  • Nowadays, a lot of educational TV programs have focused on the program providers' perspective, namely through goods-dominant (G-D) logic. However, the growing development of current technologies such as IPTV with AR and VR has opened opportunities to go beyond a provider-centered perspective and to add the co-creation of value, since value can be created through the interaction between learners and the TV programs themselves. With this in mind, learner-centered TV programs, which are based on service-dominant (S-D) logic, should be offered through educational TV channels. This conceptual paper summarizes, analyzes, and synthesizes the present status of IPTV in education and suggests a new instructional approach for utilizing TV in future education based on value co-creation through learner participation. Three principles (service-dominant logic as an educational service design principle, goal-based scenario for instructional design, IPTV as state-of-the-art technology innovation) are suggested for designing educational IPTV programs.

  • Brand community refers to a group of consumers who are passionate about the brand, and actively participate in enhancing the brand value. This study examines the impact of brand community experience on brand satisfaction, brand trust, and brand value co-creation, focusing on BTS's fan community, 'ARMY'. The results show that the value of aesthetic sensitivity, self-consistency, and intellectual fulfillment, obtained through brand community experiences, had a positive impact on brand satisfaction and brand trust, and brand value co-creation. The implications of this study are as follows: First, rather than company-centered traditional marketing campaign strategies, future brand marketing strategies should focus on nurturing brand communities through which encourage emotional communication and solidarity between consumers and companies. Second, in order to enhance brand community experiences, it is necessary to provide various opportunities to satisfy customers' intellectual curiosity and self-consistency as well as sensory stimuli related to the brand.

  • Porter(2011)'s CSV(Creating Shared Value) is a more strategically advanced perspective of CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility). CSV creates corporates' value by exploiting the firms' own core competence and social value of the stakeholders in the community such firms simultaneously belong to. In this points of view, CSV is more appropriate for the principles of capitalism than CSR. A case study on food producing firms that adopted the concept of CSV to their business management was conducted. Considering the characteristics of food industry, the researchers have investigate many existing cases, especially focused on the CSV activities toward rural area and agriculture. As result of the case analysis, the 'mutual firm-establishing-CSV,' which refers to the new organization established on the point of contact where corporate value and social value meet, was observed. The aspects of establishing a new organization by firms' collaborating with rural area and agriculture is different in accordance with each firm's method of creating shared value. However, the cases have common grounds that the created value is for pursuing both firms' and stakeholders' value. This study is significant, in that the study deducts implications about accompanied growth and win-win management by suggesting the establishment of firms based on CSV.

  • In this paper, the structural characteristics of Industry-University cooperation networks are analyzed using network analysis. Recent studies have shown that technological cooperation and joint research has a positive effect on R&D performance. In order to boost innovation performance, various types of cooperative activities and governmental policy supports for major R&D stakeholders(i.e. universities, laboratories, etc.) are provided. However, despite these efforts, the outcome is still insufficient, so it is time to prepare for a plan to build an innovative network to strengthen university-centered Industry-University cooperation activities. Specifically, this study builds the networks according to the form of Industry-University cooperations(i.e. patent, paper, joint research, and technology transfer), and different types of Industry-University cooperation networks are analyzed from a statistical viewpoint by using QAP correlation and regression analyses. The analysis results show that joint research network is closely related to paper network, and is related to other Industry-University cooperation networks. This study is expected to shed a light on supporting innovation activities such as establishing Industry-University cooperation strategies and discovering cooperative partners necessary for creating new growth engines for universities.

The SNS is a good tool to collect customers' opinions and to collaborate with internal and external employees, however, the function of SNS are limited in implementing a co-creation. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to suggest a SNS platform for co-creation that creates a corporate's values with customers. For this purpose, the limitations of SNS are defined and the new platform of the SNS is suggested. The proposed platform has 3 modules including integration of applications, cloud services, and integration to applications operated by companies. With a scenario method the suggested platform was validated. This is one of pioneer studies in co-creation.

  • This study analyzes the characteristics of the social value creation process through the collective appreciation of film. It focuses on the historical development of community cinema in Japan. In modern-day Japan, where digital video is easily accessible and the use of private, personalized media spaces widespread, a sub-culture of collective film appreciation is spreading, as more and more Japanese begin to attend movie screenings in non-commercial theaters. In addition, Japanese community cinema center has begun to integrate and support this viewing experience, which has come to be known as community cinema. A literature review revealed the following characteristics of community cinema. First, local theater screening groups or appreciation groups cooperate with residents to establish and operate movie theaters. Second, these spaces create theoretical and practical participatory learning opportunities that foster understanding of and participation in film culture, through large-scale associations with organizations or institutions that offer viewings. Third, based on collective appreciation, the film culture created through repeated joint viewings produces a social arena in which community can be realized. In these communities film can be put to socially productive uses, such as problem solving.

  • Over the past decade, urban regeneration projects have been actively promoted nationwide in South Korea, leading to the establishment of numerous community facilities aimed at fostering community engagement and revitalization. Recently, the need for diagnostic tools to provide appropriate support and guidance for the sustainable operation of these facilities has been increasingly emphasized. However, a comprehensive manual or nationwide standard approach remains lacking. As such, this study aims to propose evaluation criteria and their application methods for the periodic operational assessment of those facilities. First, through a review of previous studies, candidate indicators were identified. After that, preliminary indicators and frameworks were determined through expert consultations, followed by surveys conducted with 65 experts to finalize the evaluation indicators. The survey results highlighted the importance of 'Value Creation (VC)' and 'Operation Management (OM)' as key aspects of facility evaluation. In assessing VC, key factors include enhancing community vitality, strengthening local capacity, providing tailored functions for the community, and contributing to the local economy. In constructing OM, the focus lies on operational system, financial management, operational personnel, and economic viability and sustainability. This study proposes an evaluation framework that includes the final evaluation indicators and available data sources for each indicator, and a pilot test was conducted to verify its applicability. Moreover, the study suggests directions for utilizing the evaluation criteria and methods for applying indicators tailored to the characteristics of individual facilities.
