$PICS^{1}$는 터넷 내용물을 선별적으로 볼 수 있게 해주는 기반구조로서, 선별 소프트웨어와 등급 서비스들 간에 효과적으로 동작할 수 있게 도와주는 기술규격이다. 또한 시맨틱 $PICS^{1}$은 팀 버너스 리가 창안한 차세대 웹 기술로서 온롤로지를 기반으로 웹 데이터를 기계가 인식하고 자원의 공유와 재사용이 가능하다는 장점을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 시맨틱 웹 개념을 도입한 지능형 무선 PICS 환경을 구현함으로서 개선된 무선 웹 서비스 환경을 제안한다. 그리고 사전 연구를 통해 구현된 무선 PICS 환경을 초석으로 온톨로지 기술언어인 RDF를 사용하여 지능형 PICS 환경을 구현한다. 끝으로 일반 웹에 시맨틱 웹 개념을 도입할 때 유념해야 할 스키마의 처리를 고려하고 PICS 환경에서 중심이 되는 PICS 레이블, PICS 규칙을 RDF 로 기술하여 데이터의 의미를 명확하게 하고 관리 능력을 향상시킨다.

현재의 웹 환경에서의 정보는 점점 대량화되고 있으며, 정보에 대한 의미처리가 지원되지 않는 까닭에 많은 양의 정보가 무분별하게 검색되고 필요한 정보를 찾는데 많은 노력이 필요하다. 이를 해결하고자 XML의 의미태그를 중심으로 한 메타데이터 정보 모델링 등이 출현하였고, 이를 개념 수준의 의미처리로 추상화한 온톨로지(ontology) 기술이 개발되게 되었다. 온톨로지는 컴퓨터가 처리할 수 있는 명시적인 개념 표현을 상호 공유할 수 있도록 하여 줌으로써, 컴퓨터가 의미를 이해하고 추론할 수 있는 기반을 제공한다. 최근에는 여러 온톨로지 언어는 기술 논리(Description Logic)의 의미 모델에 기반을 두고 있는 OWL언어로 표준화되고 있다. 그러나, 온톨로지 언어를 사용한 직접적인 온톨로지 구축은 거의 불가능하다. 본 논문에서는 지식 표현의 기초가 되고 OWL의 이론적 기반이 되고 있는 프레임 구조로 개념 모델링 하는 방법을 통해 OWL기반의 온톨로지 구축을 보다 편리하고 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 방법을 제공하며, 효율적인 OWL 문서의 생성과 편집 방안을 도출한다.

법적인 정의를 차치하고 나면 하천유지유량의 정의는 사람과 자연이 한정된 수자원을 바람직하게 공유하기 위한 유량 측면의 범위로 나타낼 수 있다. 하천유지유량의 산정과 관리는 사람의 물이용과 배치되면서 동시에 진행해야 하는 하천수 관리의 핵심요소이다. 물관리 일원화 이전에 물관리 업무가 분산되어있는 상황에서 당시 환경부는 환경생태유량이라는 건강한 생태계유지에 주 목적이 있는 개념을 생산하였고, 시범사업을 거쳐 고시를 추진하고 있다. 하천유지유량과 환경생태유량은 다루는 범위와 공간적 차이가 있을 뿐이며 근본적인 개념과 생성의 원인은 같은 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 하천유지유량과 환경생태유량의 개념과 본질을 살펴보고 효율적인 제도적 장치 마련의 방향성, 기술적 방향성에 대해 논하였다.

The recent small-scaled family form is making a great influence on sharing pictures of their children with family as well. As parents are usually taking pictures of their children with their smart-phones, the form of sharing pictures with families through SNS or text messages or uploading pictures of their children in mobile mini-homepage is becoming prominent these days. But when events of an each family member taking pictures occur, such as in 'the hundredth day party' or 'first birthday party' and exchange them through text messages or SNS, it would be difficult to gather their children's picture and view them all together other than the ones that they took themselves as it is difficult to send each and every picture. Also, another problem of managing pictures occur because the source of picture all differ from each other. There fore, to solve these problems, this study intends to suggest a co-family managerial photo management mobile application UI for family members to participate in gathering and organizing pictures that they took with their own smart-phones in a specific space and produce a mobile album.

