In this study, we analyzed the current status and limitations of software education in A education universities. In order to solve these problems, technical support assistant teachers were employed and operated. During the course of the course, we conducted interviews with the instructor and the technical support teacher. The satisfaction of the teacher in the training school was high and I wanted to be supported continuously. It also called for the capacity building of assistant teachers and the establishment of a pool of staff. On the other hand, the assistant teachers suggested that the role assignment of team teaching should be clarified and a guide of activities should be presented. The technical assistance assistant teacher input system discussed in this study may be different from the practice system of each university, and generalization may be limited. Therefore, it is expected that the effective implementation method will be shared and the software education will be activated.

The purpose of this study was to develop an ICT education program using films to understand and expand of the Interpersonal Caring Theory (ICT). The study was conducted from February 2020 to October 2020. The films were selected by analyzing 10 elements of ICT and the program was developed according to Kolb's Experience Learning Model. 11 experienced nurses participated in the pilot operation of the program and evaluated the validity of the films as experts. The films selected for the ICT education program included The Blind Side (Noticing), Babette's Feast (Participation), Good Will Hunting (Sharing), The King's Speech (Active-listening), The Cure (Companioning), Mr. Holland's Opus (Complimenting), Patch Adams (Comforting), The Shawshank Redemption (Hoping), Mission (Forgiving), The Throne (Accepting). The program consisted of a total of 12 sessions, and each session included discussion questions for the steps of the Experimental Learning Model. After the program was piloted, it was found that the selected films were considered appropriate (I-CVI=0.98) as a result of evaluating the feasibility of films selection according to ICT elements. The developed ICT education program using films can be used to enhance caring competencies of nurses and nursing college students.

Proptech, which has applied information technology to the real estate market, is leading real estate transaction innovation by presenting various value creation models. This study categorizes and understands values that are created and shared in proptech-based businesses, and develops evaluation data that reflects the relative importance of individual value areas. To this end, the dimension of value creation of proptech was hierarchically constructed, and the degree of relative value creation of the sub-industries of the proptech industry was evaluated. In order to grasp the relative importance of the proposed indicators, AHP analysis was conducted for industry and academic experts. In the first stage, intangible values, relational values, and advanced values were presented. It was derived as weights between indicators through two-way comparison. This study aims to improve and develop the value-creation capability of the entire Korean proptech ecosystem in the future by evaluating the value-created competence of each sector of the proptech industry.

In the database design course, the team project is a very important process to develop students' database design competencies. In order to carry out team projects smoothly, active interaction between students and the professor as well as collaboration among team members are very important. However, a full uncontacted class was suddenly decides in the first semester of 2020, it was questionable whether it would be possible to effectively manage this course, where team projects to construct database take up a big portion. However team projects were able to proceed without major problems through interaction using real-time video media such as zoom, and discussions, quizzes, and Q&A supported by the online education support system (LMS), and online presentations, mutual evaluations, and so on. This paper shares the experience of managing engineering team projects in uncontacted classes and based on three surveys introduces desirable improving directions of this instruction and some suggestions to improve uncontacted classes overall.

This study aims to investigate and analyze the current status of book curation operation in elementary school libraries in Busan and the perception of librarians, and then to propose a plan to activate book curation in school libraries. A list of 304 school libraries in the Busan area was secured using the current status of school libraries in the 2021 National Library Statistical System. And then after selecting 121 school libraries with librarians, 83 schools that decided to participate in the survey were selected as final research subjects. Based on the current status of book curation operation and the results of the librarian's perception survey, the following are proposed as a way to activate the book curation of the school library: 1) expansion and provision of specialized formal education on book curation, 2) development and dissemination of materials related to the operation of school library book curation, 3) continuous efforts of librarians to strengthen the capacity for book curation, 4) between school library librarians collaboration and information sharing.

The Russian-Ukraine war is accompanied by a military armed conflict and cyberattacks are in progress. As Russia designated Korea as an unfriendly country, there is an urgent need to prepare countermeasures as the risk of cyberattacks on Korea has also increased. Accordingly, impact of 19 cyberattack cases were analyzed by their type, and characteristics and implications were derived by examining them from five perspectives, including resource mobilization and technological progress. Through this, a total of seven measures were suggested as countermeasures for the Korean government, including strengthening multilateral cooperation with value-sharing countries, securing cyberattack capabilities and strengthening defense systems, and preparing plans to connect with foreign security companies. The results of this study can be used to establish the Korean government's cybersecurity policy.

The purpose of this study is to introduce this language model in the era of generative AI such as ChatGPT, and to provide direction for data literacy education components in libraries using it. To this end, the following three research questions are proposed. First, the technical features of ChatGPT-like language models are examined, and then, it is argued that data literacy education is necessary for the proper and accurate use of information by users using a service platform based on generative AI technology. Finally, for library data literacy education in the ChatGPT era, it is proposed a data literacy education scheme including seven components such as data understanding, data generation, data collection, data verification, data management, data use and sharing, and data ethics. In conclusion, since generative AI technologies such as ChatGPT are expected to have a significant impact on users' information utilization, libraries should think about the advantages, disadvantages, and problems of these technologies first, and use them as a basis for further improving library information services.

It is not easy to achieve the essential goal of knowledge management, which is to strengthen individual competence and organizational competitiveness, only by collecting distributed knowledge in the centralized knowledge repository conducted so far. In order to establish a sustainable knowledge ecosystem, we must expand knowledge production through exchange and cooperation, not independent knowledge production. Through this, producing meaningful and high-value knowledge resources becomes possible. Therefore, this study aims to design an integrated service platform that stores science and technology knowledge resources and reproduces and evolves knowledge through opening, sharing, and utilization. In order to evaluate its excellence, Five experts evaluated the designed platform on detailed items classified into planning adequacy, platform effectiveness, platform efficiency, and roadmap adequacy. The evaluation score averaged 95.56 points for the above four evaluation items.

Objective: This study is to design an intervention model for local residents to manage their oral health on their own. By establishing an autonomous participatory network without the intervention of external experts, it is possible to actively practice toothbrushing and use preventive services. Method: This is a case report study, and oral health education was conducted after interviews with 8 members of the Health Plus Village Committee in the N region of Hongcheon-gun and 156 residents of the senior center. Result: To foster oral health guardians in the community and to change behavior by actively sharing information and communicating with residents. It was confirmed that the Health Plus Village Committee was influential in spreading information, means, and interest about toothbrushing practices and preventive dental services to neighbors. Conclusion: In order to implement continuous resident-led oral health projects, resident-led village projects led by the Health Plus Village Committee should be activated through repeated empowerment education.

The performance capability of the future battlefield depends on whether the next-generation technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, called ABCMS (AI, Bigdata, Cloud, Mobile, Security), can be applied to secure innovative defense capabilities It is no exaggeration to say. In addition, the future military operation environment is rapidly changing into a net work-oriented war (NCW) in which all weapon systems mutually share battlefield information and operate in real-time within a single integrated information and communication network based on the network and is expanding to the scope of operation of the manned and unmanned complex combat system. In particular, communication networks responsible for high-speed and hyperconnectivity require high viability and efficiency in power operation based on multi-tier (defense mobile, satellite, M/W, wired) networks for the connection of multiple combat elements and smooth distribution of information. From this point of view, this study is different from conventional single-media, single-path transmission with fixed specifications, It is an artificial intelligence-based transmission technology using RNN (Recurrent Neural Networks) algorithm and load distribution during traffic congestion using available communication wired and wireless infrastructure multimedia simultaneously and It is the development of MMMP-Multi-Media Multi-Path adaptive network technology.
