This study proposed a research model based on self-determination theory and unified theory of acceptance and use of technology to explain the factors influencing intention to use sharing economy services. A total of 392 responses were collected, and structural equation analysis was performed with AMOS 22.0. The results are summarized as follows. First, self-technological aptness and trust had a positive effect on intention to use sharing economy services. Second, access bigger market and environmental friendliness had a positive effect on intention to use sharing economy services. Third, intention to use sharing economy services had a positive effect on actual usage of sharing economy services. Finally, benefits was found to strengthen the relationship between intention to use sharing economy services and actual usage of sharing economy services. The findings of this study would provide a theoretical framework for sharing economy services and important information for understanding individuals using the sharing economy services.

P2P 환경의 파일 공유 서비스는 많은 사용자들에 의해 널리 이용됨으로써 거대한 분산 컴퓨팅 환경으로 이끌어 낸다. 이것은 기존의 파일 공유 서비스 이외에 프로세스 공유 측면에서도 좋은 환경을 제공할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 P2P의 파일 공유 서비스 사용 형태를 기반으로 프로세스 공유를 위한 협업시스템을 설계한다. 제시된 시스템은 P2P에서 발생가능한 Peer들간의 집중현상을 간접적으로 줄이고 다수의 Peef들 간의 분산된 컴퓨팅 능력을 제공함으로써 기존 파일 공유 환경에 효율적인 분산환경을 제공할 수 있다.

This study suggests a way to implement shared economic model of educational service in service era. As most shared economic models are innovating high-cost, low-quality structures in existing economies, there is a need for innovation models that improve high-cost low-quality structures to high-quality, low-cost structures in education services. Especially, since higher education and lifelong education are in urgent need of innovation, this study studied shared university model focused on higher education and lifelong education. In order to provide educational services at low cost and high quality, it is necessary to use idle resources, so it is necessary to introduce a shared economic model. Shared universities require a more efficient and effective supplier quality control, as the existing limited supplier group become widespread. Normative quality control is also needed to cultivate students as competent talent. In addition, in order to provide high-quality higher education services at a low cost, it is necessary to base the process quality management using advanced science and technology. Therefore, educational service quality management is a process of quality control that is well-balanced in terms of suppliers, customers, and processes.

서비스화(servitization)와 공유경제 패러다임이 확산되면서 서비스 산업에서도 IT기술을 융합시킨 다양한 형태의 새로운 비즈니스가 성공적으로 정착되고 있다. 특히 대중교통 서비스 산업에서 우버(Uber) 택시는 IT기술과 공유경제 개념을 절묘하게 접목시킨 새로운 차원의 성공적인 공유택시 비즈니스 모델로 자리매김하였고, IT기술을 적용한 교통예약 소프트웨어는 공유택시의 차별적 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 중요한 수단이 되고 있다. 공유택시 예약 프로그램은 택시이용자에게 신속하고 편리함을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 에너지 절약, 교통체증으로 인한 스트레스 완화 등의 많은 사회적 혜택과 이익을 제공하고 있기 때문에, 여러 분야에서 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 최근 중국에서는 보다 진보된 공유택시 예약 프로그램이 공유택시에 접목되면서 공유택시 이용객이 급히 증가하고 있으며, 이와 함께 공유택시 차별화에 핵심적인 역할을 하는 소프트웨어 시장의 경쟁도 가속화 되고 있다. 그러나, 이용객을 대상으로 강력범죄 발생빈도 증가와 이로 인한 부정적인 여론의 급속한 확산은 공유택시 산업발전에 심각한 방해요인이 되고 있지만, 근본적인 해결방법에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 공유택시 예약 프로그램에 이용객의 안전을 위한 컨텐츠 개발과 적용을 통해 공유택시 이용객의 불안해소와 공유택시 산업 발전에 기여할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 중국현지의 공유택시 이용객을 대상으로 실증연구를 진행할 계획이며, 고객여정맵(CJM)과 Kano 분석을 통해 결과와 시사점을 도출할 계획이다.

본 논문은 그리드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 필요한 서비스 및 자원 정보를 OGSA(Open Grid Services Architecture) 기반하에 P2P(Peer-to-Peer) 메커니즘을 이용하여 제공하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 기존의 집중화된 그리드 정보 서비스의 구조와는 달리 자원 및 서비스에 대한 정보를 VO(Virtual Organization) 단위의 분산된 형태로 유지하고, VO 정보를 공유함으로써 그리드 정보 서비스들 간의 전역적인 정보 공유가 가능해진다. 본 논문에서는 VO 정보 공유를 가능하게 하는 VO Finder 서비스를 설계하고 구현한다. 그리드 환경을 이용하는 사용자는 VO 정보 공유를 통해 전역적인 서비스 및 자원 정보를 모두 제공받음으로써 OGSA 환경하에서 필요한 서비스 및 자원을 선택하여 이용할 수 있다.

