This study assessed female occupational therapist job stress and musculoskeletal pain, and examines the problems caused by sexual harassment, family, and marriage policy. The results provide information to improve work environments, reduce job stress, yield data needed for sexual harassment prevention education, examine women occupational therapists' economic activities, and broadly improve the quality of life through participation. The study subjects were currently employed female occupational therapists. Initially 200 subjects were recruited, of whom 185 returned the study questionnaire. Questions addressing job stress included, 'There are times when one feels that the salary is worth less than the job effort', 'Feel tired due to work.', 'That it is time to pay attention to other therapy.', answered positively in that order. Musculoskeletal pain in the wrist and hand (90%), shoulder (86%), neck (69.7%) and waist (68.6%) were the order of the wrist and hand (63%), shoulder (62.2%) and waist (51.9%) pain resulted in interference with daily life. Verbal harassment was reported by 71.4% and 48.6% reported physical and visual harassment. The most common topics in workplace relations were 'Must choose whether to focus on the individual or work (61.1%).', 'Need for understanding and someone who can share their feelings (54.6%).', and 'Colleagues are willing to listen to my story (73%)'.

반도체와 그의 응용소자는 지난 20여년간 눈부식 발전을 이룩하였다. 이는 주로 단결정의 제작기술 진보에 의한 것으로 본다. 그러나 최근 단결정과는 전연 다른 유리질반도체가 국제회의에서도 그 우수성을 의논하기에 이르렀다. 유리질 반도체가 주목을 끌게 된겻은 1968년 Ovshinsky가 "무질서 구조에 있어서 가역적 스위칭현상"이라는 논문이 발표되고 유리질 반도체를 사용한 Ovonic 스위칭 소자의 출현에 기인된다. 유리질 반도체가 전기스위칭 작용, 기억작용을 나타낸다고 하는 Ovshinsky의 발표는 전자제치로서의 응용에 대해 찬반되는 의견이 있었지만 물성적 연구의 교량적인 역할을했다고 할 수 있다. 이런 반도체에 속하는 재료는 호칭도 여러가지로 유리질반도체, 비정질반도체 무정형반도체등으로 불리어진다. 단결정체가 각 격자간에 장거리질서를 갖는 반면 유리질 반도체는 무질서한 구조로 각 격자간에 단거리 질서를 갖는 것이 단결정과는 본질적으로 다른 점이라 본다. 유리 반도체의 종류는 첫째, 원소성 유리반도체로서 Ge, Si, Se, Te 들과 같이 단일원소로 된 겻과, 둘째 IV, V, VI족 원소로 된 공유결합 합금인 As$_{2}$Se$_{3}$-As$_{2}$Te$_{3}$ 계 Ge Si As Te계등의 칼코게나이드 유리등으로 금지대는 어느 것이나 2eV이하이다. 셋째 이론결합인 SiO $Al_{2}$O$_{3}$ Ta$_{2}$O$_{3}$Si$_{3}$N$_{4}$등의 산화물 및 질화물로 대표되는 분자성 비정질 물질로서 금지대는 2eV보다 큰 세종류로 크게 분류할 수 있다. 분류할 수 있다. 한다. 단 개개의 문제에 관한 구체적인 해석 또는 검토에 관하여는 다음 기회에 미루기로하고, 우선 여기서는 당면문제로서 대처하지 않으면 안될 자동주파수제어문제및 계통의 경제운용문제만에 한정하여, 이것을 우리나라의 현상과 관련시켜 개설하고, 이들의 자동화에 관한 기본적인 문제를 간단히 적어 보겠다. 가능하다. 제작완료된 ASIC은 기능시험을 완료했으며 실제 line-of-sight(LOS) 시스템 구현에 적용중이다. 시대를 살아 갈 회원들이다. Korean government had used public 'credit guarantee schemes' (CGS) as a counter-cyclical measure. However, it is still controversial about the effectiveness of policy financing on the SMEs. Criticism on policy financing involves the argument that supporting enterprises hampers competition and innovation of SMEs by increasing their dependence on the government and delays the exit of marginal firms. In this paper, we investigate how to effectively build up the rationale of running public CGSs. At the same time, we propose the ways to coexist of public credit guarantee and market-based private finance system for SMEs. First, CGS, as a counter-cyclical function, must coexist with the private financial system by compensating the market failure caused by pro-cyclical behavior of the private financial market. Second, CGS has the comparative advantages, compared to both the interest rate policy of the central bank and fiscal policy of the government. The credit guarantee is the symptomatic treatment that could revitalize the economy shortly by providing liquidity. Also, knowing that CGS is provided based on the leverage ratio defined by outstanding guarantee divided by capital fund, public 'credit guarantee' (CG) has an advantage that is free from the risk of government deficit. Third, the reason for existence of the CGS should be founded in supporting services for SMEs, available only in a public sector that is difficult to expect from private banks. In this regard, it is desirable to strengthen the publicness of credit guarantee over the support for start-ups, growing companies, the improvement of productivity, increase of exports, a long-term investment in facilities, the employment-creating businesses, and innovative enterprises.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a successful operating strategy of co-working space. Therefore, the operating elements were identified through a literature research. And then, verified through site investigation and interview of operation managers. We found out that the high level operating elements are 'Co-working management', 'Membership management' and 'Supporting management' And the low level elements of Co-working management are 'Relationship facilitation', 'Networking event & Party' and 'Community & Communication', Membership management's are 'Service diversity & Price plan', 'Promotion & PR' and 'Alliance & Partnership', Supporting management's are 'Space & Interior', 'Facility & Device, Solution' and 'Mentoring & Education'. And the questionnaire was designed and conducted to Co-working space operators through the AHP method. As a result of the collected data analyzing, the highest priority was the operational element 'Community & Communication', and 'space and interior' is next, 'Service diversity & Price plan' is the third. The results were discussed with the relevant experts and it presents the following operating strategies. First, to create an environment suitable to voluntary coworking is the most important element. In particular, good management of 'Community & Communication' should be considered as a high priority operations strategy in a coworking space. Second, interior and space utilization helps in making the environment and atmosphere conducive to coworking. Office devices and facilities such as IT infra, printer, fax, scan, paper...etc are also important elements. But the reason why these necessary items are given a low priority is that these items don't need any special strategy. Third, in order to create a stable profit, 'Service diversity & Price plan' should be the characteristics of each coworking space because it will attract and secure enough customers. This study is valuable, it could be a great guideline for coworking space in an early stage to adopt operating model and strategy

