Steel has been widely used as a material in temporary structures. Corrosion attack often reduces the long-term durability of temporary steel members that are not protected from corrosion. In designing temporary steel structures, it is difficult to evaluate their long-term durability, since the thickness loss of steel members is not clear. In this study, laboratory and field exposure corrosion tests were performed on structural steel plate specimens, and the loss of thickness of specimens that were exposed to a subway construction site for 11 months and of specimens that were exposed to environments with controlled humidity and calcium chloride for six months were measured. Finally, a thickness loss equation was formulated based on the environmental conditions and the testing periods.

The building below standard scales to be built only by constructive report to authorities. Construction law 8 illustrates that supervision should be deployed in all the construction sites at the building which is found to have more than 3 floors and also to have more than $200m^2$ of total squares in especially outside area of city plan zone. Such a small construction is have a important and the most basic meaning. Many problems were found to occur in all the constructive places which were out of the limit of this law. The construction sites were found to be controlled by public official's visiting without supervisors and designers of architecture. Technique of construction in architecture was found to be not different from that of 1980. The security of employees in construction on sites has a serious problem. Because of choosing all the materials of the building without a reasonable point. All the building were found to have a law material about inside and outside aspects. The purpose of this study are to examine existing law about a small project and than to analyze the situation of constructive control through questionnaires and interviews with all the supervisors. Based on the data base of engineers who had a great experience in construction sites, The purpose of this study is also to suggest and advise the method of controlling all the items in architecture through on and off line.

현장이 개설되어 공사가 진행되어지는 중에 발생하는 예상할 수 있는 악재들, 즉 주변민원, 기능인력부족, 자재나 장비 파동, 급격한 기후의 변화(폭설, 폭우 등), 예상보다 긴 장마, 가설물의 붕괴 및 전도 등의 요인들은 그 원인이 현장내부가 아닌 외적인 환경에 의한 것이었고 따라서 단위현장 1개소가 아닌 일정지역에 있는 현장들이 공통으로 겪게되는 일종의 난관이었다. 그러나 현장 내에서 작업 중에 발생하는 사망사고는 일단 현장내 원인으로 발생되고, 타 현장과는 공유할 수 없는 사안이라는 점에서 앞서 밝힌 외적요인들과는 근본적으로 다르다 하겠다.(중략)

'린 스타라우스 현장'은 총 4개동(41~42층) 590세대 아파트 및 450세대 오피스텔을 짓는 사업으로, 청라 최중심의 상업시설에 랜드마크 건물로 지어지고 있다. 견실한 우미건설의 브랜드에 더해준 수준 높은 시공능력도 세간의 이목을 받는 이유지만 이곳 현장이 주목을 받는 이유는 따로 있다. '물 샐 틈 없는 전방위 안전관리'로 사업시작이래 단 한건의 사고도 허락지 않고 무재해현장을 이어가고 있다는 점이 바로 그것. 무엇이 이곳을 우수 안전현장으로 이끌로 있는지 직접 찾아가 살펴보았다.

최근 근로자들과 함께하는 자율안전관리로 유명세를 떨치고 있는 현장이 있어 업계의 주목을 받고 있다. 그 주인공은 바로 중견건설사인 (주)대건이 시공을 하고 있는 '삼척고 이전 진입도로 개설공사 현장'이다. 이곳 현장은 안전보건공단이 인정한 '위험성평가 우수사업장'으로, 임직원과 근로자들이 하나가 되어 적극적인 재해예방활동에 나서고 있다. 즉 정부가 최근 강조하고 있는 '상생 안전'을 모범적으로 실천하고 있는 것이다. 이처럼 이곳이 안전을 최우선 가치로 내세우는 배경에는 근로자의 생명을 보호하고 건강을 지키기 위함도 있지만, 가장 큰 이유는 해당 현장이 '학교'와 관련이 있기 때문이다. 만약 소홀한 안전관리와 부실공사로 인해 사고 등의 문제가 발생할 경우 소중한 미래 인적자원인 학생들에게 해가 될 것이라 판단, 안전에 각별한 주의를 기울이고 있는 것이다. 근로자는 물론 학생들의 생명과 꿈을 지키기 위해 철저하게 안전관리를 펼치고 있다는 이곳 현장을 찾아가봤다.

The construction supervisors of the public companies are usually responsible for process management, quality management, safety management, and many other various tasks that occur during construction project. Public companies such as Korea Highway Corporation have developed a framework and manual for management and supervision of construction projects. But, there has been the change of business environment such as increase of private investment project and the introduce of construction management system recently. It has been necessary for construction supervisor to streamline the current project management system in the owner's aspect in order to cope with the expected new challenges. Accordingly, this research has been investigated and analyzed the operation system between Korean supervisor and foreign supervisor in their public corporation. This research has suggested the advanced project management in their public corporation. Especially, this study has proposed the construction management manual for supervisors such as inspectors training, supervisors construction manual, and supervisors training road map.

As the Scale of construction work is enlarged, complicated and diversified, construction information from the large number of construction sites is happened at site and reported to the head office. To simultaneously control the individual or large number of sites in large number of construction information, the necessity of making extract the important point of the information and the board of director's making a suitable decision to support the fields is increased. Also, as driving the construction industry to be informative, efficiently aggregating the information created in fields, efficiently making decision and controlling the construction work is increased the importance of the company's competitiveness factor. To simultaneously control multi-construction sites in the small and medium size construction firms define the fundamental and core information factor which needed in the head office and suggest the appling method.

The collaboration with members are very important things to manage the field organization in the building construction project. These collaborations are related with the communication in the organization, so the field organization ability could be advanced by improving the communication level. However, the research about communication in building construction field organizations has rarely studied. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the organizational factors to influence the communications in building construction field organizations. In this study, the leadership style of head managers and organizational cultural characteristics is determined the factors to influence the communication level by literature reviewing. The results of this study showed that the communication level is good when head managers in building construction site had an idealized influence style leadership and individual consideration style leadership. In addition, the good communicated field organizations had the higher characteristics of a consensus culture and development culture. This study is expected to help to improve the performance of the building construction field organizations.

공업화 및 인구의 도시집중에 의해 사회간접자본 확충 및 주택 보급에 따라 건설 공사는 해마다 늘어나고 있으며 그에 따라 여러 가지 사회적인 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 여러 문제점 중에서도 건설현장의 특성상 여러 가지 기계 장비를 사용하고 있는바, 많은 소음이 발생하여 주변 거주자들의 생활의 질을 떨어뜨리고 심하게는 정신적 육체적 고통을 주고 있다. 그에 따라 건설현장은 주변사회로부터 많은 민원을 겪고 있으며 민원 처리비용으로 많은 비용을 지출하고 있으며 공사의 중단 등 많은 불이익을 당하고 있으며 결국은 공사원가 상승으로 이어지고 있다.(중략)

철근콘크리트 구조물의 공사중 뼈대공사라고 할 수 있는 철근공사에 있어서, 현행 철근의 절단 절곡 가공방법은 현장 인력 수작업에 의한 가공 즉 노동집약적 형태로 운영되어 왔으며, 특히 절단가공에 있어서는 철근의 강도저하가 우려되는 산소를 사용한 가열절단으로 행해지고 있어, 본고에서는 이와같은 현장여건을 개선하고, 궁극적으로 인력절감, 현장 생산성 및 품질 향상을 꾀하기 위하여 철근 가공(절단,절곡) 기계화 시스템을 적용한 시공사례를 중심으로 소개하기로 한다.