웹 서비스(Web Services)는 XML(extensible Markup Language)에 기반을 두고 있어 이기종 시스템간의 자연스러운 데이터 공유와 통신을 가능하게 한다. 또한 웹 서비스 기술은 서비스 제공자가 만든 서비스를 proxy object의 호출을 통해 필요한 곳에서 시스템 환경에 구애받지 않고 사용할 수 있게 한다는 데에 큰 의미가 있다 웹 서비스 기술을 기반으로 구축된 시스템은 프로그램의 재사용성을 높일 수 있고, 이기종 시스템간의 상호운영성을 좋게 하며 사용자는 보다 양질의 서비스를 제공받을 수 있게 한다. 웹 서비스의 이러한 특성으로 인해 웹 서비스를 기반으로 하는 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 아직 웹 서비스 기술과 보안기술을 적용한 시스템에 대한 개발 사례가 미흡하다. 본 논문은 웹 서비스의 특징과 장점을 부각시킨 웹서비스 기반의 서비스 공유 시스템을 제안하고, WS-Security 기술을 적용해 안전한 서비스 공유 시스템이 되도록 설계하고 안전성과 효율성을 분석한다.

본 고에서는 사용자가 모바일 환경에서 자신의 ID 정보를 효율적으로 공유하기 위한 ID 공유 게이트웨이 기술에 대해 기술하고 있다. ID 공유 게이트웨이는 모바일 환경에서 ID 정보 공유시 문제가 될 수 있는 프로토콜 변환 및 메시지 보안 기능을 전담하여 처리하는 것이 목적이다. 이러한 게이트웨이 기술은 향후 ID 공유 기술을 이용한 다양한 음복함 서비스를 모바일 웹 응용서비스에서도 가능하게 한다는 의미를 가지고 있다.

There is a recognition that traditional resource sharing methods such as interlibrary lending and document delivery are now inadequate to meet user needs in the increasingly networked environment. The current study identifies barriers to resource sharing and provides analysis of stakeholders engaged in resource sharing. Focused interviews with six professional librarians were also carried out to seek out deeper understanding of perceptions of barriers among librarians. Results show that the size of the library was not necessarily result in active resource sharing. There was a wide gap among librarians in terms of their attitudinal and organizational orientations towards resource sharing. Barriers specifically identified in the study include the narrowly defined notion among librarians of what constitutes research and the untested fear of swamping where there is an imbalance of collections. Overall, while resource sharing is recognized as an integral part of library services, it seriously lacks funding and staff. The study recommends earnest efforts to build librarians' community to invigorate resource sharing among libraries.

현재 서비스되고 있는 주요 P2P 솔루션들은 파일 공유, 전자상거래 등의 단일 서비스 위주로 구성되어 있으며, 이를 위한 저장소 또한 솔루션에서 제공하는 서비스 위주로 설계되어 있다 그러나, 향후 P2P 네트워크상에 전자상거래, 지식공유, Collaboration 등의 여러 서비스를 동시 구현하기 위해서는 다양한 환경 및 서비스를 지원할 수 있는 인프라와 이러한 요구사항에 따른 개선된 저장소를 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 서비스의 구현이 용이하며, PC, 웹, 모바일 환경에서 연동이 가능하도록 지원하는 XML 기반 Global Peer-to-Peer 엔진(글로벌 P2P 엔진)의 저장소 설계에 대하여 다룬다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 저장소는 P2P 네트워크를 이용한 스토리지 공유 기능을 지원한다. 이를위하여 저장매체에 대해 투명성을 제공하도록 메모리, 디스크의 데이터에 직접 억세스 하는 스토리지 인터페이스를 설계하였으며, 멀티미디어 등의 공유 컨텐츠에 대한 메타데이터를 XML로 구성하고 관리하는 기능을 설계함으로써 효율적인 검색이 가능하도록 하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 P2P 엔진의 저장소 설계로 구현될 P2P 서비스는 XML을 이용한 이기종 플랫폼간에 데이터를 교환할 수 있으며, 여러 종류로 구성된 데이터의 효율적인 검색 방법과 피어간 디스크 공유 기능을 지원할 수 있을 것이다.

P2P 파일 공유 시스템에서 서비스를 이용하는 모든 사용자들은 동등한 권한으로 자유롭게 여러 사용자들의 공유 파일을 이용할 수 있기 때문에, 자신의 파일에 대한 공유 없이 다른 사용자들의 공유 파일을 다운로드만 하는 "free riding" 문제가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 기존 P2P 서비스에 "평판" 정보를 적용하여 피어의 서비스 기여도를 고려함으로써 "free riding" 문제를 해결할 수 있는 새로운 P2P 파일 공유 서비스를 제안한다.