Due to advance in multimedia applications and integrated Internet services, the optical access networks have been actively studied. In particular, Ethernet passive optical network (EPON) has received much attention due to high bandwidth provision with low cost. In EPON system, the data transmission is carried out in two directions: downstream (from OLT to ONU) and upstream (from ONU to OLT). The downstream data is broadcasted to every ONUs, while the upstream data is point-to-point transmitted between each ONU and OLT, where the uplink is shared by all ONUs in the form of TDMA. The bandwidth allocation algorithm is required to efficiently manage the bandwidth on the uplink. The limited algorithm was proposed to enhance the capability of dynamic bandwidth allocation. In this paper, we propose the adaptive limited algorithm to enhance the shortcomings of limited algorithm. The adaptive limited algorithm enhances the dynamics on bandwidth allocation, and at the same time controls the fairness on packet delay. Through the computer simulations, it is shown that the adaptive limited algorithm achieves high dynamic on bandwidth allocation, maintains a good fairness on packet delay between ONUs, and keeps the fairness on the bandwidth on the demand basis.

Recently, the importance of software education is growing because computational thinking of software education is recognized as a key means of future economic development. Also human resources who will lead the 4th industrial revolution need convergence and creativity, computational thinking based on critical thinking, communication, and collaborative learning is known to be effective in creativity education. Software education is also a time needed to reflect social issues such as collaboration with developers sharing interests and open source development methods. Github is a leading social coding site that facilitates collaborative work among developers and supports community activities in open software development. In this study, we apply operational cases of basic learning of social coding sites, learning for storage server with sources and outputs of lectures, and open collaborative learning by using Github. And we propose educational model consisted of four stages: Introduction to Github, Using Repository, Applying Social Coding, Making personal portfolio and Assessment. The proposal of this paper is very effective for software education by attracting interest and leading to pride in the student.

