.