IT service is becoming a critical business operation in the age of information revolution. In providing IT services internally to other functions of the corporation and externally to other organizations, sharing of knowledge between business people and system people is known to become more and more critical for successful IT services. Purpose of this research is to examine the impact of IT service quality on knowledge sharing activities between IT service providers and users. Theoretical research model, through an extant literature review, is proposed here, consisting of IT service quality, relationship quality(satisfaction, trust and commitment), and the level of knowledge sharing activities. Survey results of 183 users indicates that IT service quality significantly influences commitment through satisfaction and trust, which in turn influences the level of knowledge sharing activities. Also, interestingly, satisfaction and trust do not directly influences the level of knowledge sharing,but indirectly, through commitment.

The purpose of this study is to explore the present US consumer behavioral trends and various cognitive schema types for sharing economy frame and shared service. For this, by applying Q methodology, this paper theoretically defines three differentiated typologies of US consumer in a interpretive perspective. This study is in-depth focused on discovering and categorizing characteristics of a respondent's thinking structure called 'schemata'. According to the entire procedures of Q methodology, this paper analyzed Q-sorted data from twenty-four people in the basis of forty Q-samples (statements). Consequently, we discovered four consumer groups named as Type 1 'Socialsumer', Type 2 'Smarsumer', Type 3 'Researsumer'.

Mobility as a Service is a service conception to achieve the intelligent transportation system. Its aims to improve the travel experience. In one platform, it connects various transportation modes to offer service and users only need to pay in one time for the whole travel. But the single MaaS platform easily faces the problems such as low user traffic, low retention rate and the access to markets of the this service is still unfound. From the perspective of bicycle-sharing, this research makes the MaaS concept into bicycle-sharing to build a better service model. The bicycle-sharing combine with the MaaS concept is innovative in business model, travel model and service architecture. In addition, this research also tests users' expectations for service model. The research shows that MaaS-based bicycle-sharing could offer flexible and convenient travel experience in the aspects of combined transportation, travel, transfer and payment, and it also makes it possible to make travel services according to need, and sustainable transport.

SCM system is a strategic cooperative that organically integrates all supply chains to improve the performance of a company. For effective SCM system, emphasis is placed on securing long-term, mutual relationships and change management. The implementation of an SCM system is likely to introduce a wide range of changes in and across member organizations and these changes are likely to be met with scepticism and resistance by individuals and organizations in the chain. Thus, the success of an SCM system cannot be guaranteed without effective change management. And we adopted the concept of information orientation (IO) as our method to measure the performance of an SCM system through information quality and information sharing. Therefore, this study examined the influence of mutual, reciprocal relationships among change management on information capability through information quality and information Sharing. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, change management had a significant influence on information quality, information Sharing and information capability. Second, information quality had a significant influence on information Sharing and information capability. Third, information sharing had a significant influence on information capability.

The emergence of knowledge-sharing live streamers provides more diversified content to the live streaming platform. Analysis of the factors affecting the intention to use knowledge sharing live streaming users can allow the live streaming platform to understand better the adoption characteristics of users who follow this type of content. Help platform operators provide better services and help live streaming platforms innovate. Based on the TAM model, this research uses questionnaire surveys and structural equation models to construct a conceptual model of the influencing factors of users' intentions in the knowledge sharing live streaming and conduct an empirical analysis on the influencing factor models. The results of data analysis show that a significant influence of users' attitudes of knowledge sharing live streaming is perceived usefulness, followed by flow experience; perceived value has a positive impact on users' attitudes and intention to use, and the positive influence of users attitude significantly affect the user's intention.

According to the changing of information environment and user's need, discussion of changing role is increasing gradually in the library, in consequence, interests about the concept of Information Commons, which are integrated IT, education, learning, and cultural functions, are becoming larger. However, in order to adopt the Information Commons in the University library, the model about the consideration and application of basic element is essential. So that, the purpose of this study is to suggest the ways which are adopting the elements and process of the applying Information Commons. In addition, based on Information Commons of Arizona university Library & Indiana University Library which is well organized with model, researcher tried to attempt the virtual renovation to the 'S 'University library'. Through presenting the applicable model of Information Commons, it aims to provide the example of discussion with actively about Information Commons.
