물리적으로 분산된 환경에서 진행하는 대규모 과제에서는 참여자 간 의사소통에 많은 비용이 들고, 의사결정을 위한 공유 자료의 신뢰성도 확보하기 어렵다. 이를 해결하기 위해 K-Hub와 Redmine을 적용한 협업 시스템을 구축하여 과제를 진행하고 있다. 기존의 오피스 툴을 활용한 과제관리방식에서 K-Hub와 Redmine를 도입함으로써 과제 내 의사소통 및 과제 정보 공유 환경을 구축하여, 과제관리에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 절약하고 참여자들에게 제공되는 정보의 신뢰성을 확보하였다. 문서의 관리비용을 줄이고, 과제 참여자에게 제공되는 정보에 대한 신뢰성 확보하여, 빠른 의사결정과 효과적인 의사소통의 기반을 실현하였다. 결국 불필요한 관리 업무를 최소화 하였고, 관리의 편리성을 향상 시켰다.

블록체인으로 물류부문에서의 플랫폼을 구죽하고 이를 통해 국내외 유관기관 사용자들을 연동하여 정보를 안전하게 공유하고 물류부문에서의 생산성을 도모하고자 하는 노력이 국내외에서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 관세청의 통관물류 블록체인 플랫폼구축, 삼성 SDS의 젤로에서 딜리버로 이어지는 물류플랫폼 구축, 케이엘넷의 블록체인형 물류입줄항관리 이외에 다양한 프로젝트들이 있다. 해외에서는 머스크와 아이비엠의 블록체인형 글로벌 물류플랫폼인 TRADELENS 프로젝트, 전세계 항만네트워크사업자들의 모임인 IPCSA 에서 추진하는 블록체인형 전자선하증권등을 들 수 있다. 하지만 물류라는 것이 관련 기관들이 워낙 다양하고 이용되고 있는 서류들이 많아서 쉽게 블록체인으로 플랫폼이 구현되기는 어려울 수 있다. 물류부분의 플랫폼은 기술의 문제라기 보다는 업무 처리 및 이해당사자들의 문서호환 및 정보 공유 또는 보호의 문제이기 때문이다. 새로운 기술로 거론되고 있는 블록체인을 효과적으로 잘 이해하고 우리의 물류부문의 경쟁력을 제고시키는 위해서는 블록체인 플랫폼구축에 대해 보다 바른 방법으로의 접근과 시스템구현이 무엇보다 절실하다 이에 국내외 블록체인 플랫폼 구현현황을 살펴보고 이에 대한 문제점 및 대 응방안을 모색하며 미래의 바람직한 플랫폼 구현방안을 제시하고자 한다.

악성코드의 수가 급격히 늘어나면서, 최근에는 하루에도 수 만개의 신 변종 악성코드가 쏟아져 나온다. 악성코드로 인한 국내 피해를 줄이기 위해 한국인터넷진흥원에서는 신 변종 악성코드를 즉각적으로 분석하고 분석 결과를 공유하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 하지만 악성코드를 정의하고 분류하는 방침에 있어서 표준화된 규칙이 없어 악성 코드 분석 결과를 공유하는 대에 어려움이 따른다. 본 논문에서는 현재의 악성코드 정의 및 분류 방안에 대한 한계점을 개선하기 위해 악성-속성을 규정하고 이를 이용한 악성 코드 정의 및 분류 방안에 대해 제시한다.

정보통신 기술의 발달로 무분별한 사이버 공격에 노출되어 있기 때문에 정보보안의 기술이 중요해지고 있다. 이중 침입 탐지 시스템은 방화벽과 더불어 시스템 및 네트워크 보안을 위한 대표적인 수단으로, 현재까지 네트워크 기반인 NIDS와 호스트 기반인 HIDS에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어졌다. 이러한 침입 탐지에 대한 CTI(Cyber Threat Intelligence)를 공유하기 위해 다양한 CTI 프레임워크를 사용하여 CTI 정보를 공유하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 CVE기반의 OpenIOC와 Snort 및 OSSEC에서 생성된 Raw Data를 결합하여 새로운 CTI 프레임 워크를 제안한다. 제안된 시스템을 테스트하기 위해서는 CVE 분석을 기반으로한 Kali Linux로 공격을 진행한다, 이를 통해 생성된 데이터는 시간이 지남에 따라 축적된 데이터를 저장 및 검색을 위해 대규모 분산 처리 시스템과도 결합이 필요할 것으로 예상되며 추후 딥러닝 기술을 활용하면 지능형 지속 위협을 분석하는데 용이할 것으로 예상된다.

This purpose of this study is for an Airline company to discover and utilize new knowledge because knowledge and information are considered core tools for achieving high performance and competitive advantage, and achieving high performance and competitive advantage will surely determine the long-term survival of airline companies. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the causal relationships among different types of organizational culture, the knowledge sharing activities and the effectiveness of organizational work by airline members from a holistic viewpoint. The results of analysis are as follows. First, when examining the effects of the organizational culture types of airline members on knowledge sharing, a creative innovation culture, a relational group culture and a hierarchical orientation culture all showed positive effects on knowledge sharing. Second, the knowledge sharing by airline members showed a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of organizational work. Third, the creative innovation culture, the relational group culture and the hierarchical orientation culture all showed positive effects on the effectiveness of organizational work. Fourth, knowledge sharing did not have a mediating effect on the relationship between organizational culture and the effectiveness of organizational work.