Recently, Big Data is a buzzword in the creative economy generation. The organizations related to spatial information society focus on building the spatial big data systems. As spatial big data is a combination of spatial information and big data, the data visualization is essential in order to utilize them efficiently. One of the great methodologies for data visualization is infographics. Nationally, Chousn.com initiated the infographics news in 2010. Korean Administration Branches also recognized the importance of infographic and they adopted infographics for their briefings from 2013. Internationally, Visual.ly is leading company in the infographics market and they produced noticeable interactive infographics for Egypt Parliamentary Elections results. In the defense part, Guardian's datajournalism of Afghanistan war log was a good example of utilizing infographics. Throughout the research, five requirements are extracted. First source data should have precision and accuracy in terms of time and space manner. Second, infographics images have a compressibility. Third, the infographics is properly processed for military commanders. Fourth, sharing, openness and communication are essential for high quality infographic. Lastly, infographics should be an analytic tool for predicting future event based on the past data. Infographics is not a direct representation of data but an analytic tool for helping user's choice and decision in critical moments.

This is concerned with the technology to monitor the vehicle operation, failure and disorder by using WiBro portable device. More precisely, the technology makes it possible that the information collection device is connected to both ECU(Electronic Control Unit) which is the device for controlling engine, transmission, brake, air-bag, etc that are connected to in-vehicle network and OBD-II connector that is for data collection from various sensors. In addition, with a WiBro portable device (cell phone, PDA, PMP, UMPC, etc). equipped with a vehicle diagnostic programs, information for operation, failure and malfunction can be obtained and analyzed in real-time, and alarm is alerted when the vehicle is in abnormal status, which makes the early reactions to the status. Furthermore, the collected data can be sent through WiBro network to the server managed by the company specialized in managing the vehicles, thus the technology could help the drivers who have less knowledge about their auto-vehicles have safe and economic driving. There is always a possibility of malfunction due to various types of noise that are caused by wring-harness when the device is wired-connected. In this research, in order to overcome this problem, we propose a system configuration that can do monitoring and diagnosis with a device for collecting data from vehicle and a personal WiBro device. Also, we performed research on data acquisition and interlock for the system defined by the definition for information and data sharing platform.

The purpose of this research is to secure the foundational data for analyzing the mediating role of social capital from the influences of the feeling of self-efficacy of the elderly on the preparations for the old age. The subjects of this study were 518 questionnaires collected from March 20 to April 1, 2016 for the elderly over 60 years old who were living in S city. Regarding the data, the SPSS 20.0 and the AMOS 20.0 were used. And, the results of this research were the following: First, if we take a look at the influences of the feeling of self-efficacy on social capital, the feeling of self-efficacy has the positive influences. And, second, the influences of the feeling of self-efficacy on the preparations for the old age, also, are positive. Third, the influences of the social capital on the preparations for the old age, too, are positive. As such, we can find out that both the direct and indirect effects were shown. Lastly, we can find out that the feeling of self-efficacy has the partial mediating effects on the social capital and the preparations for the old age. Consequently, although the feeling of self-efficacy is insufficient with regard to the economic preparations, we can positively find out that it was able to effectively derive the satisfaction in life by utilizing the social capital. In preparation for the super-aged society, the improvements and the expansions of the social programs and the services resulting from them are needed through the establishment of a foundation regarding the life-periodical, social participation, the establishment of a socially-shared system that can be continued, and the policy of strengthening the social capital.

This study tried to suggest the revitalization plans for specialized libraries by referring to various issues regarding specialized libraries in the sense that the issue of specialized libraries can soon become an opportunity for the development of specialized libraries. Through literature analysis, problems and issues related to specialized libraries were derived, and the perception of librarians was investigated through surveys. The policy directions presented based on the results are as follows. First, the 'Library Development Plan' should strengthen the part related to the specialized library development plan. Second, topic maps for specialized libraries in Korea are needed.(Second, the topic map for specialized libraries in Korea is needed.) Third, it is also necessary to operate to configure multiple councils based on the distinction between the specialized library. Fourth, an analysis of the duties of specialized library librarians should be made. Fifth, professional information services that specialized libraries can perform need to be developed. Sixth, among the information resources owned by specialized libraries, it is necessary to find ways to establish and jointly utilize information resources that are valuable and shareable as national resources. Seventh, specialized libraries should allow every library to participate in library evaluation, and make improvement plans for specialized libraries based on the collected data. Eighth, it is also necessary to publish a collection of best practices for specialized libraries.
