Commercial buildings are the mostly common ones to be constructed along with residential buildings. After economic inflation, So-called 'IMF era', construction market has been running low because of stagnancy of business activities and cost escalation, Thus the construction industry needs a study of higher productivity by means of using information infrastructure. To deliver a database of commercial buildings construction record, their major management has carried out analysis for database components, in an attempt to meet users' needs. Construction productivity is a key factor for efficiency evaluation of construction work process, project performance measurement, and basic data of work plan in construction industry. However, although construction productivity is important in construction industry, gathering methodology and analyzing methodology of productivity data are not well-organized therefore productivity data is not utilized in the construction industry The purpose of this study is to develop productivity prediction system using data mining technology based on activities and to suggest frameworks about productivity data collection, accumulation.

The Elements of common temporary work in Construction Project have ambiguous work scope between client and builder. Also problems of non-breakdown, non-standardization in common temporary work are obstructive when contract. Finally they will be reached claim factors on the construction project. Because the common temporary work information management system is not built, We have to develop common temporary work information management system based on historical cost database for Construction Management. This system will successively accomplish the project in pre-construction step to standardize work items and to forecast the cost of common temporary work. Therefore feasibility study will be possible with historical database in new project.

The processes for verification of performance records in construction have many problems according to construction firm's participating in some of the processes. This study analyzed about current processes and provided improved processes with IDEF method. As the result of this study, it was found that 'As-Is' model has many repetition of activities and 'To-Be' model has three times more effective than 'As-Is' model has. The data modeling which is available for 'To-Be' model was also suggested.

Therefore this study was presented by analyzing the impact on the domestic construction industry according the way to determine the successful bidder, the evaluation order method and the operational issues through the analysis of order status, order number, results of acceptance an order, success rate range, results of acceptance an order according to weight success rate, results of acceptance an order by work type and order institution of a turnkey alternative tendering construction performed in domestic civil part.

The project control system based on the actual values of three objects shall be operated continuously in a timely manner. For collecting/tracking accurate actual performance data, a reasonable basis of measuring work performance and its related measuring methods are needed. Therefore, this research proposes a method of developing and operating the construction progress measurement system. The problem of the conventional method is the difficulty to construct control accounts and to define the basis of measuring the performance of each control account. Therefore, this research proposes the preferable, formal methodology that produces the progress value of the smallest work unit by surveying the installed quantities and estimates percent complete of groups of works or entire project by earned value concept. This research in connection with the hereafter research of the weight value of control accounts will contribute to apply in practice and to develop the scientific construction management technique in the construction industry. Further researches how to trend and forecast the project using the measured progress value are recommended for putting the prosed system of this research to practical use.

월간공정보고는 건설공사를 수행하는 동안 공종별로 매월 공사의 진척사항과 집행금액을 계획대비실적으로 파악하는데 필요한 정보를 포함하고 있는 문서이다. 본 연구는 정해진 구성항목과 속성에 따라 공정보고 내용을 디지털화할 수 있도록 월간공정보고에 대한 정보표준안을 마련하였다. 공정보고 업무의 효율화를 위해 정보표준안을 기초로 한 공정보고시스템 개발과 함께 현장 적용성 검토를 위한 시범 적용과 사용자 만족도를 실시하였다.

Labor work information can be converted into the useful construction information in an effort to analyze project status, measure performance, and design a new similar project plan. The labor work information can also be used to make productivity data, which can be used to analyze the relationship between 'as planned' and 'as built' in scheduling management of a project, and to calculate 'percent completion' as well as analyzing delay cause. It is require to effectively collect the labor work information base on the activities. In general, current project management heavily depends on the experience and judgment of project managers, according to the work progress. However, relying on the oかy experience and judgment of the project managers might deteriorate the transparency or reliability of the collected labor work information. The purpose of this research is thus to develop a computer-based system for monitoring the work information generated by labors input in activities using PDA and Barcode technologies, and to propose a application method of the productivity data for effective project management.