In this paper, we design and implement a public bicycle sharing system based on smart phone application capable of distributing access codes via internet connection. When smartphone user uses the application to request a bicycle unlock code, server receives the request and sends an encrypted code, which is used to unlock the bicycle at the station and the same code is used to return the bicycle. The station's hardware prototypes were built on top of Internet devices such as raspberry pi, arduino, keypad, and motor driver, and smartphone application basically includes shared bike rental and return functionality. It also includes an additional feature of reservation for a certain time period. We tested the implemented system, and found that it is efficient because it shows the average of 3-4 seconds delay. The system can be implemented to manage multiple bikes with a single control box, and as the user can use a smartphone application, this makes the system more cost effective.

In this paper, we consider the frequency sharing feasibility of Fixed Satellite Service (FSS) with Microwave Landing System (MLS) allocated in the C-band. On the basis of characteristics of MLS and FSS suggested by ITU and safety standards of MLS by ICAO, three interference scenarios are built and numerical simulations are carried out for investigating the frequency sharing between the two systems. From the simulation results, we calculate the separation distance between MLS and FSS ground antennas, required for frequency sharing by employing standard protection limits regulating the interference to noise ratio (I/N) of the receiver.

최근 4차 산업혁명 시대 도래에 따른 빅데이터가 이슈화 되고 정부의 공공 데이터 개방? 공유 정책 등으로 정부의 R&D 정보화 서비스도 다양화되고 있다. 특히 해양수산 R&D사업은 해양이라는 공간적 제약으로 선박 및 특수 장비 등을 사용함에 따라 연구비 단가가 상대적으로 높은 실정임에도 해양수산 연구 자료 및 관측자료가 통합적으로 관리되지 않고, 사업별 기관별로 산발적으로 관리되고 있어, 이에 따라 연구 DB 통합관리의 수요가 제기 되고 있다. 이에 해양수산 R&D사업에서는 사업별 통합 DB 구축사업이 진행되고 있고, '관할해역해양정보 공동활용시스템(JOISS)'이 대표적이라 할 수 있다. JOISS는 2012년부터 시작된 '관할해역 해양정보 공동활용체계 구축'과제를 통해 자료 표준화 연구와 함께 해양과학조사 분야의 R&D과제들과 실시간 해양관측망으로부터 산출되는 데이터를 수집하고, 정보서비스를 구현한 시스템이다. 2016년 1차 시스템 구축을 완료하여 현재 서비스를 진행하고 있다. 한편, 해양관측 데이터 수집 공유 서비스 외 해양수산 R&D사업과 연계된 다양한 정보들을 나누고 소통하는 온라인 장을 구현하기 위해 '해양수산 R&D 지식정보 시스템(OFRIS)' 개발사업이 별도로 진행되고 있다. OFRIS는 해양수산 R&D사업을 통한 데이터의 원할한 수집 및 품질관리 등의 문제를 보완하고, 그 외에도 사업별로 분산 관리되고 있는 R&D 관련 정보를 연계하고, 기술공급자와 수요자를 직접 연결해 주는 '개방형 기술 정보 중개 시스템'으로의 역할, 국내외 해양수산 R&D관련 정책 연구 산업 동향을 엄선하여 제공하는 등 해양수산 R&D 종합 포털로서 기능구현을 목표하고 있다. 2017년 말 1단계 개발 완료를 앞두고 있으며, 1단계에서는 시급성 높고, 수요가 많은 (1) R&D동향, (2) 과제이력, (3) 연구성과, (4) 기술거래, (5) DB공유 등 5대 기능을 우선 구현하고, 2단계에서는 통계자료 생산 및 분석 기능 강화, 3단계에서는 해양수산 산업통계, 인력, 교육 등의 정보를 서비스하는 포털로 확장할 계획이다. JOISS, OFRIS를 개발하는 과정에서는 해양수산 R&D의 정보를 수집 관리 하는데 있어 다양한 현안 문제 등이 도출되었으며, 그 중에서도 연구자들의 자발적 데이터 제공 협조, 데이터의 표준화 및 품질검증, 구축된 데이터의 활용 및 피드백 등에 대해 구체적이고 현실적인 대응 방안이 요구된다.

This article aims at exploring the convergence and sharing of cultural tastes among Northeast Asian countries by analyzing TV drama "Boys over flower", based on the original Japanese manga and produced in Korea, China, Japan and Taiwan in the $21^{st}$ century. It explores the expectation and desire of the mass who have taken pleasure in watching it in each country as well. This article argues that the sharing of the sensitivities and tastes of young women, the main consumer of the drama, by the mass of the four countries, are an important cultural phenomenon in that it reveals the emergence of "girl" as an active cultural consumer, who had been the object of a restraint and strict protection of the bourgeois family structure.

광케이블을 이용한 기가비트 이더넷은 8B/10B 선로부호 방식을 채택하여 전이중 통신뿐만 아니라 CSMA/CD 방식의 반이중 통신을 지원토록 규정되어 있다. 또한 링크를 공유하고 있는 2대의 1000BASE-X 장치 사이에 구성정보를 교환하여 가장 적합한 통신모드로 동작시킬 수 있는 자동절충 기능을 지원해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 비교적 기능이 간단하고 구현이 용이한 기존의 전이중 방식만의 PCS 설계 방법과 비교하여 반이중 방식까지 지원할 수 있는 PCS 부계층을 기가비트 이더넷 스위치 시스템의 ASIC 칩 안에 구현한 적용 예를 바탕으로 PCS 설계 규격, 구조 및 방법 등을 제시한다.
